Hi, the asset was dispatched on February 24 th from TUmkur and reached Chitradurga sorting office on 2nd march, from 2nd March it is showing went for delivery, no updates from branch, no customer care number, no proper response. This is the worst service i had never seen. Iam going to give complaint to the police....

I have get medicine dispatched by doc no T10809658 from Parwanoo (HP) to Joginder Nagar (HP).
By tracking the same, this packet was return back mentioning location not serviceable.
Since these are medicine for my old mother, we are suffering due to bad service by you.
Need these medicine delivered immodestly otherwise I will lodge a complaint with state Consumer form....

I ordered shoe from insta page. I paid full amount in advance. They sent the parcel screenshot with the consignment number Z73502639. But it is showing as Bandel, West Bengal. But my delivery destination is Chennai Tamilnadu....

I have send a important parcel from khatauli to delhi with id no U15537749 which now says not delivered due to office closed or door closed cir while it has to deliver to a corporate office which is opened. Kindly resolve the problem otherwise it will cost me my job...

I got a call from DTDC saying that your courier is arrived at DTDC (Chandgad) office and you have to take it from office only. dtdc (chandgad) office is 45KM away from my home. I requested them to deliver it to my home but they said you have to take it from office only. How can i go so far to get a courier? is this your service?...

My consignment id is D12174808.
The package status was out for delivery on[protected] at 11am and later in the evening at 7.30pm, the status was changed to RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR).
I haven't received any call from the delivery person nor from the community security that any such attempt was made.

This is complete misinformation. I would like my package to be delivered at the earliest....

DTDC tracking sites shows my parcel is delivered but I didn't get my parcel and it is falsely shows delivered...

One Courier Not deliver on written address and when I checked the thru ref no it shows its been delivered. But when I enquired about who has received it then comes to know its not been actually delivered and also experiencing very very pathetic behaviour of DTDC staff. Even they are not bothered to pick the call of harassed customer. Also called their manager on given no- [protected] but he not bothered to pick the call....

DTDC courier team has not delivered my parcel as it is there in the office of dtdc in ghatkopar branch then i called to one of the executive in the office whose number is mentioned below [protected] at Morning 10.40 and he started using foul language started speaking worse and stated abusive and even the executive told me that he is from head office as a consumer i request for the strict action against the team .....

My dtdc consignment no - D20706832 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel.

Dtdc is handling shipment #k54149872. The shipment has been lying at their booking office for 4 days. DTDC has not helped apart from asking me to go to the booking office and ensuring its updated. I have ordered few items from the beauty chaser insta page they couriered it through dtdc i have paid in advance for that.
My consignment number is Z72118119, when i tracked it it is showing out for delivery and then receiver requested for rescheduling of the delivery but they never contacted me for delivery.
they didn't even call me so how they can say it is rescheduled because i have never asked.

Courier not received . Booked at Nandyal (AP). Supposed to reach Pavagada (Karnataka). But courier was sent back by Chamarajpet Bangalore DTDC. to Nandyal without sending to Pavagada. Very important documents are there in the cover and I was in urgent need. Till now I do not know the whereabouts of the cover. Very poor response from customer care. It is for name sake....
