Hi All,

Please i request do not send any item through DTDC, it is a worst courier services. I had faced lot of problems many times. We have sent a cover on 13.08.2014 from Delhi. They said it will be delivered in 3 days. But almost 6 days gone it was not reached. If i checked it on the tracking it is showing item has been sent for dispatched on Saturday 11:30 am. Might be for the courier person do not find my address for the last 3days. I tried to call the local Hyderabad offices on Saturday / Monday / Tuesday but no one is picking the calls.I am wasting lot of money as i am calling from US to get the item immediately. The worst DTDC services not responding to any call nor delivering my item.

Please check the attached screen shots about the tracking and updates and my consignment slip.

I request all whoever is reading this post please think twice before sending any item through DTDC.

I had sent A courier from Pune to Shriram Pistons & rings Ltd Pathredi Bhiwadi Rajasthan with Docket No P28660305 on[protected] which is not yet delivered on 19/08/2014. there is no reply to my mail also phone number of dealer provided on website is switched off. I had many times sent courier on same address which were delivered, but my last courier was not delivered and status shown on website is also confusing. Pl help to resolve the issue.

I have sent a official letter with demand draft in favour of Supdt. Curgon Road Govt accommodation through DTDC courier but the packet lost along with demand draft I have contacted DTDC office but no headway, it is very important letter, DTDC neither return the money nor packet.

Hi, I have booked a parcel from Gachibowli, Hyderabad to Tamluk, East Medinipur, W.B on 14th August, Consignment Number is H33352818. Today, 16th August parcel has reached to the Tamluk local DTDC office but in spite of delivering that item they have called to the recipient to collect the parcel from the TAMLUK local office. When i called to the Tamluk local office they misbehaved and they totally disagreeing to deliver the parcel in mentioned address and told me the same that recipient should collect parcel from there office. Now nobody will picking the call also!!! It is really very disgusting, is that type of service we can DTDC? Is there any rule that recipient should collect from there office?

i had to receive an item before 5 days which i have not received till date. the airway bill number is M09487005.the item is at mahabubnagar dtdc since 3 days and they still didn't take the pains to deliver it. this is the 2nd time i am having problem with dtdc mahabubnagar. they don't deliver it on time and the last time i waited for 3 days and they were irresponsible and negligent to deliver it so i had to go and collect it for my self at dtdc office leaving all my work. this is the last time i am send or receiving anything from dtdc mahabubnagar. i never had any problem with bluedart or other services.

I have sent a very urgent kind of document with a CD from JABALPUR (M.P.) TO BHOPAL (M.P.) by DTDC courier, napier town, jabalpur on 05/08/2014 . I was promised by courier company that the courier will reach in 24 hours as I told them that it is necessary to reach till 07/08/2014. But even after passing more than 7 days it is still not delivered. The person whom I have sent that courier has already moved from that place. For safe receipt of the article sent, I myself visited BHOPAL on 10/08/2014 but even after vigorous follow-up of whole day, I could not get my parcel back and I had to return back empty hand. I am very frustrated and feeling very cheated with this incident and my loss uncoverable so I want justice. Please do the needful

See the tracking number K72532069 I have not received the package yet. The customer support says they are not aware of the consignment. Says it might have gotten lost! DTDC service is no longer reliable. I cant get any information on the package. Tried calling several people from Dtdc but everyone seems to have an excuse of not solving the problem. No accountablity.

A consignment was sent form my office BD India Ltd. Bangalore on 07/08/2014. Via DTDC Consignment No. D19007271 To my address in Chennai Which is # 429, 2 nd floor, 5th cross street, P. P. Garden, Aminjikarai, Chennai - 600 029. Ph. [protected]. The address was exactly typed as mentioned by me. But the consignment reached me on 13/08/2014 exactly 6 days after the consignment was booked. This is an unacceptable delay. Even more annoying is the behaviour of their staff. I got a call today from the mobile Number +[protected]. stating that the address is mentioned as 403, 5th cross street which when i saw the consignment was a intentional lie & when I asked to him about why he didn't called me for such a long time as he claimed the consignment was with him for the past 5 days. He told he can't reach the mobile number which is even more absurd. His comment was to take it easy and complain this to DTDC if I dare. My question is 1. Who gave him all the courage to talk to a customer like this? 2. Are we not paying them to get the consignment delivered at the mentioned address? 3. Dear Sir / Madam, It is really disgusting that the service of DTDC is not upto the mark. I have sent Rakhi with gift on 6th Aug. Till date the same has not been delivered. Today I had a word with Vadodara, Makarpura area DTDC service people. They even did not have courtsey to even attend give proper reply. After giving our tracking no too, they did not respond and said to talk to the boy who has come for delivery. The delivery boy whose number was with us, is not even attending our call. I am working in one of the corporate MNC.. Now I will try my level best to discontinue service of DTDC from our company. The service is really very bad and even the response is worst. If your Management is reading this complaints then would request to kindly see the possibility of taking strict action against Makarpura service. Thanks for your understanding.

