My shipment number is D18100477 ; I have booked the same on 05/06/2014 . It`s been 06 nos. days and the response from the concerned branch is very irritating. The courier status is still not clear. Kindly help me out as because the courier is for my Old parents receding in West bengal Haldia. Kindly think of them and Please help me out in this situation. The customer service division in Ahmedabad is very reluctant about this.

I beg to say that, one consignment was couried by Cyclo Transmission (p) ltd via document no P27948379 to Faridabad in favour of AMIT PAL MAKKER resident at 3F/70 NIT, FARIDABAD-121001. on[protected]. after waiting for 6 days, i contacted the DTDC office at Faridabad on[protected], As I came to know that the parcel is not delivered after mentioning that the house was found closed, I want to notice you that my mother is old of 70 years and she always remains in house, never goes any where else.This type of services you provide to your customers.

I would like to know the consignment status of my courier that I sent using your services on 31st May 2014. As per the executive Mr. Bisham, Phone number: [protected], from DDA flats Madangir New Delhi 110062 office, my courier was supposed to be delivered to the address on 4th June 2014. But so far it was not delivered and even Mr Bisham was unable to explain the reason regarding the delay and did not respond properly over the phone. The courier was on urgent basis and I am really disappointed by the poor services offered and even Mr Bisham lied about the status saying that the courier reached the destination but due to the house was locked they were unable to deliver the courier but as a matter of fact the consignee was waiting for the courier the whole day as promised by Mr Bisham. We also contacted the destination branch with phone number [protected] given by Mr Bisham yesterday and they told us that the courier did not yet reach the destination state.

I am really disappointed and I am not in a mood to wait for any other single minute. I would considered that DTDC has lost my valuable courier and I would like to be reimburse the whole courier value amount and the courier fee.

I recently moved to New Delhi but forgot to bring my new cell phone. My parents at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh booked the parcel on 23rd May, 2014 by Premium Product Express with tracking id V16836952. Within three days, I noticed that the consignment tracking is not updating anymore. When my father contacted the DTDC branch at Bhilai, these were their exact words "Its very unfortunate that a bag containing your and some 15 other people's parcel has somehow 'gone missing'. We're desperately trying to locate it, but we can't do anything beyond that." And after that they're only playing us in a loop and telling to come and check in two days. It's been 2 weeks today and they still have no idea where my parcel went. I tried contacting the DTDC branch at New Delhi, but they are also not responding once. I mean, this is a pathetic level of negligence and I don't know what to do now.

Hi, My consignment # B09460252. I have sent a courier (ORIGINAL DL)on 31st May from Tiptur to Bangalore which is approximately 130 KM's. Even after 6 days not delivered to me. When I tracked today online, I got message stating, "NOT DELIVERED DUE TO MISROUTE". What's all this rubbish. I need my courier asap. Please check anr revert immediately.

Hi, I have dispatched my consignment-B10119558 from Bangalore to Guntur (i.e in Andhrapradesh). And I was informed by the DTDC person that it will deliver on next day. Since my parcel is important to reach on next day I went for DTDC courier service. Actually i handed over my courier on Friday (30th May) but till the date and time it was not delivered.. The DTDC online tracking is worst. Every time it says "We regret the problem in the services selected. please try after sometime". SMS tracker is not working and email tracker is not working. When i call Bangalore customer care number to know the status, No one is ready to attend the call..This is the worst service I've never faced till now. Please take necessary action to reach my courier.

There is a consignment no- D17627499 which was deliver from Calcutta to gurgaon.I am contacting the Calcutta person and he is bot responding. Again at the same time the Delhi person is not responding. Kindly do the need full and trace when it gona be delivered.

