Hi, This is regarding the tracking number Z45689272 which was booked from Gwalior on 04-FEB to Bangalore delivery. I have checked the status from Bangalore representative on 06-FEB and got to know this was by mistake connected to Mumbai flight from Delhi division and hence will be delayed to handover this courier to me on Bangalore. Can you please let me know who will bear the losses for this mistake. Without this, I can't go forward to complete my bank formalities which should complete on Friday. Along with that, I have to pay a heavy losses. Kindly consider this on top most priority and delivered the courier on Saturday(07-FEB) morning before 10:00 am. Hi, My brother sent a courier from Nashik to Powai through DTDC(consignement no P[protected] on 22nd . According to rep in DTDC it reverted twice due to unavailability of receiver. However, I never received "Sorry to have you missed " message at the door step both the times. Every time I followed up, they mentioned consignment to be at various places like Ghatkopar, Pune, Cochin etc . If it was to be sent back it should have gone to my brothers address in Nashik. Its been more than 16 days since I am trying to track my courier which had important documents in it. I have written to there helpdesks in pune mumbai ghatkopar etc and the reponse is very lousy. Have never seen such a worst communication system so far. Please help!

one of my shipments has beenlo st from you our Chennai office. The shipmet number was - Z43588339. It reached Chennai on 26th January and since then there has been no furthur activity on it. No delivery has been attempted yet. When I call up the concerned person in Pallikaranai office, Mr Ravi, he says he's not able to find it and what to do now. I've been calling your chennai head office for 3 daysno w registering complints and asking forth e status of the shipment but noone knows anything. Is this the kind of service that DTDC provides theses days because I am going to make sure that each and every person that I know never uses DTDC in future if this matter is not resolved.

My consignment no is D20839562. I booked my package from Bangalore on 29/11/15. My consignment reached Kanwali Road Dehradun office on 3rd Feb. But these guys did not deliver till 4th feb evening. I called main branch on 4th, they gave me mobile no [protected] of Kanwali Road Branch. So I called them and they told that they are not able to deliver because their delivery boy is on leave. That time one girl picked the call and she promised me that she will check with franchise owner and will give me a call back in 15 min but till 5th evening I did not get any call. So I called them back and asked about the status about my consignment and they told that delivery boy is on way and it will get delivered but when I asked the deliver boy mobile no they told DTDC delivery do not keep mobile and cut my call. When I called again first they keep on cut my call and then they switched off their mobile. Around 6pm I called them again and the franchise owner (Deepak Sharma) picked the call and used abusive word for my mother and threatened me that he will throw my package. After that I sent my friend to DTDC office to check the status and when he reached there that franchise owner still keep on abusing my friend. And most importantly my package was still there. The whole evening he was lying to me that delivery boy is on the way. I never expect such a bad service from DTDC. Even after 8 days it was not delivered. I want DTDC to take some action against Deepak Sharma owner of Kanwali Road DTDC branch.

Hi This is sagar i am having many couriers from my company but many time your centers charged different amount for the same courier 20, 25 30 also. I knoq you have given freedom to centers but these policy cannot be worked because this can be hampered your business also many international courier companies are coming in the market. I have sent a courier from Bangalore to chennai on 29th of Jan 2015 # D20812190 and while tracking it says that Receiver left Address, my complaint is that on the consigmnent there was Mobile number of both consignor and consignee and still there was no calls attempted to deliver the shipment by delivery Guy . The receiver has not left address and worst part is that there is no point of contact, all numbers available are not working and people in Local DTDC has no idea what is the number to contact .

I had ordered a courier with an Airway bill no.C58281219 through DTDC on 27 Jan 2015.The franchise owner of DTDC at Gorakhpur had responded just once that he will check the status of Courier and after that Even after repeatedly calling the franchise no. [protected] of Muhaddipur Gorakhpur, the franchise owner is not picking up .(Point to be noted that Franchise owner is not accepting that the stuff has reached him even when it has been confirmed by one of the sources). It is high time that companies like DTDC take these matters seriously and save their so called esteemed customers from harassment and losing their valuable parcels like this. This courier was sent on 16 Dec, 2014 and is not yet delivered to the destination address or the source address. Kindly track the courier and send it to the destination address as it contains very important papers. Sending mails to the Customer Care / calling the customer care did not help. I am unable to track my courier with AWB z45268217 which was to be delivered to Hyderabad. This courier was done on 27 Jan 2015 and contained important papers. When i am trying to enquire why the courier is not delivered, the local DTDC office says that the parcel is lost at Delhi warehouse. This type of service is not at all acceptable from reputed company like DTDC. Kindly track and deliver my parcel as soon as possible else i will have to take appropriate action against this.