I booked rakhi from Pune to Bhopal on 6th August via DTDC courier service, I was told that it will be delivered either on saturday or on Monday(11th August). I kept on tracking the status of Consignment no - P28182347, It reached bhopal on 9th August Morning, I called up the number provided and was informed that they are open on sunday as well so in case if the rakhi cudnt be delivered on saturday it will be delivered on sunday for sure. I kept on calling the same number on sunday but there was no response but status was changed to Prepared. On Monday the status was out for delivery at 11 AM, today is 13th, it has not yet been delivered, it took 3 days to get it delivered to Bhopal but after reaching bhopal it has not been delivered in the past 4 days. I called up DTDC bhopal branch again[protected] and spoke to Deepika, and she said that they have passed it to franchiee and was given a number of Shanu [protected], Shanu said that the package is still with MP nagar Branch and has not been delivered and will get delivered tomorrow. This is very poor service and perfect example of false promises, if I could have been told that it will take this much time then I would have sent someone to collect it on 9th itself. Need the complete refund asap.

An express consignment booked under docket number V17377296 on 07.08.2014 from Delhi to Hyderabad was not delivered even on 13.08.2014 (as on 11.33AM). Efforts to contact the customer care numbers at their South Delhi and Hyderabad numbers on 11.08.2014 went unanswered for several attempts. The Delhi Customer Care executives when they came on line, gave very vague replies like "we have handed over the consignment to Hyderabad office..pls hold..." and "For knowing status please call ...number" ( a number which never rang!). Needless to say none of them reverted back. The Hyderabad number was never picked up on 11.08.2014. On 12.08.2014, the Hyderabad Customer Care executive responded by saying that the consignment reached us after 12.00 noon on Monday, hence it could not be delivered on Monday-the 12th. (There was no use of reminding her that it was an express courier-ie to be delivered within 24hrs and for which the charges are quite steep). As on 13.08.2014, the consignment remains undelivered nor have I been appraised of the reasons nor the fate of the consignment!! RAO ESHWARIAH ROJA RAO

I have used DTDC Courier Service to deliver My Consignment of Rakhi Special after Getting Assurance from your DTDC Kormangla 4th Block Branch[protected] in Bangalore. My Consignment No is: B12112298I was assured the delivery of the same in 5 days. But, I am exremly unhappy to say that it wasn't delivered and sent back to us back in Bangalore due to Territory Issues between Harni Branch and Kareli Baug. After complaining to Customer Care (Madhavi), Prakashbhai ( Kareli Baug ) and Rajesh ( Picking Up Subhrato Sir Mobile ), I was came to know that there is problem in process in head office of assigning responsibilities to different territories and wrong justification / reason for the status of not delivering on time and to the right person. They haven't even called to any of the customer Mobile to verify is service is exists in the area or not. I am really disappointed the way your franchises and HO is handling the My consignment Delivery.

Kindly request you to register my complain and help on quick resolution of the same with assured delivery of My Consignment soon. I believe it seems breach of contract since DTDC failed to meet our requirement for which we are assured from Bangalore Branch.

If you are unable to resolve my complain, can you please advice me to understand compensation entitlements before I choose a delivery option through DTDC in future.

I placed an order for a parcel on Friday, Aug 8 and according to their price of Rs.215, the order would be delivered on Sunday. Since, it was Rakhi they couldnt do so and even on Monday the order reached Patna only in the evening. Since then, even till Tuesday morning, they were just saying one thing or the other and the lady in the Patna office talked very rudely on the phone and I don't know when will the order reach the destination. First, they don't stick to their day of delivery and then talk rudely.

I have send a parcel through DTDC on 04.08.14, Consignment no. Z28461958, from New Delhi to Jhabua (MP) which has not yet been delivered till today i, e, 12.08.14.& I am getting no response from the firm they are not picking up my call.

Tracking Number: V17743959 We sent the above courier on DTDC Plus service from Ahmedabad on 09th AUg 2014, it was very important documents for us to reach the destination. But unfortunately the courier was not sent on time. From DTDC tracking service, it was showing that Monday, August 11, 2014 Shipment Dispatched for Delivery BALANAGAR MASTER FRANCHISEE, HYDERABAD 10:23 AM But till 7:00PM there was no response. I tried to reach Franchisee people and they gave me some other number and asking me to follow up. This is so frustrating to know that after booking in express service also, there is no guarantee. And even I can understand, if service is not reached to Hyderabad due to any real environmental issues, but in this case it reached Balanagar area Hyderabad on time, and showing status as dispatched for delivery at 10:23AM but still(7PM now) not received Kukatpally area which is less than 10KMs away. Today at 6.20 p.M. A delivery boy brought two doc. For deliver from which one doc was opened when asked about the reason he told lena hai to lo nahi to vapis bhej duga.
When asked to talk sensibly he walked out the office saying some thing in his mouth.
Plz. Check the matter which person came to my office to deliver doc on 11.8.14 at 6.25 p.M.
& take tough action against such rude person which are not good for so much reputed courier company. I also want to deliver my very impotant documents throuh another person soon.An early action in this regard will be highly appriciated.