I am writing this matter with anger and frustration at the complete arrogance and misbehavior of your company's front desk employees at DTDC Gurgaon and DTDC Kanpur. I had ordered some items from FabFurnish, which were shipped to my address on the 27th May, 2014. That I have yet not received the order is another story. The tracking website showed that the items have been delivered somewhere in Delhi. When I called your office the people spoke to me in such a manner that I was shocked that anybody could speak in that fashion to a customer let alone a lady. FabFurnish took up the issue and they gave me a number that I needed to contact in Kanpur. The Kanpur office a woman picked up the phone, kept me on hold and went on laughing and talking to somebody else before hanging up. I do not know whether any action would be taken to spruce up the customer service at your end but I would be happy if some action is taken. At least that would make us feel that in India grievances are addressed too.

hi, my docket number is R14778063. the status of my delivery is 'in transit' for more than a week.i am trying the customer care number everyday and your representative always promise the delivery by evening of the same day of my call. i didnt get the courier yet and we are unable to move out of our house expecting the delivery. On 31/05/2014 your representative asked me to send the address the courier should be delivered via mail to css.[protected]@dtdc.com. she told me that she will enquire the branch in Shivaji Nagar about it and let me know.i have sent the mail mentioning the address(as the below mail) but i didnt get any response yet from your side.Yesterday your representative gave me a number [protected] to talk about the delivery.After so many times trying he picked the call and said he will call back in 10 minutes. But after that there was no response from his side.I called him back and his mobile is switched off for the rest of the day. I have even told him that i will come and collect the courier from the office when they said there is no service in Girinagar. Still They never intimated the address to come and collect it. Everyday 10 am to 12 pm I am into this. do you think i don't have any other work than trying you people numbers?when will the courier be delivered? how long will it take for you to deliver a courier within Pune? Atleast let me know where the courier is presently so that i will come in person to collect it.do the needful as soon as possible so that we continue to use your service as always. He is not having a good manner and behaved like a uneducated person. he did not provided correct details and not listened to my words at least. he disconnected the call without providing any details. His number: [protected]

parcel on 20.5.14 from kohlapur(Maharashtra) to Yamuna nagar (Haryana) of 19.5
KG weight thru DTDC courier service. with Doket No: D17686853 . But weight of the parcel Ireceived after 6 days i.e. on 26.5.14 is 17.096 K.G..

I was shocked to see that the parcel was in open condition
& clearly shown that somebody has stolen from inside of the parcel.

Despite of paying 1300 Rs for freight charges for AIR
transport I am getting it in 7 days i.e. also I have picked from your outlet
not they have delivered to my place.

The box was in totally open condition. Snaps I have taken
for that condition.

I was expecting my courier to be delivered at my home. The parcel is sitting at the Surat office from 3 days and its still not delivered. Also, many important links at DTDC website are not working. Also, there no contact numbers of the branch office anywhere online. The customer service numbers are not responding. Somehow, got the branch contact number but the response was them was not acceptable.

A Very important parcel vide Parcel Number D17987868 has been sent to me by from Ranchi on 21st of May which weights aroung 3 Kg which was supposed to reach me in Gurgaon on 23rd of May (for which the company has charged an EXTRA AMOUNT). Unfortunately I have been tracking the parcel from last 3day and still nobody knows the location of the same. They have very pathetic people at the call centre who response as if they are doing us some favour (generally they will keep the phone but put it aside and get busy somewhere else). The company is so so bad that they dont even know where the parcel is forget about its delivery. On 24th i was told that I will recive the parcel in the evening, Monday i.e on 26th it was told to me that the parcel has been send to the Vendor for delivery and you will receive by evening then, still nothing was send. Finally on 27th i asked the number of the Vendor so that atleast I can follow up the Parcel status, very rudely the vendor told me that we do not deliver parcel here we deliver only documents we received ur parcel but we sent it back as delivering parcel is not our job. Even though after hiring a courier company I have to personally visit there office for my parcel ( this is the kind of service they provide) Still I have not receive any parcel or answer against the same rather the Vendor named Suraj was talking to me at his office as he is the CEO of the company and it was my mistake that why I sent a courier through DTDC. The Documents are very Important and was required on 26th of May now the day has passed and an irreparable loss has been done to me by the Third Class Courier Company called DTDC. Most interestingly when i asked there customer support that i want to register a complaint they never allowed me to talk to anybody and againg kept my call for hold for more then 10minutes and hung afterwards. DTDC is the worst worst company anybody could ever use. If anybody want there work to be done please avoid this unprofessional, unethical, dirty company or else you will have nothing but the most bitter experience of your life . This is being really such a bad experience for me that i am really of the opinion to file a consumer case against DTDC as these kind of service provider should not escape at any cost.
