My courier has not been delivered from past one and half months.the collection centre tells he has sent the record to head office, and when you call the head office or if you call customer care no one will reply.i ve no idea where should i go and ask and what should i do in this regard.please if possible try to take this complaint seriously as i am very much aware of the fact that this kind of complaint against DTDC courier is not the first one. regards, Nalini Ranjan ph;[protected]

My self Yogesh Dhiman, I would like to inform you complaint of DTDC Courier Company. I have sent 1 important (Rakhi) couriers from Gurgaon branch on date-02.08.2014 to Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The tracking numbers are Z28672644. Also, I have track my courier & contacted the customer care of gurgaon & bijnor, but no one answering the my call. My courier address and phone number both are correct.
Still (09.08.14) my courier not delivered & tomorrow is rakshabandhan. I think my rakhi courier is stolen by DTDC member. I am very upset for DTDC service.
Dtdc is showing wrong status and the customer service is too bad and not responding.
Kindly consider my complaint and provide me a solution for this problem.

We have dispatched a consignment from hyderabad to calicut with docket no.: D18966615, on[protected], consignee name- Alukkas Jewellery, Ram mohan road, Calicut. The consignment has been delivered to Atlas jewellery by DTDC delivery boy on[protected]. I have been coordinating with the following persons over the email for past 6 days and they are just playing the blame game. branchcok. calicut <branchcok.[protected]@dtdc.com>; CSS. Cochin <css.[protected]@dtdc.com>; BM. Calicut <bm.[protected]@dtdc.com>; vinodkp <[protected]@dtdc.com>; even after repeated emails and followup nothing is been done. the consignment is not delivered at the right address for which we are loosing our customer. Help needed.

My daughter sent a letter on 05/08/2014 from Bhopal but same has not been delivered till date i.e 09/08/02014 (10.15 AM) In spite of my follow up with all the concerned dealing persons I am unable to get any responsible reply. I am told that letter has been delivered to their Frencheis and is with them for last three days. You are requested to please look into the undue delay in delivery of this letter.

Hi, Sub : Parcel not Delivered, but online tracking shows status as Delivered. My courier containing a Demand Draft was sent to Bangalore from Agartala on 24th of July 2014. The courier was sent to my sister's college ISBR college. When I am trying to track my courier online, it states that it is already delivered on 28th of July 2014. But the college authorities, including the security guards and the reception are adament that the parcel has not been delivered to them. Now I want a Proof of Delivery from DTDC for my parcel so that I can go and ask the college authorities. In the tracking page the last location for my parcel was found to be 'MADIWALA MASTER FRANCHISEE, BANGALORE' where the status is being displayed as 'Shipment Dispatched for Delivery'. So I went and checked with them on 6th of July, they told the Delivery details will be available with the local branch i.e, Electronics City Branch. So I went to Electronics City branch to ask for the Proof of Delivery on the same day. But still after 3 days, they are yet not able to provide me with a valid POD. Everyday I am going there, but they are telling more time is needed to find the POD. The tracking page states that the parcel was delivered to the Security Guard with company seal & sign. They have also given a 6 digit phone number (GOD knows where a 6 digit phone number is available). I am stuck now, dont know what to do. Dont have any idea where the parcel is. Dont know if it was actually delivered. I am sure there is some problem with DTDC only. Courier details : ================= Tracking ID : V17985949. Its really disappointing that the tracking service is not working provided on the DTDC official website. Also the person sitting i.e. incharge on the DTDC pune aundh branch does not know the way he should be talking. Also DTDC needs to improve on the services as if a courier cannot be delivered in 3 working days from PUNE to SURAT by taking 80 RS from the customer its is of no meaning. They charge heftily and forcing customers under the pretext of rakhee to make all their urgent couriers rather than normal ones. Really disappointing services

My courier doc no-v17762482 sending from bhubaneswar. To pune (Hadapsar) address on before 7 days. Whenever check and track the status each and every time messages as service unavailable. Telephonic call with customer care executive says as ur courier received on hadapsar branch on 4th aug. And courier drop on end of the. Day. Today i try to call customer care executive, number [protected]. Then he given another number for call the status. After call the given number [protected]. The same procedure also take and given me the hadapsar branch number [protected] i trying more than 10- 15 time but not answering the call. Afterwards i further call the customer care number [protected] and discuss about the problem. He confidence call the manager of hadapsar branch. As on committed courier received within 30 min. But till time courier not received and no single call regarding the same. As on important courier not received on time line. Previous same issues also happened. No single call from courier person and updated as on door lock. Then i called the courier office and received my doc. I was told at DTDC centre that area with postal code 835303 can be couriered to the same. But it has been 7 days lying the courier in Ranchi Branch, executives there says the post cost 835303 not under their coverage area so the consignee to come and collect. Moreover DTC executive asked consignee to come and collect the consignment which is really troublesome. I request you kindly suggest the DTDC executive that only those consignment to be accepted from customer which are in there coverage area. He should be completly reject and told customer that particular postal code is not in their coverage area so that we, customer can go for other options to send the same. Dinesh [protected]

Hi, I would like to take your attention to a glitch in you this service done by the DTDC courier service. Recently I have send a courier from Jamshedpur division to Hyderabad with Consignment number-K72061313, on Friday 1st august 2014 which should have come on Tuesday 4th 2014. But I was delayed and further it has been returned back to the dispatch address without any formation to the customer more so calling to the concern department they said that as they are not providing service to the particular area so they have to return it back. Is this a proper service provided by DTDC, My question is as there is a provision of keep the consignment in the destination for 3 days why did they returned the courier and why no body called me before doing so. DTDC courier people are big "CHOR"..They do promise of reliable delivery but actually they steal the items from the packet. They are not at all responsible to make the packet delivery safely and quickly. A sister who is sending Rakhi to her brother with whole heart and if it do not reaches the destination on time plus the rakhi itself is missing from packet, how would one feel ? This is the pathetic service DTDC actually provides. May all the people how are resposible for this shameless act...go to HELL..all my curses to DTDC

Hi, I have sent a package to Georgia State University on 24th July, 2014 and the tracking number is N95479753 . I see the status was last updated on 29th July, 2014 as en-route and Inscan at NEW YORK, NY. It has not been updated after that. Can I know latest status of my package. Should I send another one using a different service. It has been more than two weeks and it still has reached the destination and worse yet its status hasnt changed in over a week.

