I have used DTDC Courier Service to deliver My Consignment of Rakhi Special after Getting Assurance from your DTDC Kormangla 4th Block Branch[protected] in Bangalore. My Consignment No is: B12112298I was assured the delivery of the same in 5 days. But, I am exremly unhappy to say that it wasn't delivered and sent back to us back in Bangalore due to Territory Issues between Harni Branch and Kareli Baug. After complaining to Customer Care (Madhavi), Prakashbhai ( Kareli Baug ) and Rajesh ( Picking Up Subhrato Sir Mobile ), I was came to know that there is problem in process in head office of assigning responsibilities to different territories and wrong justification / reason for the status of not delivering on time and to the right person. They haven't even called to any of the customer Mobile to verify is service is exists in the area or not. I am really disappointed the way your franchises and HO is handling the My consignment Delivery.

Kindly request you to register my complain and help on quick resolution of the same with assured delivery of My Consignment soon. I believe it seems breach of contract since DTDC failed to meet our requirement for which we are assured from Bangalore Branch.

If you are unable to resolve my complain, can you please advice me to understand compensation entitlements before I choose a delivery option through DTDC in future.

I placed an order for a parcel on Friday, Aug 8 and according to their price of Rs.215, the order would be delivered on Sunday. Since, it was Rakhi they couldnt do so and even on Monday the order reached Patna only in the evening. Since then, even till Tuesday morning, they were just saying one thing or the other and the lady in the Patna office talked very rudely on the phone and I don't know when will the order reach the destination. First, they don't stick to their day of delivery and then talk rudely.

I have send a parcel through DTDC on 04.08.14, Consignment no. Z28461958, from New Delhi to Jhabua (MP) which has not yet been delivered till today i, e, 12.08.14.& I am getting no response from the firm they are not picking up my call.

Tracking Number: V17743959 We sent the above courier on DTDC Plus service from Ahmedabad on 09th AUg 2014, it was very important documents for us to reach the destination. But unfortunately the courier was not sent on time. From DTDC tracking service, it was showing that Monday, August 11, 2014 Shipment Dispatched for Delivery BALANAGAR MASTER FRANCHISEE, HYDERABAD 10:23 AM But till 7:00PM there was no response. I tried to reach Franchisee people and they gave me some other number and asking me to follow up. This is so frustrating to know that after booking in express service also, there is no guarantee. And even I can understand, if service is not reached to Hyderabad due to any real environmental issues, but in this case it reached Balanagar area Hyderabad on time, and showing status as dispatched for delivery at 10:23AM but still(7PM now) not received Kukatpally area which is less than 10KMs away. Today at 6.20 p.M. A delivery boy brought two doc. For deliver from which one doc was opened when asked about the reason he told lena hai to lo nahi to vapis bhej duga.
When asked to talk sensibly he walked out the office saying some thing in his mouth.
Plz. Check the matter which person came to my office to deliver doc on 11.8.14 at 6.25 p.M.
& take tough action against such rude person which are not good for so much reputed courier company. I also want to deliver my very impotant documents throuh another person soon.An early action in this regard will be highly appriciated.

The above shipment contained "Rakhi", it came from My Sister,
which I had to collect from the "Marol" facility myself.


# JADAVPUR Franchisee - Over charged the
customer, The customer had to pay more than the actual rate. He said that since
it falls under “non-doc”, I took Rs 15 extra.


# JADAVPUR Franchisee - Did not take ownership
of why the shipment did not reach, on being repeatedly called he denied
helping.


# JADAVPUR Franchisee - On being asked (Mr.
Sing, DTDC), he replied that we deal with 1 lac transactions daily, if there is
mistake in one, no one will ask any question. Hence do whatever you want to do.
He then disconnected the call.


# Chandivali, Mumbai - On 10th August (on the
rakhi day), I visited twice to their office, but they did not give me the
Rakhi, as they were clueless where it is. Again not taking ownership of the
situation.


# Chandivali, Mumbai – 7:30 PM, reached the
office 2nd time, but this time too, the person did not help me, he
just asked me to wait and said I don’t know where the Rakhi is.


Overall, I called up 25 different phone numbers
in the past two days only to get my rakhi.


Can you help me understand why did I had to
suffer after paying Rs 120 just of a courier of 30 grams ?


What action can be taken to avoid such
incidents in the future ?

Since the amount is less, so DTDC will just
ignore this letter ?

Hello, I m sending my parcel Mumbai to noida in 4 July 2014 co no. M07618828 .but till date 10 august we could not receive my parcel. I m continue follow to DTDC person. Dtdc site is not working.in Mumbai goregaon office several time I m asking to give any phone no to regarding delivered my parcel.but they don't cooperate. So, Please Help me finding my parcel.its very important for me. Preeti tripathi

I have sent a courier on 6th august 2014 which is the Rakhi special package provided by DTDC. I thought it will take at least 2 days that's y i sent before 5 days of Rakhi festival. It should be reached before 10th of August. But still it didn't reached. They didn't give me the slip (while sending courier payment), tracking number, status of courier at least.

