2 days ago they marked it "out for delivery in the morning " i got the message, now whole day i did wait for it, but later by the evening it was not delivered, so i checked the status on website it said delivered, though its still not recieved, the courier office guys also dont respond to the calls.

My package supposed to get delivered in the month of Aug 2021, but till now there is no update on the consignment nor from anyone. Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it asap.

I like to raise a complaint against one agent of DTDC courier service from Mumbai, Dombivli east area, Maharashtra. His name is Kaustubh Thavre.
The address is: Shop no. 1, Hari Om Niwas Prakash Society, DNC Road near Leva Bhavan Ramnagar Dombivli East, India 421201. It is Nekst Enterprises - DTDC Express Ltd.

He took amount from me for courier via air but sent via road instead. It is my company laptop and very urgent but he did not value my urgency and need but went for his money earning.

If this is the service agents that DTDC is opting for then I am afraid customers will raise complaint only, might even go for legal actions. I want action against this agent.

I had book my consignment ( U[protected] from varanasi to Faridabad, but return back to varanasi apex from airport ( it contain an electronic item) which i had already told to courier agent but they booked under household. And asking me a money of ₹5, 000/- and refuse to give my product back.

My Consignment Number : UC[protected]IN is not deliver my address DTDC guys(Mobile Number [protected]) called me, collect your parcel from DTDC office when I asked him why he said we are not delver and his behavior is very bad and unprofessional. When we are reach DTDC office near Head Post Office Gaya Bihar, he taking Rs.20/- extra for without given any services just like a fraud .Please look into this matter and take a action.

I booked one packet in DTDC via prima plus service from Delhi Ncr(FBD) to Hyderabad which as per their collection centre told me second day delivery. I told them that it should be dilivered second day . They charges very heavy amount for 1kg of pacjet on the pretext of second day delivery

Now packet reached second day at their dtdc centre and at 2.30pm it shows out of delivery.
Today is 3rd day and still delivery not done .Sgowing out of delivery. When my relative at hyderabad contacted to dtdc office they told that they will deliver it may be in 1-2 days

What nonsense prima plus service

Packet kept hold in centre and only negligencies are doing by DTDC

Docket No. T11979088 dated[protected] from Sonepat (Haryana) to Vikroli (E), Mumbai.
Against this docket no. Importanat documents sent to my brother Arun Jaiswal. After confirmation of Address & Contact No. from brother, documents not delivered to them, DTDC Courier Office returned the documents to Kundli, Sonepat.
The documents are very important and submit to the office. But DTDC Office returned the documents.
I also paid payment for this.
Please solve the matter at the earliest and deliver the documents to my brother at Vikroli (E) Mumbai.

I am waiting for the parcel, consignment number Z75423713, After tracking the courier online It says that Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)) but nobody reaches to me or contacted to me. Please see the attached file.

Courier from Hyderabad to Kakinada Rural though DTDC courier. I am not able to track above order in your web tracker and getting error with blank page. Please do needful ASAP.

Its been 11 days of placing order and was expected delivery by 21st April 2022. But no update on shipping and tracking history. I didn't received my courier yet.

This is in regards consignments No P60696144 posted on dated 25/03/2022 from DTDC CAMP office near golibar maidan.
Consignee complained me after 25 days that currier not yet received and there were no one had informed me from your office that currier got returned when I call customer service office they simply gave explanation that dtdc don't provide services to consignee location.

So my question is 1.if you don't provide services to that location why you accept the parcel.
2.comapny and staff doesn't have that much curtsey to inform customers about return consignments.
3.if you are unable to provide services then company should return the whole charges which you received from customer..
4.what about the losses which we suffer due to your negligence.
5.Kindly provide appropriate justifications why should I not knock the door of consumer court.
We are not at all expected such kind of pathetic services from your esstemed organisation.

My package ( Tracking No: I51733790, Reference No: NP/9412301, Booking Date: 21st apr'22) was supposed to get delivered today (25th apr'22) to Hyderabad (Pin Code: 500081).

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it today urgently. I am even cool with going to "Gachibowli Master Franchisee" myself and take the package, if it is possible.

In any case, I have raised a ticket on DTDC Support website (#2583224). Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible. Hoping to get a positive response from DTDC soon. Thanks.

I've sent Total 6 packages of my company, through your DTDC courier on[protected]. As it was a gift item inside the package, It was supposed to be delivered without any damage. I just got to know from the receiver that the package was totally damaged and it is really embarrassing for our company that we sent gift item like that. They are not even responding to the complaint I have raised in their website.

Within tamilnadu range it takes 5 days to deliver. but they are saying it as 24 hrs deliver within tamilnadu. And worst response from customer care. Not attending the call and not responding. Worst deliver, the parcel gets damaged most of the time. My friend booked my parcel on 21-04-22 and today 25-04-22 they called me for delivery. It i reach them through phone call, they are not attending the phone call.

Damaged goods by couriers

Have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number -U60576567 . But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". I have not received any call from DTDC also and i was at home while day. This is serious thing. Kindly give proof of delivery. Call me [protected]

I have already requested the Pune customer care for returning the package with consignment no. D21566199 to origin on 16 Apr 2022 itself, as from 17april 2022 I'll be out of Pune for a while.
Even after email confirmation from customer support, Rutuja on saturday i.e. 16.04.22, the return to origin has not been actioned till date i.e. 23.04.22.

I have to receive books from IIM Lucknow on 18th of April, but i haven't got my books.
I received message of out of delivery on three different days & every day there is a different reason for not delivering. Like - door locked, address wrong or I refused to take delivery.

the interesting part is they never contacted me on those days
