Dear DTDC,

I booked a parcel on 19.03.2015 from Gurgaon to Jamshedpur . But still i have not received my consignment till . My Consignment number is: Z51526406

Even the customer care executive is not helping us


I am highly disappointed the services rendered by DTDC

Kindly do the needful to ensure that i receive my parcel in a proper condition and at the earliest

A consignment was booked on my name, Archana Gupta vide Docket No. C61185909 dated 10.06.2015 from Tirupur to Hyderabad.

It starts from Tirupur to Hyderabad and reaches to HYBD and instead of out for delivery it goes to DELHI and again next day on 12.016.2015 it comes to HYBD and stays with Chandanagar Branch/Franchisee from 12.06.2015 till 16.06.2015 without caring for delivery.

I try to reach to the Chandanagar Branch on Landline no.[protected] and also mob.[protected] all these days to request for delivery but NO ONE LIFTS THE PHONE.

I try to report to HYBD Customer Support no.[protected] but NO ONE LIFTS THE PHONE .Luckily I get the CS no. on 15.06.2015 and he lodges a complaint and sends a compalint no.00443965 but thats it no action taken.

I write an email about it to customer support also on 15.06.2015 but no reply.

I visit your franchisee at Miyapur X Road which is responsible for delivery, they say we haven't received the consignment .We will do HOME DELIVERY at the given address once it arrives (as it will do a favour to me by doing home delivery which happens to be the address of the consignee).

We lodge a complaint with you and get a reply at 11.23am on 16.06.2015 that by evening it will be delivered.And see where it is getting delivered!!!.

THE CONSIGMENT HAS NOW BEEN BOOKED TO JAIPUR.

What a ridiculous service DTDC is providing.I am amazed how you all work and deliver the things with such carelessness.

If by today evening it is not delivered I will take you to Consumer court.

Consignment no. D22981765 despatch from dtdc Pune on 27th April, 2015, meant for Delivery at Aizawl was not delivered till today, i.e. 12th July 2015.

I sent an some urgent medicines which were suppose to be delivered in one day on 13th of may from Coimbatore to Kottayam Malayala Manorama Office Address (Reference No:C[protected]. Till date not only the Parcel is delivered nor any calls. When i contact the concerned DTDC Customer support they don't have any idea and saying it might get delivered in some days. Is this the service you people provide DTDC?? So pathetic. There is no use of contacting the CEO of DTDC also when the service response itself is like this stupid. Horrible experience, never in my life me or my friends will be part of your irresponsible and pathetic service.
