i send some orginal documents of 0.475gms from bhopal india to british columbia canada on 16/06/14. at a payment of 1550 through dtdc courier service they promised me that it will reach with in 3 days.but tillnow it didnt reach.pls do some thing because it is orginal document and also the agent want to apply for migration process. and my airway bill no N95071763.

My friend had sent me a consignment through DTDC Courier. The consignment no. is F08199406. She had sent it on May 30th, but still I didn’t get the consignment. Could you please look into this as soon as possible and let me know the status of the consignment.

My friend had sent couriered a parcel containing 100 chocolates. Not only was the packing damaged when I received it, but 15 chocolates were missing. I don't want to sound petty or anything but its not about the missing chocolates. Its the break of trust we place in these services. I was shocked by this cheap and pathetic behaviour of the courier company. And when I called the customer care the lady who attended the call was shouting at me saying there was nothing she could do to help me. What an organization. I applaud everyone who is working there. You really have proven to be useless. Might as well shut it down.

Hi, i booked a food item in the dtdc tirupati branch with the consignment v17454893 to Palakkad, Kerela from tirupati, The DTDC people said that product will be deliverd with in 2days but the product still not yet delivered and i booked the product in DTDC Blue.. And almost the food product is damaged..kindly revert me the details of the delay and the dtdc tirupathi branch people are not fair and they are not friendly with the customers and not providing any details clearly. Kindly mention the damage details if not i should proceed legally

Docket no D15602645 is booking on 20/05/2014. ORIGIN - ICHANKARANJI (KOHLAPUR) DESTINATION - IMPHAL (MANIPUR) on the way it reach kolkata apex (air -sf-ac). KOLKATA at 3:34 am on 23/05/2014. then the product is loss from kolkata apex. I have already complain to DTDC KOHLAPUR OFFICE # [protected], DTDC KOLKATA OFFICE #[protected] DTDC IMPHAL OFFICE #[protected]. But there is no response yet.. I don, t khow how to complain.

My pod no -H30375011 one week back my father sent this courier from ongole to chennai it was not yet delivered, when i call to local head office they are not responding well . Now they are telling that courier was returned due incomplete address...in address mentioned my number also with out contact me they returned the courier back... HI Team, My courier with reference to Tracking number R14888361 has Not Been Delivered and it’s more than a week now. But when I check for the status on DTDC.in it shows as Delivered. Can you give me a Proper update. I have paid 600 rupees for this online. Its 2 T-shirts size 6 and Size 8. And I also contacted the customer care they do not answer the call. I need an update on this ASAP. I don’t want to end up paying money for something that is not delivered. Customer care service really bad I had to wait on the line for 5 min for a executive to answer my call and even before anyone could assist my issue the call go disconnected. Very disappointed as my Courier is not deliver and also no assistance given. And i have no clue what to do next to get this resolved. I need an Update on this ASAP. I booked consignment for Hyderabad from Bangalore - Domlur office (Shop No.302, 7th Cross Road Domlur I Stage, Domlur, Bangalore, Karnataka [protected] on Thursday - 19th July 2014. The person promised priority delivery before 2 PM on Firday 20th July 2014 if i pay higher amount and go for PTP service. But its been two days that consignment has not reached the destination and when i check with master franchisee office they talk rudely. Its a classic example of pathetic service and cheating customer for higher amount. A total disgrace on company's reputation

On enquiry, I was told by DTDC that their man went and put the letter in some box outside the building on 13 June. there is NO PROOF OF DELIVERY so far. also, your people are very NEGATIVE and are not taking any action to trace my letter. The letter contained very imp documents. I request that immediate action be taken to trace the letter and either deliver or return the same to me. I had sent extremely important documents to Germany through DTDC. But they literally sent my documents to worng addresses twice. The correct address mentioned was PO box no. where only DHL can deliver parcel. but DTDC used some DPD couriers who delivered my visa documents to wrong address. It wasted my valuable time. I would like to tell you all to no use DTDC cheap services. It is utter disppointment that this company send costumers parcels on wrong address to make money. When we track online we se that our parcel is reached but when contact the respective international office, they say its never delivered and then we have to look into the matter. People who have extremely important documents to send PLEASE DO NOT USE DTDC. they promise that their courier will be sent by DHL or FedEX but later they use some local courier companies.

I booked my scooter from Aurangabad to Panchkula (Chandigarh) thro' DTDC on 4th June, 2014. I was told that it woud be wonderfully packed and delivered at destination by 10th. However, it reached on 18th June, 2014 with seat torn and whole of vehicle covered with birds ad lot of scratches. This shows that vehicl was not at all packed. The company is not doing any business rather it is looting and befooling the customers. My only suggestion to all who wishes to give business to DTDC for Cargo to think at least 1000 times before doing so else you will also become victim like me.

I have booked a shipment bearing Docket No: B10533128 on 3rd June to AGARTALA from udupi it reached agartala on 8th June but not yet delivered the DTDC is not even responding or receiving the call, even mailed to customer care but no response from them

I have booked courier of train ticket through dtdc plus receipt no. From chennai to new delhi on 13.06.14 receipt no. E71195678. But instead of delivering the courier next day ie in 14.06.14 they delivered it on 16.06.14 at 12 noon . In that courier i have train ticket booked at prs counter chennai, for traveling on 14.06.14 at 10.30 p.M from delhi. But dtdc failed to deliver courier in time. Den i have paid extra fare . I want refund amount of what i have paid to dtdc and indian railways

It is unfortunate that DTDC failed to delivered the parcel [docket number : V17248540 ] as per sla but the worst part is, people of DTDC are reluctant Even receive a call though numbers mentioned on receipt are correct. Also, If DTDC is not able to deliver the courier on time why they charge Rs 200 for DTDC plus ?? I have paid 200 day before yesterday and was been assured that the parcel will be delivered yesterday which is yet to be delivered. Worst courier service...

Cons. No. V17121201 I send one parcel on 05/06/2014 to Hyderabad from Guwahati via DTDC Plus. But till date it was not delivered to destination. Is it your valued service??? Hi, I have couriered some important documents from DTDC, courier number is V17583416, the courier guy promised that if I do a national blue service it would reach by 13/06/2014 but it still hasnt reached and still in transit This is a very important document for an admission and it should have reached today I want some stern action for this Regards, Debanjan

We sent a cargo from Hassan, karnataka for Gurgaon on 5.06.2014 vide Docket no. D[protected]. The cargo was supposed to be delivered to the recepient latest by Monday i.e. 9.06.2014. We have been tracking it since Monday, and despite their repeated promises, the cargo has still not been delivered as on 12/6/14 till 16:30 hours. The response from the customer care has been shockingly careless, and they have been telling lies and have given 4 times wrong numbers of the delivery boys! They would hardly pick up the phone, if they do, they will put you on hold for indefinitely long time, and would not provide any concrete information. They only try to get rid of the customer by telling him any thing vage! Our Gurgaon client has been chasing the local customer care- the story is even worse there. IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS??????
