Regarding consignment number G90075124,
I Paid full advance for my bike (passion pro) to be delivered from '' Toranagallu( bellary, karnataka)'' DTDC branch to ''steel plant township, ukkunagram, visakhapatnam'' . The bike was received on 15th march in covered condition but when the cover was removed, it was found in strangely damaged condition . There was a hole on the Tail Panel which is rear wheel upside part .There are also lots of scratches on the front light body parts and near the seat area where the big hole appears, which clearly indicates how roughly and carelessly they have handled my courier.I also left 2 litres of petrol in my bike which gone to zero when received.
This was my first bike purchased and look what DTDC has done to my bike.
I called customer service, but nobody received the call.Then i called the person from that toranagallu branch who replied that they had sent the courier in good condition to the visakhapatnam members of their chain, hence they can't do anything and told they can't do anything in such unusual cases.But why should I suffer like this? Who will take the responsibility and why should I pay for the damage which they have caused ?
This is the worst Courier Service I have come across in my life. Please help

Let me update about my consignment. Your team members are saying that it has been missed.Remember it was extremely urgent stuff for me since my important data are with them If it will missed then I will not tolerate any of you if you have not ability to do business then why you all are in this field I will take legal action against you mean while your team member from Indore contact no [protected] was assuring me that it will deliver soon and supposed to mail me but he neither mail nor accepting my call even. I had sent items packed in 5 boxes from Mangalore DTDC to Imphal on 4th March'14. I have been trying to escalate this to DTDC but there is no escalation matrix as their customer care numbers are fraud. None is taking responsible for my consignment. Lately, Rajesh from DTDC Mangalore called me and informed that one of the boxes is missing. It was weird that he expected me to be happy when a box is missing. I have decided not to collect my items until they deliver all the boxes. I am prepared to file a case against DTDC, no matter what.

I'm very upset why I believed on DTDC .I had sent 12kg bag with new born special items, clothes, purses, wrist watches, baby belt, baby gym, some toys many more precious and costly items on 25th June from Birmingham office as consignment no. N94629729 on Jammu address but they forward it to Jalandhar even I gave the correct address and phone numbers but still my bag is not deliver to its destination . We tracked on Internet many times but shows forward to Jalandhar .. We have phoned to everyone like Jadvinder tiwana, area manager London Mr Anil he spoke very rude to me, area manager Suriender dagar, Amit jaffery, viraj Aabid at Srinagar, Kuldeep at Chandigarh, Abishek, any many more but nobody help us now they don't attend our phones . Pls if anybody help us we are very grateful to him. If need any help from us like bag's pics etc and I'm ready to pay fees for it . Thank you

I was supposed to receive 1 parcel from Snap Deal (Jesper Infotech Delhi), last week. My DTDC Ack No is X05104128, the same had received in DTDC Nedumangad Franchisee on 20th March. But i didn't received any call or information from their side. The main thing is that the supposed receiving address was only 300meters from DTDC franchisee office. Today i went to DTDC Franchise, the owner of the same Mrs. Bindhu treated me in a very bad manner and she is telling me to case a file aganist DTDC an further she will look out. This is very pathetic and shame to DTDC. This is not the first time am dealing with courier service.Any how i want to file a case aganist this franchisee and let them know whats the value of a customer. On 18th of march 2014 I have sent an Important item from an Government Bank which was supposed to reach an address in Bolpur West Bengal. The package was sent from DTDC Mukarampura Karimnagar Andhra Pradesh. I was told it will take maximum of 4 days to reach the destination. But on 24th of March 2014 when I enquired about my package it was not yet delivered and it was showing as Wrong Address whereas in the same address I have sent 2 more package before. Then how did those 2 packages which I have sent before reached the same address.? It was really a horrible experience with DTDC. I am thinking of sending any more couriers with DTDC.

Hello stupid DTDC Team, Its very sad to say that even after paying the charges you the DTDC team cant deliver the parcel. I had sent one complementary gift during the time of Diwali consisting of sweets. And I have spent on phone calls till date more than the value of the parcel .The ultimate answer I am getting from you all is "sorry its cant trackable and its lost". Horrible this is. I think DTDC is the worst courier company I have ever seen and now I would like to share this bad experience with everybody. Please dont go for DTDC. They are the cheaters and shameless fellows. And I will definitely spread this with as much as people I can.

Courier with tracking no: Z16446149 says it is delivered and received by A Acharya, Mobile no [protected]. This is not my number and I haven't received anything yet. I called customer care and I heard all lines are busy for 20 minutes. Can you please tell me what's going on here? I called DTDC today morning asking them to provide the person's mobile number who is going to deliver me the courier. But DTDC said that they cant provide me such information but it will be delivered by today. Now it says delivered and I haven't received anything. I traced through tracking number and I was told that address is wrong and could not be delivered. I confirmed the address of delivery location and it is correct. They did not contact at mobile numbers about the address. They did not even contact me. To my surprise the packet was returned back. In fact, this packet was to be taken to CANADA by somebody who had come to Goa. The cost of medicine was Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousands). I have not received it back, so far and now it becomes useless for me. My points are following.
(1) Address is correct and it was the duty of courier to serve it, properly.
(2) Why the contact was not done on mobile. Even I was not contacted.
(3) The medicine could not go to CANADA and this will be waste now. The courier should beer the loss.
However, the courier has not reached back to me so far.
Kindly look into the matter. Couriers are during ‘Manmani’.

