hi their, i have booked a consignment with number "D18285538" from bhimavaram to gurgoan. the delivary of the consignment should be on 21/7/2014 but when i go and check in the website if the consignment has been delivered or not it says "Out For Delivary" till date it says the same thing but the consignment has not been delivered. when i give a call to your representative they dont even answer the call. i have called them for 10times or even more lucky by gods grace i was able to speak to one of your representative .she gave me a complaint number i.e "i2307136". i request you to please take the complaint and resolve the matter asap. i am going to keep this one copy with me so that if you cant help me out i will have to reach the media. please dont put me in trouble. I have sent a courier on 09/06/2014 courier company told me we are delivered the courier 11/6/2014. but company told me we don't have received any courier In this courier my mediclame original bills send to chenni .I have to required receiving of consignment i am waiting for POD last 20 days. I had wrote a complaint previously as follows

" I had ordered one laptop charger from the above company. The charger showed problem after some time. Since it was under warranty, I send it to them for getting a new charger. Then they said that they have sent the charger through "dtdc courier" in 4th Jun 2014 but it never reached. I tried to contact with them and also the courier service many times but no advancements occurred. Please tell me what can I do legally to get my product back."

I found that they have lost the charger and the company "laptopcharger.com" their e-mail id is "[protected]@laptopcharger.com" that they are not doing anything. Since I am not the sender I cant ask for refund but the company can. My college has started and I am in trouble. They are not responding to my calls also to my e-mails. I want them to send me another charger within 2 to 3 days. My father is telling me to buy another charger which will cost almost 1000. They are too careless. Do something legally. They won't even respond to your e-mail.

K71316803, which was issued from my previous company on 3rd of June, 2014.But the courier is yet not received at my communication address.But its very urgent to get this courier.I have track the courier in DTDC site and the status is shows REVERTED.I have added the status history with this complaint. Dear Concerned, Our clients had sent important documents through DTDC via docket number M05731584 from Mumbai to Khatraj, Kalol, Gujarat on 02.06.14. We consistently tried to track the same online but unfortunately were never able to locate the same even after 10 days from the date courier was sent. DTDC being an reputed courier service we had asked our client to courier the same via DTDC. But to our surprise after so many days we have not received the courier and no one from their head office replied responsibly for the status. After so many calls to their Ashram Road Ahmedabad office, we were able to have a word with some of their employee who gave contact details of Gota branch, during follow up with Gota branch we were informed the courier will arrive on 11th, but still it never came. Then after some days during follow up they told that the delivery boy met with an accident so all the couriers got lost. This excuse is totally not acceptable, how can DTDC can wash their hands in such a case. Our documents were also very important and no one from DTDC is showing responsibility to answer us and tell us the proper solution for the matter. The courier is dispatched on 15th may 2014 from chennai but I haven’t received yet.. In portal status is shows delivered . When i spoke to them they says courier was misrouting to somewhere which cannot be handed over again. The content was original convocation certificates and 5k worth watch. i have lost my abroad oppurtunies because of the non-delivery and their irresponsibility. Can you please help me out. Dear all, Our Coporate office (ING VYSYA BANK, Banglore) dispatched consignment on 19/06/2014 through DTDC Courier no D15262223, but same has not been received till date, as we have track from POD and same was hold in Amritsar DTDC Branch, as we are talking to BH Mr Manish Sharma (Mo [protected]) about this consignment, he talk very rudely with us, now we are going to escalate the matter with our corporate office for delaying your courier service and misbehaving. The CN no. of the document was K72119874 dt 04/07/2014. The document is still not received by the receipients. I have informed about the matter to the attendant of Bhupati Nagar DTDC office. my mother from uttar pradesh send a courier on 11th July 14 to Bangalore with tracking no. Z25243309. However, when I received the parcel it was open and 4 of my clothes are missing. We tried contact on their customer service and to the person who dispatched this courier to us. But no response is there. Please help us.

My friend has shipped the courier item on April from Hyderabad to Bangalore but still I have not received the parcel. When I checked with DTDC center their system shows it is already delivered. The local DTDC office ( Bommasandra, Bangalore) does not give a proper response. I have visited the DTDC center more than 15 times but no proper response. Kindly help me to get my parcel from them

I have shipped an item through DTDC courier on 22/05/2014 from Ratnagiri, Maharashra to Gaziabad, UP with Cn no. P27857806. The item is still not reached at the address mentioned.In DTDC tracking system, the item shows delivered at SAHIDABAD office on 27 may 2014 only.Not showing delivered to the address stil. I am surprised and irritated by worst service by such a reputed courier company. I am trying to contact dtdc local office at sahidabad but no one receives the call at [protected] which is the sahidabad dtdc office number.So i had no other alternative than to complaint. I am waiting for my courier (Doc No- Z[protected] for the last 7 days. It was booked from Aligarh on 7th July. This is not the first time when DTDC showed it's irresponsible behaviour while delivery, last month 1 more courier (Doc No- V[protected]which was booked from Dehradun on 30/06/14 took 1 week time to get delivered. DTDC Courier services Chittorgarh not delivering the Courier within 4 km span ( ZINC Colony ) for 7 days .What the Poor service provider and dealer they have selected in Chittorgah Rajasthan-312001.Today on 14-July-2014, I called DTDC agent in Chittorgarh, He is saying it will be delivered on 19-July-2014 .From Delhi to Chittorgarh it took 6 days ( From 09- July to 14 July ) & In Chittorgarh City, it is taking 7 days . It mean total 13 days is required from Delhi to Chittorgarh for any courier .By walking from delhi to chittorgarh( My Township) it hardly take 3 days .but Courier services like DTDC taking 13 days .What a nonsense .Courier Services like DTDC must be banned in OUR country for these type of Service

I had booked a parcel from kakkanad, kochi to be delvered to pamela banerjee howrah, west bengal, which consisted of a sari, a blouse and a neck lace. Since I wanted an urgent delivery I booked in dtdc plus which is supposed to delivery in 48 hours. The consignment was booked on the 9th of july V17723692 as the consignment number, charging me Rs 765 . However I am still awaiting the delivery. I am humiliated at not being able to meet the promise of delivering the parcel in the sid date, inspite of paying for the service almost double of normal charges. To add to my misery the tracking site would not open nor would the customer care pick the phone call.I am just lurking out in the dark.

Hi, This is regarding Consignment number V17718440, dated 2nd july 2014 sent from pune to jammu.It has still not been received at the destination. A call was placed to check the status & was communicated that it needs to be collected from the branch. The concerned person went to the branch & tried to reach customer care couple of times with no response. The packet contained medicines which were significant to reach on time.Looking at the history of dtdc i had kept a buffer time for the delay.BUt it seems that was not sufficient.
