To DTDC, The worst courier service we have experienced second time from DTDC Courier. You dont have proper customer care. People who attend call dont have proper information about the consignment. Since once month your team is just making us fool about the package we sent & while sending we clearly said that its an urgent courier consist of medicines. This is what your service is!!! And proud to say that Blue Dart courier is far better than your services bcos the medices we sent after your consignment failure has been recieved in 4 working days. Kindly request you to give some positive ray to consignment no - D17572504* CODTING AROUND Rs 5k medicines and updates at earliest to avoid more of your consiquences.

I posted a courier from Tirupati to Delhi on 24th july.In tracking details they are listing that the product was out for delivery on 28th July but there is no delivery till today.take action on this as soon as possible because it has to be deliver before 6th august.

I sent a consignment through DTDC courier Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Branch on 1st July 2014 to Gorakhpur UP. Consignment umber is G90052601.It contains Houshold Items - Used cloths. I decelared the value as 1000 as paid 1300 for the same . When I enquired after 15 days I can to know that consignment is in Bhiwandi Mumbai itself . They said Road permit is not provided. When I asked Ghansoli branch they asked me to give a declaration that the consignment is having household item and it has no value. Even after giving that decleartion The consignment is not delivered yet. Whenever I contact Ghansoli branch they say it will be delivered tomorrow but it is not delievred till now. This is the worst courier service I would say and never use in future

In Hyderabad city the DTDC courier company dont have even a phone connection how shame it is...? actualy they have posted so many number in web page, if we call the certain numbers no body can lift the receivers. I have to receive a parcel from amazone company vide order number: Z28487888, and the company sent a mail regarding this and they mentioned that my parcel will reach me in between 26-30/ Jul/2014.But today 01/08/2014 but still I didnt get my parcel. I tried to contact the concerned authority of DTDC through phone for enquiring my parcel status but "THERE IS NO MAN LIFT THE PHONE" is it funny and very shame to say that a Popular courier company dont have a phone assistance to costumer. Finally I want to know the reason for this negligence towards my parcel. Otherwise I will proceed through Legally.

Dear sir/mamMy colleague sent me a courier from madhepura to delhi badarpur wid ref no. k72228511 on 26th july 2014. It is more tha 7 days i have not received my courier nor any call from courier company.I have tried tracking too but that also not informative. It is really a neglection of customer neglection of service as well as of customers which shaken my trust in dtdc services. Kindly resolve my problems.

i am regular customer of dtdc(ashram road reserve bank branch) but i shocked by your receptionist's misbehavior that she reopen my verywel packed parcel to check it & i also co-operate to her for that but she told among manyother customer stood there that "do you transfer the cash by parcel?" i am not havalaman i am reputed trader of ahmedabad she cant talk with me like this. i decided that i dont deal with dtdc from now and you know the resone why.please dtdc you have to give proper training your employee before they dealing withpublic. my name imran mansuri my contct no. Hi, I have sent anCourier from bangalore to delhi using DTDC on 23-July-14. and the courier is not being delivered and on 27-July-14 morning online status showing is delivered. After that we have collected myself my courier from their office itself. They are saying that within 48 hours it will be deliverd. DTDC Couriers with the airway bill no. : X05341891 I have received email and sms saying it is delivered however is it not delivered.. none of customer care numbers are working.. I have sent few emails to DTDC. they have not replied.. Their site it self says "OUT for DELIVERY" since 2 days and I have receved sms saying it is delivered.

its more than a one year I had returned a courier from homeshop18. when i enquired about the courier reached the destination they say that its in transit and it has been misplaced to some warehouse once the found it they will deliver. can someone help me what should i do.

Hi, I sent a courier from DTDC on 4th of June this year from Pune to Faridkot containing a LED TV and its components. The tracking ID for the courier was D17679245. When the package was delivered, the receiver informed me that the packing was not proper, in fact packing was not even completely sealed and the thermocoal supporting the TV were missing. This caused TV to receive some serious physical damage. The package was sent back to Pune by the receiver at the time of delivery itself complaining that the packing was not proper. When I checked the LED after it was returned, even I can see that the packing was not in proper condition at all. Additionally, at the time of dispatching the courier, I have informed my dealer that the TV was slightly damaged but still want the set to reach the receiver in best state possible. SO, as per their request I also paid the insurance amount of the set. However, due to my surprise when the set was sent back, I checked with my dealer over the bad packing, they seemed quite reluctant over the fact that the TV was already damaged, it was not their mistake that the packing done was not proper and they do not take any liability for fragile item. This came as quite a surprise for me as now I was not able to understand that if the responsibility for fragile item is not taken by DTDC, then why do we pay the insurance amount at the time of dispatching the courier. Anyways, I still feel that at the minimum the packing of the courier should have been proper and there should not have been any item from inside the packet missing. I request you to kindly look into the matter and inform me if I am eligible for obtaining the insurance amount. Also, I mailed the complain to css.[protected]@dtdc.com on 11th July received any yet. Please help. P.S. I am not collecting my before situation is answered properly.

I was supposed to receive the consignment mailed through DTDCcompany but have NOT received it.The AWB# is X08927128.and when I checked the status online, its showing delivered on11th July and I have not received it. So when I asked them to send screen shot of document acknowledgement, dtdc did not even reply to it.

Hi, My Friend send one pack from KHARSIA - BILASPUR to Hyderabad with tracking number- M07836412. But that courier went to Mumbai with IN TRANSIT status. It's Almost 20 days over. Can any one help me in tracking and reaching the item to the destination as mentioned on the courier.

I sent a Courier from Chennai to Thanjavur, No: C54533383 ... I got call from the thanjavur DTDC couier office to come and collect. I said i am in chennai and deliver to the address. when i said you must have informed me prior to booking, He was very rude and said he cannot deliver to this location. Moreover he said, do whatever you want and "I will not deliver this courier".. I am Deeply Hurt with the responce and i promise that i will never use DTDC Again and i am literally stunned by your service.. Please do not make false promises and waste our money.

Lousy website, lousier service levels and the lousiest Courier Company operating in India. A package booked in Delhi on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 (AWB # Z[protected] has not been delivered, as yet (Monday, July 28, 2014), to the addressee. Stick an ordinary Rs. 5/- postage stamp and send by ordinary post, it would have reached by this time. They will blame it saying that if you had opted for the Premium service, the package would have been delivered. This is a complete rip-off and a fraud on Customers. Strongly recommend to avoid DTDC Couriers.

Hi Guys We had ordered a product form amazon.com to be delivered at door steps. This also included the shipping cost. They are requesting for extra charges to be delivered at home and rude in conversation with us. Even thought our house resides in there circle less than 3 Km from their office. They were rude in conversation, as if we were some kind of insects that to ladies <My mother>. It’s really pathetic to hear such kind of response from the service oriented company. A parcel booked on 18th july from bangalore. But even after 8 days i have not received my parcel. The status shows that on 19th jul the parcel was arrived at bhubaneswar DTDC APEX . From 19th july to today 26 th july there is no status update of the parcel and i have not received my parcel yet. i am very disappointed on the service. I have not recieved my courier yet having z27430172, it was out for delivery from 21st, when I called customer care, i have not get a proper answer. The have given me 3 number to contact and when I called those numbers its not in service. Please help me to get my parcel

Parcel has been sent to me with no. Z28256085 on 19 july from Delhi and still it has not been delivered whereas it has scheduled to deliver on Monday .This is my 1st experience with DTDC and if the situation remain same then I won't going to recommend it.Do something asap