I asked her the need of doing express courier or above. She assured me that there is no need. The next day i realized that it was not delivered. I called to all no:s given in the website. Only to find that they are not answered.Then i went to Road No 9 and asked the lady who was there with her boy friend. She gave me so many nos and asked me to call!! (As if its my fault) I called many people and all of them assured to call me back with details. But none did... When ever i called back, they conveniently avoided my call! Then i requested that lady to let me know the status before she leaves for the day. Like other DTDC employees she also said yes. I think its DTDC style to give assurances and promises and do cheating.!! A customer service role model organization, i assume! I am trying to be so refined here.Most irritating was the reason they gave me "Sir we misplaced it. Will find and deliver soon." Even now, after 55 hrs, the status is still not rxd. There is no means to find the CEO or higher up id through their website. May be they are all scared!!I am writing here as it was very important document to me. My dad had booked a parcel via DTDC, Jamshedpur bearing below details. CN NO. K69295291, Dispatched on 28-Feb-2014. Contents - Cloths Value - Rs. 4700 DTDC website shows that the parcel has been delivered on 7th Mar, but I never received it. I've been following up with the branch manager, Ram Patel of Bommsandra branch for last 7 days. They keep requesting for more time, but with no resolution at all. I've been trying to call the Customer Care of the company at 33004444, but no one answers the call even after being on line for more than 30 mins. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Our office is in Delhi okhla industrial area Phase 1 . Our address is B-184, DDA shed, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi - 20, Shop is illegally constructed and the shop owner is always drunk and creats vulgar activities every time . He use to fight with the customers who come to his shop .He allows few of his friends to drink alcohol, due to this our area is always having bad smell of alcohol, PLease do something to stope all these .

I have ordered an pendrive through snapdeal.com which has to be delevered to me by DTDC on/upto 26th feb 2014.
I have already paid for that through internet banking while ordering, but its already 15 days passed but I didn't get the parcel and in the dtdc.com website its showing that my parcel is already delivered. But I had not received the parcel yet. I have called them many times but didn't get any result.

D[protected] I got email saying that my shipment is damage and they give me list of items which i need to confirm. My problem is i have 150 items (All Cloths, Purses, Baby Toys and Cloths). I don't remember as its huge quantity. I am asking them to repack items as send it to address, so i can call my brother and reconfirm each and every item, if this are missing i am sure DTDC will not do anything for same. so i am asking them to refund 2.5K what they charge me for shipment as they have not able to delivery parcel in good

This is in reference to the parcel D13659527 sent from gurgaon to Kolkata on 27th feb 2014 which was received on 6th march 2014. The weight at gurgaon was 5 kg and the received parcel weight was 3.9 kg. ( this weight was cross checked at dtdc VIP rd office)

The parcel was packed with a drycleaner poly bag with 2 knots on 2 sides and was told by amrit raj who collected from my residence tht he wud further pack it with bubble and label it at his office as he was in a hurry. (I hv the SMS proof of the same)

It just happened tht I was in Kolkata when this parcel was received. When lifted the parcel it looked light and I immediately took the weight and found to be less. And as the parcel was packed with clear shrink poly sheet I cud see tht the bottom tape was torn and one of the knots tht was done by me was missing.

I took the parcel at dtdc VIP rd office and opened the shrink pack ( tht was put by dtdc person) in front of them to show tht the inside packing has been tampered. The video of the same has been taken.

The items missing are 1 kg of branded dry fruit tht was in a beautiful bag 100 gm of Gathia snacks.

The approximate cost of the dry fruit with the bag is Rs. 1200/-.

Do let me knw how many loss will be compensated.

Also I am very upset Amrit raj avoided picking my phone on 7th march 2014 (7 missed calls) When called up from Kolkata lan line no. Then his cell was picked by someone else and was told tht once the parcel is received they hv no legal bounding and I can do whatever I can.

When we contacted dtdc new alipore office we were told tht we shud make the complaint at dtdc VIP head office. And when we reached there and explained the entire story we were told tht they can't do anything and I shud make the complaint at gurgaon office. And when we were adamant tht we won't leave until the complaint is taken then the lady called customer care rep Smita who heard our story and assured the complaint wud be processed and action wud be taken.

Hoping that justice wud be done.

A consignment was booked from Bangalore to Kolkata in DTDC courier on 7th march 2014 [Friday] But I did not get it till 10th march 2014 [Monday]. I went to the nearest Franchisee under M/s Rita Roy Choudhury at Ashok Nagar Park, Tolly Gunge, Kolkata 40 with Franchisee No - KF1764. There the owner told that the courier boy went to deliver but the house was closed at 3.30 pm While I was at home that time. The delivery boy returned from the main gate only as it was closed from inside. Neither he bothered to call my name nor he gave me a call over the phone. The Franchisee owner told me that the delivery boy is one of their finest staff. He would either deliver that the next day. I said I would pick it up myself from the office. The next day 11 March 2014 [Tuesday], somebody banged my door recklessly & shouted my surname "who is this ...". My friend opened the door & he started shouting at him & then I interfered. He started pointing finger at me & shouted "Who is this, you dont have bell at your house, You dont know how to write a address and all". I said you are a delivery boy, how could you talk like this, I will complaint against you". He said "My Name is BABU SONA, complain to whomever you want & I am not going to deliver the letter to you, I will return it back by saying door closed." I went downstairs to go to the franchisee office to complain but he also went down and aggregated a crowd over there & there was a messed up scene there. I went to the office & when I told all this to the owner & asked him to call the delivery boy. He did so but there also in front of his master the delivery boy was behaving the same way. There he added "I am a local & you have come from outside, you dont know what I can do." I said I'll complain it to your higher authorities. He said "Do whatever you want". Then the owner interfered & asked him to give me the letter but he refused. When the Owner insisted a lot then only he bothered to give me the letter. Now the question is why should I choose DTDC and not other local courier services. They provide a better customer service with respect. If they dont find an address they call on the given number to ask & deliver. But here in DTDC after paying a premium amount also I didnt get a call or any other service. Rather I was insulted infront of hundreds of people. Thank You!
