KG weight thru DTDC courier service. with Doket No: D17686853 . But weight of the parcel Ireceived after 6 days i.e. on 26.5.14 is 17.096 K.G..

I was shocked to see that the parcel was in open condition
& clearly shown that somebody has stolen from inside of the parcel.br...

I was expecting my courier to be delivered at my home. The parcel is sitting at the Surat office from 3 days and its still not delivered. Also, many important links at DTDC website are not working. Also, there no contact numbers of the branch office anywhere online. The customer service numbers are not responding.