I have never seen the service like this. I have spent entire day by calling to DTDC service people on August 9th. But there was no use. Without giving any proper service, customer support why the special packages providing, not only the special packages even normal deliveries also. This is not at all fair. People are keeping trust on you DTDC please do not take it easy. We are totally disappointed with this service.

When the service numbers are not in use please do not provide the details to customers. They will follow them blindly.
And we didnt get any response from them.

I had sent a courier from Noida to Delhi (Z[protected] on August 6th containing Rakhi which was supposed to reach on August 8th itself but hasn't been delivered till now. The online tracker hasn't been updated since 7th August and none of the customer care numbers are responding after trying even a hundred times. I am so pissed at their service. Never ever go for DTDC courier. They are the most irresponsible courier service I have ever seen.

Sorry to inform that dtdc courier delivery is so pathetic that one parcel has arrived at Jharsuguda, Odisha on last Thursday 7th Aug & till now (11th Aug) the same has not delivered. If any person is not available at home, then courier company may contact over phone, but they don't really bother whether it is required or not. They are simply lieing. They are such a big organisation, fails to deliver the parcel on time every time. I think management should need to recheck whether their work procedure is really satisfying their large customers or not.

CN No. Z29002507; Rakhi was to be delivered before 10th August, 2014. It was sent from Delhi to Patiala. The franchisee in Patiala fails to deliver and made excuses that the consignee did not pick up call. The recipient never recieved any call who miserably kept waiting for Rakhi. Never use DTDC.

I have packed certain chocolates and a card for my friend's birthday and have couriered it to Ahemedabad through DTDC.It hasn't reached my friend.They didn't contacted him promptly and returned the parcel back to Mumbai.In Mumbai. I didn't received my courier back for more than 20 days and when I called certain times I received back my courier.But somebody from your department has opened it and have taken out all choclates.And have sealed it back. My question is what kind of pathetic customer service is that? I want a justification else will case against your courier services.

Hi, I have unfortunately used courier service from DTDC for Rakhi Courier. I gave courier on 1st Aug 2014 and till 10th Aug 2014 also it was not dispatched. I paid 105.00 bucks for this now after Rakhi festival this courier is of no use even if delivered. I called them many times on phone no mentioned on website but as always happens, no one response to those numbers. Than recipient went to collect from DTDC st john road bangalore office (as status shows on online) also but courier was not there. We called on many numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] but no one responded on these numbers. CN no is: Z28402856. This courier was booked from Noida to Bangalore.

I ordered a gift to my brother in indore whose order number is GL-[protected] worth Rs.601. It is not yet delivered. Neither any of them is picking up the call or replying to my mails.They have given me DTDC tracking number which is invalid.
Kindly help as soon as possible..

Hi I had booked a parcel from DTDC Pune(Magarpatta Office) on 5th August which was to be delivered to Jammu. The AWB no. is P28776566 The parcel contained Rakhi which had to be delivered by Sat 9th August as Rakshabandhan was on 10th(today). The person who booked my parcel assured me that it will reach on time but it never did. I kept calling again and again but there was no attention provided to my request. My friend also sent a parcel from Pune to Jammu but through SpeedPost and it reached within 3 days and was charged half the amount what DTDC is charging. And I regret sending it through DTDC. Now it doesn't really matter if the parcel reaches tomorrow, day after or whenever as the Rakshabandhan is over. I hope your sister must have tied Rakhi to you and you must be happy about it and I wish my brother could have the same feeling. All I have to say is that stop your service if you cant deliver it because it has worst service and charges more. Stop making fool of people and stop hurting their feelings. I sent Rakhi on 4th August from Gurgaon to Ludhiana to my dear brother through DTDC- consignment number- Z28367745. Today is 10th August- Rakhsha Bandhan day. But my shipment is not yet delivered. I have made multiples calls to DTDC Ludhiana office. But they don't pick phone or their phones are not working at times. This is very very disappointing that DTDC don't care for people's emotions when they know it is Rakhi which was even mentioned over the courier. If they cant deliver the courier they should not run the service. I will never use DTDC service ever again.

My Tracking no. Z23986463 I booked my courier (Rakhi)on 30th July to be delivered to Bhind Madhya Pradesh they charged me Rs.85 and today its been more than 11 days and still there is no clue where my courier is, nobody has called me or the party where the courier is supposed to be delivered what kind of pathetic service is this and I have called several times at their so called customer care number in Delhi 44900000 it keeps going in their stupid IVR system and keeps playing their ivr remains stuck thr for more than 3 mins and then automatically disconnects, whats the use of customer care when they are not committed to deliver customer service, nobody is thr to take ownership or responsibility .This is highly negligent and pathetic service.
