Hi Team, I sent a courier to one of my colleagues residing in Bangalore from Hyderabad (Dtdc - Indira Nagar, Gachibowli branch) on the 29th of last month. Courier never reached its intended recipient nor did either o[censored]s receive any phone calls regarding the non-delivery, but in the online tracking system it is showing as Delivered. I tried reaching the local Dtdc help desk on [protected] for help but their response is not satisfactory....
