My shipment D21566199 was booked on 06april 2022 from jamshedpur for Pune-411045. The package is in Pune from 11april 2022 and is not yet received by me till date, 16april 2022. I received out for delivery text twice but did not receive the package and both the times the tracking was marked as 'not delivered' without any call to me. I had also raised a query at DTDC customer care but no results.

D42529794 consignment not delivered by DTDC agency for the last 10 days and keeping with them without update the status or return or delivery. Number of complaints raised and contacted over phone also but no use

Please be noted that the received document sent through DTDC courier on Tracking Number X36621970 was damaged ( it was torn totally). The damage appeared both inside and outside the parcel as the quality of coverage was also very poor. Suspect somebody torn it deliberately.

The courier has not received over a month also there is no status update.

My product shipped 1 week back and still I cant see any update in DTDC site.. Product is very urgent, Customer care no one responding me properly.. Origin and Destination distance less than 30..Still It is 8 days I am not getting my Product.. No update in the system last 4 days

I have booked an item on 9 apr for Mumbai ( ref: V[protected] for urgent delivery and was charged extra for the same and was assured that the item will be delivered by 11 Apr. But the item was still lying at the place of my booking centre even on 12 apr. I have some urgent papers that needed to reach mumbai as early as possible and this how DTDC guys cheat by charging and leaving the parcel unattended.

I have noticed that an unknown person has created an account on DTDC website by using my email id '[protected]@gmail.com". This email id belongs to me only, but when i tried to setup my own account with this email id today, i found that its already in use by a person name "Rajesh kumar Thapak" .same can be verified as well .

I reset the password and tried to delete or edit the account, but i dont see any option to do so .

As i mentioned, its a clear case of identity theft and fraud .kindly deactivate /delete the mentioned account with immediate effect for security reasons .

I have send the above consignments through DTDC courier on 8/4/2022. For Raiganj and Baharampur, West Bengal. There was valuable Tender Documents in those, last date of which was 12/4/2022. But till 12/04/2022 it shows in there tracking report that those are in Coochbehar. Which is far away from my destination pincode. Now, this is my kind request to you to take necessary action against them, and arrange to recover the moneytory loss from them.

I scheduled a pickup through DTDC courier on 10.4.2022 via their app.The cargo was scheduled to be picked up on 11.4.2022 from Lucknow and delivered to Delhi.DTDC charges a premium amount on their service called "Express Shipping".Under this shipping they guarantee the delivery within 2 days.As per their terms I was charged an amount of Rs.1010 as express shipping charges.On 11.4.2022, I kept waiting for the entire day and there was no call/sms/email from Dtdc for the pickup time or details of the person who would pick up the cargo.At around 4p.m when I called their customer care, I was told that my package will be collected within an hour.However it was not picked.At 5:30, I called the customer care again and I was told that at any cost my package will be picked up by 7p.m.It was not picked up even then.When I called the customer care again, they told me that as per my request, my pickup had been scheduled for the next day.This is an utter lie, manipulation and fraud.Without my request or approval they cannot reschedule the pickup for their own irresponsibility and failure.Even on 12.4.2022, the package was not picked.I have already lost precious 2 days and money because of this fraudulent company.They charge huge sums of money and loot customers in the name of "Express Shipping".
They have no redressal mechanism for initiating refund of money.

They lost my one of my bank legal documents. its office near to my home and they received my documents 23rd march and sent back to bank due to phone number issues and did not find the address. their office just near to my home walking distance 3 min only or bike distance 1 min only.

Customer care did not pic the call, the do not know how to talk with customer.

Sir consignment Number D12993913 jaisalmer(Raj) me delivered hona tha. Online status check karne par 09.04.2022 ko delivered successful bataya gaya. jabki mujhe consignment delivered nahi hua. aur na hi mujhe corier company ki taraf se koi call aaya. mere dwara jab sambandhit courier agency se sampark kiya gaya to wo pahle to taal matol karte rahe. baad me mera consignment unki shop me hi mila aur mujhe diya gaya.
Late consignment milne se me bahut pareshan hua aur mujhe khud courier company jakar consignment lana para.
ya bahut galat hua.

I received a box of Devgad mangoes via DTDC courier yesterday.

On arrival, I find that the whole parcel box was out of shape due to the manhandling. Extra tapes were put on it by the DTDC staff to repair the box. I find that almost the 1/4th consignment was damaged due to the irresponsible handling of the parcel by DTDC team. My supplier has spent ₹1200 and has informed them about the contents inside which has to be handled with certain care. Yet, the parcel takes 4 days to reach Puttur, Karnataka from Mumbai, Maharashtra. If atleast the parcel was delivered intact, it wouldn’t have been an issue. DTDC has to bear and pay us for the losses we have incurred.

I am Rohini currently residing in chennai.
A courier from Hyderabad to Chennai was sent via dtdc with booking I'd: H28385331 on 26th March 2022. ( RK Nagar branch)
So far not yet received the parcel and there is no proper response from the dtdc office in Hyderabad. No tracking number generated for me to track it online.

For the past one week the response is give us 1 hour time we are checking but there is no reply after that.

I am in urgent need of those document

I have sent an important courier on 26th March to Medchal (Near Hyderabad) . Tracking No - R46178014..

When I tracked it, it is showing reached Medchal office on 30th March. But it is not delivered till today 6th April. Status is showing as RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY(CIR). I checked with the receiver he told they never came for delivery.

Can you please help on this to get it delivered?
