This is the 2nd time I had bad experience with your courier service at PERUNGUDI, Chennai branch .

I sent a wallet to my dad as a gift on Father's day. At first the consignment did not deliver in time, it finally got delivered after hectic follow up with their staff. BUT, they delivered an empty case of the wallet. The wallet was not there.
