I sent a courier through dtdc on 19 jan 2015 from jaipur to gurgaon, but the status says it has been attempted. I inquired at jaipur office and i was told to ask the receiver to collect it from gurgaon office. When receiver asked about it at gurgaon office.They said there is no such courier received. It was my first courier through dtdc. this is highly unprofessional service. I would not recommend dtdc to anyone.

Tracking no: B17118614 courier has been sent on Jan 14th 2015 it been 10 days no courier I received. I check in there wwebsite tracking no result come ups. I called customer care, instead of giving solution they are giving three other numbers and asking to call them telling they are there franchise office ridiculous why the hell they have customer care. Then finally I end up finding someone they are telling its rerouted and so they returned back, I am confused what is rerouting they are saying there are not the right person to send, now they sent to other part of bangalore. Again I have to follow up to track it and now its in utralli and they are saying you have to come and collect it, driving 30km from my place. They accept is there mistake but not resending the courier. Can owner of the compnay or someone check this isseu of how irresonsible they are and I wanted to file a consumer case against them they are important project document because of which my work is stopped Never send a courier via DTDC worst service ever. They dont have any complaint system in there company where someone can act on it.

my consignment no.B15156872 i parcel it to delhi but it come back because of false reason now my parcel is missing from dtdc courier services ..when i contacted them they are giving me dates to come each and every time please find my parcel or else give me money

The following item has been shipped by the seller from Chennai through DTDC courier on 27-Dec-2014 and it was required to deliver the item to Aizawl by 03-Jan-2015. However, the item has not been delivered to me as it was supposed to be. I submitted a claim on ebay on 17-Jan-2015 and I was informed to resolve the problem within five days. But my problem has not been solved. Moreover, it cannot be tracked until 29-Dec-2014 while the item was in Kolkata. Dear sir This is to inform you about the pathetic service of your service provider. I have sent courier from uttam nagar for new friends colony on 15 Jan but didn't deliver yet almost 1 week gone due to this I am facing many problems in term of money and work commitment. I am taking follow up from last 4 days by call but they always said we will deliver today. No value of their's own word. Due to this I am in very big problem. Plz look at this matter and tell me how can trust on your service in near future. Your office in Trivandrum are not providing home delivery at all, not even to the area next near to the office. If you are continuing like this, You will get no more business and you will be shut down forever. Do something about it. I have 2 really bad experience with your service in Trivandrum, They will just keep the product in the office and ship them back to the seller, no one is there to deliver the product to the house. Maybe the staffs are careless and lazy and irresponsible, you better check it.

My Courtier which is sent via URGENT Mode (NATIONAL BLUE) of DTDC courier is not delivered till now. It was sent on tuesday - 20/01/2015 from Delhi to Pune(Hinjewadi). On calling the customer care and Operations team of DTDC i got a rude response telling me that it will be delivered tommorow that too not sure. I have paid the charges o[censored]rgent delivery and this is the kind of service i am getting from DTDC. My urgent courier dispatched from Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi to Gurgaon on 1 January, 2014 has not been delivered from 20 days. Consignment number of the courier is: Z41542947 Tracked on DTDC website which shows it has been delivered in DTDC, Gurgaon on 3 Januray, 2015 but still has not reached the destination address. Repeated attempts to contact DTDC customer care by phone and email have failed as I have not got a satisfactory explanation as yet. I am greatly disappointed with such a lax courier service and unhelpful customer care. I have no other option but to got to the Consumer Court. You are requested to look into this at the earliest.

i been being very harsh with this compliant pod No -B17256628. I have asked for receipt acknowledge copy for above pod. For that DTDC team is taking almost 48 hrs & till time i can't have any update. can i have any update !!!

Dear sir, I have sent my royal enfield bullet vehicle no.UGA 6826 on 6th of january 2015 from rishikesh to kuthuparambu, kannur Dt, kerala state.But unfortunately i am not able to track my bullet through the bar code no.i informed to customer service this isssue and they suggested me to contact the booking agent.I contacted many times to my booking agent in rishikesh, but he is postponing the matter day by day.only the answer i am getting from is tom mo row, and this tommorow never comes.I spent a lot of money and i trusted your service a lot, Could you please help me in this situation. The consignment no showing in my consignee copy is G90079993.

I have send one small parcel from Amritsar to panvel ( mumbai) having docket no. Z40822415 on 6 jan-2015. But when parcel not delivered i enquired abt it. After my enquiry i received a email from css.[protected]@dtdc.com ( panvel branch) abt my parcel, css.[protected]@dtdc.com send me a burnt pic of my parcel. Which is shown in attachments. I ask for claim, but till now no claim submitted by panvel branch. When i contact the Amritsar court road branch, they ask me to give a claim letter. And I do submitted the claim letter at court branch amritsar, when i visit the Amritsar court road branch to know abt my claim status, the madam sit in front office see me and went inside and ask other employee tell me that m not in office. This is so much rude behavior of the Amritsar branch. I have genuine claim of Rs 750/-. But no body bother it. I am very sorry to say that the recipient (SBI CARDS, CORRESPONDANCE DEPT, GURGAON, 122002) has received empty package without the wrist watch. 4. You are requested to please check back at your end that where that wrist watch has gone missing, it appears to me that my trust on DTDC has been subdued. 5. You are also requested to kindly acknowledge this email. Dear Customer Care This is to bring in your kind notice the lax attitude of your staff at kolkatta .Your staff has not responded properly not delivered the goods .They told me that good will be delivered on 20.01.2015 afternoon and today we are standing on 21.01.2015, still the same .I have lost business on that account and will be passing on the same to you also.I have already instructed our office staff at Noida to stop delivering the goods through DTDC immediately .Our concern is HT MEDIA LTD and docket number is D21031899 . fyi & na regards amit koul [protected]

My courier came back via dtdc as it could not be delivered due to some reasons and they took almost 5 days for getting it back. The representatives are also not very helpful and they are misguiding. I have done the courier on 6 jan 2015. and also while getting it back they are telling pay more money (Rs 250) and they will send my courier in one day to the same address on which they have not delivered previously.

In spite of several follow up by phone, mail and contacting with franchisee the item vide tracking no Z40710019 still not delivered at the destination by DTDC courier service. My consignment was booked on 10.01.2015 from Haridwar to Gurgaon for returning the purchased product to Myntra.com. After 10 days the status of delivery is same. DTDC staff is not responding at all on phone or email. I totally got fed up with the service of DTDC which does not care the importance of delivery and the implication of consumer. There is no any proper complaint system to rectify the problem. It is disgusting that after 10 days passed still consignment is on same status. Worst courier service i have ever seen. I just want the package already, i was suppose to get it in 3 days and its been weeks. they made a mistake on there system and they even admitted it but the parcel should still reach since the address is correct.

The madam ( who is in court branch) see me and went inside the office and.ask.other employees that told.me that madam is not here. Plz visit sometimes again.
