I have ordered an pendrive through snapdeal.com which has to be delevered to me by DTDC on/upto 26th feb 2014.
I have already paid for that through internet banking while ordering, but its already 15 days passed but I didn't get the parcel and in the dtdc.com website its showing that my parcel is already delivered. This is in reference to the parcel D13659527 sent from gurgaon to Kolkata on 27th feb 2014 which was received on 6th march 2014. The weight at gurgaon was 5 kg and the received parcel weight was 3.9 kg. ( this weight was cross checked at dtdc VIP rd office)
