On 11 June I had sent a letter by DTDC courier CN NO. - Z22821001 to New Delhi. It has not been delivered till today. It was addressed to Vice Admiral P Murugesan, Chief of Personnel, Room no. 210, C Wing, Sena Bhawan, Naval Head Quarters, New Delhi - 110011. It has NOT BEEN DELIVERED so far. On enquiry, I was told by DTDC that their man went and put the letter in some box outside the building on 13 June. there is NO PROOF OF DELIVERY so far. also, your people are very NEGATIVE and are not taking any action to trace my letter. The letter contained very imp documents. I request that immediate action be taken to trace the letter and either deliver or return the same to me. I had sent extremely important documents to Germany through DTDC. But they literally sent my documents to worng addresses twice. The correct address mentioned was PO box no. where only DHL can deliver parcel. but DTDC used some DPD couriers who delivered my visa documents to wrong address. It wasted my valuable time. I would like to tell you all to no use DTDC cheap services. It is utter disppointment that this company send costumers parcels on wrong address to make money. When we track online we se that our parcel is reached but when contact the respective international office, they say its never delivered and then we have to look into the matter. People who have extremely important documents to send PLEASE DO NOT USE DTDC. they promise that their courier will be sent by DHL or FedEX but later they use some local courier companies.

I booked my scooter from Aurangabad to Panchkula (Chandigarh) thro' DTDC on 4th June, 2014. I was told that it woud be wonderfully packed and delivered at destination by 10th. However, it reached on 18th June, 2014 with seat torn and whole of vehicle covered with birds ad lot of scratches. This shows that vehicl was not at all packed. The company is not doing any business rather it is looting and befooling the customers. My only suggestion to all who wishes to give business to DTDC for Cargo to think at least 1000 times before doing so else you will also become victim like me.

I booked DTDC LITE Express service Document envelope from Patna to Ranchi on 13 Jun 12:30 PM. Shipment suppose to deliver within 24 hours as per promise of your booking agent. But till 17 Jun 22:00PM shipment not yet delivered. When can I expect shipment delivered to address, even though mobile number of address mentioned on envelope along with address. First time I used DTDC courier service and had worst experience. Please reply my query earliest. I have booked a shipment bearing Docket No: B10533128 on 3rd June to AGARTALA from udupi it reached agartala on 8th June but not yet delivered the DTDC is not even responding or receiving the call, even mailed to customer care but no response from them

I have booked courier of train ticket through dtdc plus receipt no. From chennai to new delhi on 13.06.14 receipt no. E71195678. But instead of delivering the courier next day ie in 14.06.14 they delivered it on 16.06.14 at 12 noon . In that courier i have train ticket booked at prs counter chennai, for traveling on 14.06.14 at 10.30 p.M from delhi. But dtdc failed to deliver courier in time. Den i have paid extra fare . I want refund amount of what i have paid to dtdc and indian railways

It is unfortunate that DTDC failed to delivered the parcel [docket number : V17248540 ] as per sla but the worst part is, people of DTDC are reluctant Even receive a call though numbers mentioned on receipt are correct. Also, If DTDC is not able to deliver the courier on time why they charge Rs 200 for DTDC plus ?? I have paid 200 day before yesterday and was been assured that the parcel will be delivered yesterday which is yet to be delivered. Worst courier service...

Cons. No. V17121201 I send one parcel on 05/06/2014 to Hyderabad from Guwahati via DTDC Plus. But till date it was not delivered to destination. Is it your valued service??? I want refund for non delivery of the parcel and compensation for the item immediately. Otherwise I will go to consumer court. Dr. D. Hi, I have couriered some important documents from DTDC, courier number is V17583416, the courier guy promised that if I do a national blue service it would reach by 13/06/2014 but it still hasnt reached and still in transit This is a very important document for an admission and it should have reached today I want some stern action for this Regards, Debanjan

We sent a cargo from Hassan, karnataka for Gurgaon on 5.06.2014 vide Docket no. D[protected]. The cargo was supposed to be delivered to the recepient latest by Monday i.e. 9.06.2014. We have been tracking it since Monday, and despite their repeated promises, the cargo has still not been delivered as on 12/6/14 till 16:30 hours. The response from the customer care has been shockingly careless, and they have been telling lies and have given 4 times wrong numbers of the delivery boys! They would hardly pick up the phone, if they do, they will put you on hold for indefinitely long time, and would not provide any concrete information. They only try to get rid of the customer by telling him any thing vage! Our Gurgaon client has been chasing the local customer care- the story is even worse there. IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??????

My shipment number is D18100477 ; I have booked the same on 05/06/2014 . It`s been 06 nos. days and the response from the concerned branch is very irritating. The courier status is still not clear. Kindly help me out as because the courier is for my Old parents receding in West bengal Haldia. Kindly think of them and Please help me out in this situation. I have to submit the papers in Bank on urgent basis hence I pay urgent charges and your office authority promised me to reach the shipment on 29th May itself. I beg to say that, one consignment was couried by Cyclo Transmission (p) ltd via document no P27948379 to Faridabad in favour of AMIT PAL MAKKER resident at 3F/70 NIT, FARIDABAD-121001. on[protected]. after waiting for 6 days, i contacted the DTDC office at Faridabad on[protected], As I came to know that the parcel is not delivered after mentioning that the house was found closed, I want to notice you that my mother is old of 70 years and she always remains in house, never goes any where else.This type of services you provide to your customers.

I would like to know the consignment status of my courier that I sent using your services on 31st May 2014. As per the executive Mr. Bisham, Phone number: [protected], from DDA flats Madangir New Delhi 110062 office, my courier was supposed to be delivered to the address on 4th June 2014. But so far it was not delivered and even Mr Bisham was unable to explain the reason regarding the delay and did not respond properly over the phone. The courier was on urgent basis and I am really disappointed by the poor services offered and even Mr Bisham lied about the status saying that the courier reached the destination but due to the house was locked they were unable to deliver the courier but as a matter of fact the consignee was waiting for the courier the whole day as promised by Mr Bisham. We also contacted the destination branch with phone number [protected] given by Mr Bisham yesterday and they told us that the courier did not yet reach the destination state.

I am really disappointed and I am not in a mood to wait for any other single minute. I would considered that DTDC has lost my valuable courier and I would like to be reimburse the whole courier value amount and the courier fee.

I recently moved to New Delhi but forgot to bring my new cell phone. My parents at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh booked the parcel on 23rd May, 2014 by Premium Product Express with tracking id V16836952. Within three days, I noticed that the consignment tracking is not updating anymore. When my father contacted the DTDC branch at Bhilai, these were their exact words "Its very unfortunate that a bag containing your and some 15 other people's parcel has somehow 'gone missing'. We're desperately trying to locate it, but we can't do anything beyond that." And after that they're only playing us in a loop and telling to come and check in two days. It's been 2 weeks today and they still have no idea where my parcel went. I tried contacting the DTDC branch at New Delhi, but they are also not responding once. I mean, this is a pathetic level of negligence and I don't know what to do now.

[protected] & this person was also always out of office [protected]) The staff do not understand that the client is upset because of the importance of documents & the deadline of time for submission that is required to be met.
