Address: No1, tollgate, Trichy

I was asked to collect the parcel at the dctc centre which was 10 kms away from my location. If you are not servicing our locality, then why are you even taking the order.

      Inspite of telling DTDC courier service they delayed my parcel, reason gave was mis-route by DTDC courier service

        I had placed an order online which was shipped on 11th-April-2022 with AWB No as D21533246. Still on 19th-April-2022 while check the tracking status of my consignment it is just displaying "no data available". (Cannot see where my parcel is)

        I am providing the snapshot of the tracking status which I see while tracking.

        There is no proper help provided by DTDC helpline.
        Please help.

          They didn't inform me that my parcel will be delivered that day, they didn't call me to inform me that product is delivered. they delivered the product in the hand of a person I don't know. my product was so expensive that I would have to bear so much cost and emotional breakdown.
          the product must be put in an authorized hand. I am filing the complaint about the inconvenience I faced, the irresponsible behavior of the staff, and possibility of the disclosing information in the package that could have caused me harm.

            I have sent a courier from Kanpur to Lucknow (Zip 226003) on 16th April with the consignment number U15985195. This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (CIR). I gave 2 alternative numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when I tracked it even though I went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do I get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. They are very important documents and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

              No one is listening from customer care team. I am continuously calling and sent multiple mails. But they are not resolved my issue. Package arrived pune in Thursday but today s Monday. Still not delivered.

                Hello this is Venkata Ramana, on 16th March my parents has sent me new mobile phone through DTDC courier but i have received only box and charger without mobile i have raised complaint to dtdc but they're not responding and even not at all taking any action further also many days completed i also raised complaint in consumer forum but no response from them.

                  My order was shipped from jaipur for dellhi with ID - F30782018 .
                  The Product was packed in the box but when i received it it was completely destroyed and the outer box (Packaging) was missing, and the address has been re written by the team .
                  Shipment reached the Delhi hub at 9 th april and after continuous follow up i received my parcel on 16th April and completely destroyed, DTDC employees were not at all supportive . My product is completely destroyed .

                  Attached are the 2 images - One before sending and the other when i received it, address on both the images is not same and not in same writing which clearly show, tempering has been done with shipment,

                    My dtdc tracking ID is D42848392, my order status is showing receiver denied service though I did not receive any call or message, it did not go back to the seller also as I called seller nd dats why he denied refund, similar incident happened to me in 2019, I lost around Rs 5000/-, now I m about to loose Rs 12000/-. This is the service being provided by private entity, nd our dearest prime Minister is so interested in privatizing everything, we common people are suffering so much, it's our hard earned money nd the private players are big fraudsters, our govt is doing nothing

                        Dear team
                        My shipment D21566199 was booked on 06april 2022 from jamshedpur for Pune-411045. The package is in Pune from 11april 2022 and is not yet received by me till date, 16april 2022. I received out for delivery text twice but did not receive the package and both the times the tracking was marked as 'not delivered' without any call to me. I had also raised a query at DTDC customer care but no results.

                        I have already requested the Pune customer care for returning the package to origin on 16 Apr 2022 itself, as from 17april 2022 Im out of town.
                        Even after email confirmation from customer support, Rutuja on saturday i.e. 16.04.22, the return to origin has not been actioned till date i.e. 20.04.22.

                              Please be noted that the received document sent through DTDC courier on Tracking Number X36621970 was damaged ( it was torn totally). The damage appeared both inside and outside the parcel as the quality of coverage was also very poor. Suspect somebody torn it deliberately.

                                  My product shipped 1 week back and still I cant see any update in DTDC site.. Product is very urgent, Customer care no one responding me properly.. Origin and Destination distance less than 30..Still It is 8 days I am not getting my Product.. No update in the system last 4 days

                                    I have booked an item on 9 apr for Mumbai ( ref: V[protected] for urgent delivery and was charged extra for the same and was assured that the item will be delivered by 11 Apr. But the item was still lying at the place of my booking centre even on 12 apr. I have some urgent papers that needed to reach mumbai as early as possible and this how DTDC guys cheat by charging and leaving the parcel unattended.

                                      I have noticed that an unknown person has created an account on DTDC website by using my email id '[protected]@gmail.com". This email id belongs to me only, but when i tried to setup my own account with this email id today, i found that its already in use by a person name "Rajesh kumar Thapak" .same can be verified as well .

                                      I reset the password and tried to delete or edit the account, but i dont see any option to do so .

                                      As i mentioned, its a clear case of identity theft and fraud .kindly deactivate /delete the mentioned account with immediate effect for security reasons .

                                        I have send the above consignments through DTDC courier on 8/4/2022. For Raiganj and Baharampur, West Bengal. There was valuable Tender Documents in those, last date of which was 12/4/2022. But till 12/04/2022 it shows in there tracking report that those are in Coochbehar. Which is far away from my destination pincode. Now, this is my kind request to you to take necessary action against them, and arrange to recover the moneytory loss from them.