I booked one packet from Jamshedpur vide C.N. No. K 72387371 on 1st of August 2014 for Chennai. Today is 6th August and the packet has not been delivered yet. I contacted your Chennai office yesterday and they assured that on 6th it will be delivered. I contacted customer care at Jamshedpur, they gave Chennai's contact no. to contact and also said that you had booked thru a franchise, hence it is delayed. If courier can not be delivered within 5-6 days, then what is the use of it. I have knocked almost all doors but in vain. Should I go to consumer forum ?

Dear Sir/Madam Complaint No. IS0608302 Docket No. D18509043 It is very very non-sense with DTDC that our parcel vide docket no. D18509043 is hold by you Gurgaon Branch Manager - Mr. Kunwar Pal ([protected]) since three days. Even nobody is responding properly. From Delhi Customer Care & Gurgaon Customer Care keep promising of earliest delivery. Your Brach Manager not able to pick my phone even dialing his no. 100 time in a day. is your branch manager handicapped by hand or something like that. Today it was reached atdestination Amravati with open condition (both envelop and mobile box) and oneitem was missing in it. Please find attached photos for more details.

Hi, I had couriered a glass memento from Gachibowli, Hyderabad to Pune on 23rd Jul 2014. While sending the packet, I had mentioned it clearly that it is a glass memento of a miniature Charminar of value Rs. 500. The same is also mentioned clearly on the slip. It was packed in a cardboard box inside an envelope, whereupon another layer of plastic envelope was wrapped around it by the DTDC shopkeeper. It reached to Pune on 25th Jul'14, in a damaged condition where the glass and the memento inside was completely cracked and broken. Dear Sir, My name is Prasenjit De residing at Dwarka, sector-9.On 30th July at around 12.30PM i got a call from DTDC Dwarka sec-7, Ramphal Chowk branch, to confirm if i am at my home or not.I asked why, and she replied that a courier on my name has come and it could not be delivered as my house was closed.I in reply said that its a wrong statement as me and my parents are present and moreover we stay in a apartment where we first get a call from the guard room if any courier comes and then only he is allowed to enter. She said that next day i.e on 31st July the courier will be delivered.2 days passed by, but i did not get my courier.Then i personally went to your branch at sec-7 Dwarka to enquire about my courier.First, they were not ready to enquire about my courier since i dinot have the consignment number...and when i said i will go to consumer court...then they acted upon.They gave me the consignment number.Its-X08027038 booked from Bhiwandi. They searched the courier all through but could-not find.She then called the delivery boy and asked me to take a feedback in the evening.I again went in the evening, and she(Miss Pratima) replied that the delivery boy is on leave since last 3 days and will join the nxt day.As advised i called over the phone the next day evening to realise my courier has been opened and stolen by the delivery boy.And these people have no apologetic comment neither they came up with any compensation to my stolen courier. I thereby request you to kindly take strict action against these lacklustre franchisee who are bringing bad name to your reputed company.I also want to know why such thing of theft is happening at your company franchisee?People will lose trust in your brand if such things continues.Its a major serious crime.And above i was taken aback my their attitude and non-apologetic behaviour.How will you compensate my loss...????It was a courier which was send by P&G having some health and beauty products... When ever tracking the shipment every time its make a message- service unavailable in DTDC Every Tracking Sites.
The contact number of your branch which mention in your DTDC site on location wise also not working. Some Numbers also not contact and making switched off. Each and every time courier not received in time line as its more than 7 days to deliver on the Address (location on Courier ). Many fallow-up for the courier also being co-ordinate with customer care representative. Every time Your Tracking site also not available it also down and message as Service Unavailable. Please resolve the issues and changes the proper ways that's easier to received the courier.

I have shipped one courier(For Rakhi, Total Cost : Rs 450 + Rs 110 for courier charge) at Bangalore on 29/07/2014 to send to TARKESWAR, HOOGHLY, WEST BENGAL. I have been told that the delivery will be done by saturday(02/08/2014). But till today(05/08/2014) the courier has not been delivered to the recipient. I called the customer care person also, surprisingly he told me the courier has been delivered on 01/08/2014. But the Recipient has not received any courier till today(05/08/2014) . Even i raised the complain to the customer care maild id, but i have not received any reply from them. They are totaly irresponsible. They are not bother about our complain also.

Consignment No M09404103 sent from Bhilai (C.H) TO Bengaluru On 31.07.14 was received on 04.08.14. To my surprise, Instead of actual Sosdexo Coupons Worth Rs 3900 sent, I received a 10 Rs paper Dairy inside the envelope Why would anybody send those 10 rs paper bits paying 100 RS as Courier Fee ?? Kindly address my complaint and do the needful actions in this regard. i had a big loss of 3900 Rs because of their irresponsible behaviour.DTDC India is not picking up calls and Not addressing my greivance on email as well. Courier was sent from the DTDC Bhilai Supela branch RF-138.
