Sir/Mam I ordered medicine for my mother through DTDC. It's consignment number is U15473961. But DTDC mirzapur returned the parcel without even informing us. Due to this there is gap in medicinal course now. Please look into this. Thankyou

I had to receive a parcel through DTDC courier. when i tracked my order it said that has been delivered. I raise a ticket against this but they jst showed a screenshot where the order has been delivered but i didnt receive any call neither i had recived the parcel. The courier service arent taking any extra steps. Please help.

I submitted a laptop to DTDC to courier it to my office in Pune. When my office received the laptop it was all broken & completely damaged. The attached images will support my saying.
The service was really not professional, the DTDC knew I have submitted a laptop and for precaution they did not even did proper wrapping and delivered it with damage. I have to pay the company now with the damage cost. I want DTDC to take full responsibility of it and pay me the compensation of the damage they have caused.

I couriered a book to my colleague in Bangalore in the last week of December 2020. After one week, I received a call from DTDC office saying that recipient declined product and I asked them to send it back to my address if it is the case. Since then, I am doing regular follow ups with courier office and they also mentioned that they are trying to get the product back. After more than two months push, they mentioned that they cannot find the product and asked me to raise a complaint with customer care. I raised a complaint with DTD customer care department. Now, it is more than one week and i did not get a valid response from customer care department also although they promised that they will get back in 24 hours. All I need is, I want my product back safe in my hands.

On 26th march, 06:14 pm your DTDC delivery boy came to deliver My Live plant. But I refused to receive it. the reason is as below-

MY tracking no. is- D41427517. at your DTDC services, my LIVE PLANT from nursery live booking initiated on 17th March. Till 20th March, the progress is fine of DTDC. BEtween 20 march to 25 march, no tracking record. i could understand if there could have been any holiday, but on that period there is no holiday, still no records. today on 26th March, it's reaching me. I continuously called your customer care every day to make it fast but everyone is giving 24 hr TAT.

So, will my plant will be live from 17th March to 26th March without water and sunlight. you say. I even offered the delivery boy to open the plant and show me, if still, it is alive, I could have taken it. but he refused, so I also refused to receive. It's been 10 days with 5 live plants without sunlight and water. it is obvious, it is dead. then what will I do with dead plants. that's y it's totally your service fault. so I want to refund my money

We have delivered the Commercial Packet for delivery to local Agent in Zirakpur vide DTDC Lite #T 11303749# dt 12.03.2022
Packet. was delivered in torn & opened condition.
DTDC Staff raise their hand at destination to resolve the issue. Seems someone from DTDC or its associate staff must have open the packet and try to steal the items. Since they are expensive spares, same was open the packet and some items were missing.
The matter was to the notice of the local agent and share the Video and picture. However there is no response so far.
Please advise what to do and how to recover the loss.

The product should be delivered between 23 March to 25th March.
on the 25th I was at my home, I had not received any call or message from the delivery boy so I checked the delivery status on the DTDC website and I was surprised because they have mentioned the "Receiver not available" status field.

On the next day, I tried to connect to them through call but they didn't attend my call but they message me and ask for tracking ID, I had provided all the necessary details but still, they have not delivered the product, and you can't believe they again update the same status on their website that "Receiver is not available".

they have time to chat on message but they don't have time to pick up a call.

such a bad experience.

My self Yellappa, I complainting a Consignment no D21050970, when I opened the parcel found that induction ceramic plate was cracked and also lost one lighting budda article. Those both were previously in good condition before packing. And package is also good condition. But finally I get breakage items. So, please consider this request and provide claim for that.

Called customer care to raise a complaint but no updates on it, No Complaint number
Called the number provider in the bill "[protected]" but they didn't picked my call.
Reached to the Tirupur (BR) DTDC Express Limited, Sri Tower, ERP Layout, College, 641602
The updates provided by them
1) It reached Chennai Guindy office it will be delivered tommorow.
2) On next day they said it reached Chennai ETL office so it will be delivered tommorrow
3) On next day morning they said it reached Chnegalpattu branch and it will be delivered tommorrow.
4) on 26/3/2022 evening now they saying it reached bangalore and they will deliver it on 28/3/2022

Now seiously i dont know where is my laptop and its Bag.

Instead o[censored]sing your service, if i have started walking, i could have reached the place and deliver rather than booking it through DTDC courier.

Please let me know if you could deliver it or please return it to the Tirupur branch.

School books send via courier no d13078402 and d13078403. Tracking shows courier is at kalyan branch from 16th march 2022. The lady at kalyan branch admits same was send to vendor by mistake to dombivali and delivery address is amberanath. She very rudely said that she cannot do anything and it cannot be delivered until its returned back to them. Repeated complaints rasied on customer care has not been looked into. Very unprofessional employee kept at kalyan branch.

Consignment number H28108686 sent from Hyderabad to Vellore on the 15th of March, tracking shows it's Chennai on the 16th of March, after a number of calls and tickets raised, now my calls either go unanswered or calls get disconnected a soon asked why the delay. The package has my medication which badly need.

Dear sir, I would let u know that my dealer book my parcel on march23rd, till now i didn't get my parcel it's very urgent, I know how many days will it take to deliver pls take necessary actions as much as possible

My dealer booked my parcel on 23rd march from erode to tirunelveli, till now it's not reached tirunelveli, others courier services delivered the parcel on the very next day, very poor service.

On March 20th 2022, From Bangalore DTDC(BDA complex branch) I have sent a courier to my hometown(Vazhakulam, Muvattupuzha, Kerala) with an availed service(extra charged) of home delivery. But from the Vazhakulam DTDC office it was informed the courier has to pickup from the their office. Hence my parents had to come to the office in order to collect the shipment.This is the 2nd time I'm facing this issue. When I complained to the properietor of Vazhakulam DTDC he replied that the receiver has to mention it beforehand that it was a home delivery service and then only they deliver at my home !!!. I need a proper action to be taken against Vazhakulam DTDC office for denying my paid service. I'm also escalating this complaint DTDC CEO. Following is the Consignment ID

I have lodged a complaint for tracking no H28521867. DTDC has marked the complaint as resolved, however, they are not deliverying the product and not even calling the reciever for delivery. We are trying to call them and nobody is even bothered to receive. Can you please deliver the parcel to the mentioned address? or send it back to the sender.

I received this SMS but my parcel is not delivered to me.

Tracking id - H28521867. The package has correct address and phone number, dated 23rd march 2022. However, it says wrong/incomplete address and not delivered. Can you please resolve and deliver.