We have couriered a shirt on 30 JAN 2015 at 4.30 pm through DTDC PLUS service which was promised to deliver next day that is 31 JAN 2015. However, three days have been crossed from promise delivery date but yet consignment could not received. Now i am unable to track the said consignment so i want to receive my consignment immidiately. I had placed two orders on Amazon and unfortunately it was DTDC that was chosen to carry out the delivery of my orders. My first consignment B17074665 which had reached the Trivandrum Branch on January 28, 2015 was held up on the pretext of 'NO SERVICE' to the address on the consignment. That is understandable. But, it's truly irresponsible and lack of customer care and service when NOT EVEN A SINGLE MESSAGE OR CALL WAS MADE TO ME INFORMING ME ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF THE CONSIGNMENT IN TRIVANDRUM AND THE NO SERVICE TO MY INDICATED LOCATION. Only, when on FEB 3rd 2015, I tracked the parcel online with the tracking number I learnt that the parcel had reached Trivandrum on January 28, 2015. The parcel must have literally been abandoned in some forsaken corner for 6 days else how come not a single message / call/ intimation was not made? My second consignment Z44104139 had arrived at this same branch on Feb 2nd, 2015 by around 12 pm and still there was no message/ call/ intimation towards me informing about the arrival of the parcel. Had I been informed, I would have had no problem going myself to the DTDC office to pick up my consignments. Does the DTDC have a blanket abandonment policy for parcels with address to which they have no service. If they do so, why do they take up the task and promise of delivering the concerned consignments? Highly irresponsible!

DTDC Birmingham (css.[protected]@dtdc.com) collected my 3 parcels on 7th Nov 2014 to be shipped to India and haven't delivered them yet.Replied back a week after saying that one of the three parcels was lost, I know stolen.The tracking number provided by the guy who collected the parcels was "57284177" which is a false one.Now after three months got a call saying that parcels have been shipped and were delayed because of Jan 26 holiday in India.DTDC making fool of customers.Now instead of compensating for loss, I've got a call asking for payment.What feedback do you expect for this ridiculous service.Had it been an English company they would have compensated for losses and waived off the fee as well.This is how Indian companies are losing trust in the UK.

Our courier dispatched on dated 27/01/2015 from Bhusawal (Maharashtra) to Bharuch (Gujarat) Our CN No. is P 30984957 but it could not be received today on date 02/02/2015. your branch office is not answering to me whenever I was called. Please see personally what is this matter because my courier is very important.

My dtdc courier number is v20746821. Courier was sent from varanasi to banglore on 28 january 2015. The courier was opened and damaged. While booking the courier they said that it will reach within 48 hour but they delivered it after 76 hour. I am attaching the photos of damaged parcel. For the second time within a months time it has happened with me that my parcel was opened. I want you to see this matter. Hoping urgent reply.

Hi. I was supposed to receive a courier in Bangalore which was sent from Patna (Docket No. V[protected].It was supposed to be delivered on 31.01.2015 but I have still not received it. The status shows as attempted. How can there be no one outside a COLLEGE's GATE, This is ridiculous and pathetic on your part. Why was no call made to me if as per you people there was no one to receive the parcel. I have a submission to be made on 02.02.2015 for which I need those documents and want it to be deliveres on the utmost priority by Mondy morning.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a user and well wisher of DTDC Courier Services since over 3-4years and have been sending and receiving couriers for business as well as personal use. Please note that a shipment had been sent from Vapi to Delhi on 28th January 2015. Docket No. D20989299 which was told to be delivered by 30th January 2015.The shipment had materials/ fabrics which was further to be exported from Delhi. The shipment which was supposed to be delivered by 30th January latest is still lying in your Delhi Office. I was lucky enough to get through your Customer Support System after making 40-50 STD Calls. I had been personally following up with your customer executives in Delhi Office Mr. Sachin/ Mr. Kumar to kindly get it delivered today so that we can process the shipment being a weekend. But none of your executives were even smart enough to reply to my question or attend to the query and had no answer as to why was there a delay at all. The goods being very urgent had been sent by DTDC so that it could reach in a day or two. But it was surprising that a well known brand like DTDC would mess things up like this. I had logged a complaint against my docket number and also filled your feedback form but got no calls/ reply from your end and thus this email. It is surprising to know that the courier had reached today at Delhi but your executives were foul playing with me. My courier is still at your delhi office and has not been delivered as yet. I request you to take necessary actions and kindly deliver the same by today if possible. I am really dissapointed by the customer handing/ customer support at Delhi and have had a very bitter experience with DTDC.
