It was an urgent issue so I opted for the premium services which ensures delivery within 24 hours. But it is so unfortunate that more than 48 hours has crossed and the consignment is in transit. worst courier service, I have sent courier from Hyderabad to Bangalore (V[protected]. It has been opened and some of the items removed from my courier. they did not hand over to concern person hand, just delivered in address. They have used knife to open parcel at bottom and pasted back. Please don't use DTDC if you are sending valuables....

My DTDC Courier B03366890 containing one saree and T-Shirt worth 4000/- was stolen by them. Their office could not give any trace of the courier and also did not refund the money. I've booked an article of 440 g on 30-09-13 vide consignment no. V13772721. The item was booked & despatched for Umreth, Vadodara, Gujarat.
