This is regarding my AWB/ Consignment Number-.Z18255450 which was supposed to be dispatched from Gwalior on 14th April 14 and delivered to Bangalore on 17th April. It is still not received and the online status is shown as "IN TRANSIT", When I had called the Gwalior DTDC office, it was told to me that the package is misplaced during transit from Gwalior to Delhi. The item in the parcel costs around Rs. 10, 000. You are requested to take immediate action towards recovery of my parcel OR refund of the money of parcel cost (Rs. 10, 000) along with interest and courier charges.

    Hello there. I have written so many times to dtdc for my lost bag which I had sent from Birmingham (u.k) on 25june 2013 and not delivered till today to its destination Mr sukhdarshan sharma ward no 4 main bazaar Reasi Jammu pin no 182311 my consignment no is N94629729 .delhi office staff told us they sent it Jalandhar by mistake but after 2 days they told they got this bag again and now it is in Delhi office but when we again call them they excused they sent it Srinagar . In Srinagar mr. Aabid said he has not received any bag from Delhi office .delhi staff duped us .we phoned everywhere and everyone buy no one couldn't give us positive response they ignored us n stopped to attend the phone.I am in depression now because the total amount of bag is £4.50 this is not small amount . I want my bag back it's very emotional attached with me .i am very fed up. Dtdc people didn't help me . If any hope to find the bag pls reply us Anku aarav. ph no. [protected]

      This is the baddest way I'm ever treated. I wanted to send stuff to home, in the Netherlands. They gave me stuff back that They couldn't ship, fine. But I payed the proce forbthe kilo's I got back. Finally he agreed on giving my money back, the next day. But he never came. When I was tracking my mail. It got lost, after Some calls it was on the road again, till the dutch doane, because now I have to pay for the costs of the doane. Still in doubt if alll my stuff is there. Baddest service ever!

        Hello DTDC team,

        Your tagline says delivering courier is "DELIVERING VALUE".
        But here is the summary of what is happening with me currently ( still ongoing ) and you have left your Customer helpless :-

        Cons. No : V15256478
        Source Place: Gumla, Jharkhand.
        Destination Place: Bangalore, Whitefield.
        Service Used: DTDC PLUS ( which claims 48Hrs delivery )
        Delivered from Gumla Jharkhand on 12/04/2014, saturday- 4PM evening which reached Ranchi on Saturday night only.

        Today: date: 16/04/2014, Wednesday ( 65Hrs passed- excluding Sunday as it's a non-working day ).

        Status: DTDC is not even able to track where the current location of Courier is. 30+ Customer care calls but not even a single call was received. 3 Hrs I've sit in one of the DTDC branch yesterday to atleast know where the Courier is physically present but the Team is not even able to track this. In the link: "http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking_results.asp" is shows status Patna( Sunday, 2PM approx). In DTDC office, it shows status as Delhi. On asking DTDC team if they have physically found the Courrier in Delhi, the answer is ambiguous. They Say it's in delhi but we need to track.So basically the status itself is not known otherwise had it been in delhi, team could have made some sort of arrangement to deliver it by today morning.

        Overall, I should say that there is no status for my Courier as of now. I feel helpless. This is Blackmark for DTDC because I was using it for the first time and they have proved it that they definitely "DON'T DELIVER VALUE" . Whatever be the Charges Claim is not important, but the timeline was just a formality. The organization definitely is not structured because had it been structured, they could have tracked my courier location atleast. The process of delivery protocols is either faulty or team don't follow the protocols.

        I've taken so much of trouble to write down so that People don't get cheated in the Name of DTDC PLUS 48hrs assured delivery in the future. This is also to bring it to your notion that don't play with the Values if you can't respect that. I already had a heavy loss yesterday itself and I'm still waiting for future loss if it doesn't reach even today. As of now, It has not been shipped to Bangalore.
        I don't know to what extent this Message will be considered as a Serious issue, but I've wasted so much of time in tracking DTDC that writing this is just a small part of it.

        Whatsoever be the reasons for you people not able to make it up on time, be it coincidence with me or any other reasons, what has happened is just unacceptable. 24Hrs are about to get over and the physical location and Courier Bag Container in which it is currently in is not known. I'm even afraid that the Courier is lost.

        So, a sincere request to the Management team and head of DTDC, Please do something that your Customers are not troubled in the future. I'm anyways not going to use DTDC in the future and will ask as many people not to use it.

        For the Current mistake that I've committed by using DTDC, let me put it this way: Even if the team is able to make it by today evening, it would be appreciable(Though I doubt it is possible as physical location of my courier itself is not confirmed).

          This was delivered with the service of pay on delivery. Our customer also confirmed us of handling over the CHEQUE payment against the INVOICE to the DTDC courier delivery boy. DTDC also Confirmed us the collection of CHEQUE.


          But DTDC yet to get us delivery of the CHEQUE received from our CUSTOMER. It’s a paid service and DTDC has failed in executing the paid service contract in time. We have experienced DTDC (habitual of delay) practice monopoly and intentional delays in deliver in the recent past as well. Also the complaint redressal mechanism is very poor.

          We have other service providers in line, we can go to the extent of lodging complaints (sue) against the poor service and intentionally holding our business. We expect DTDC concerned people to get us back soon.

              I had booked a shipment No. P26922978 from Pune to Mumbai on 20/03/2014 containing an envelope, consignee Indian Hotels Co.Ltd., Mandlik House,
              Mandlik Road, Colaba,
              MUMBAI – 400 001. which was delivered on 30/03/2014.

              Normally it takes max. 2 days for delivery. It took 10 days for delivery, causing lot of inconvenience and monetary loss..

                The Perungudi DTDC Branch never delivers the parcels properly. They always call to their office and ask the receiver to collect the item. Even then, the receiver has to visit the store a number of times before actually getting hold of the item. The communication is very poor and non-cooperation is done with the customers to the extreme point.

                  Hi Team, I have ordered an item online in printland.in and they dispatched me the item through the worst and sick DTDC courier service. The transit was sent on 26-March and returned back to origin which is mistake by two stupid offices Dindugal and Theni. Where they failed to call the customer before sending it to Origin and moreover their response is very poor. Please dont use this stupid courier service which delayed my transit and returned it to origin by marking it as address not found and sent it back to origin.

                      I Dispatch Rs.7000 Product to DTDC Bikaner Branch To Orissa, Tracking Not update in 5 days so i Request to Agent For this, He Forward request to State Office jaipur, After this Document Reached Bhuwneshver in 2 Hours (As per net) And Showing Hold Due To Empty Box, I know All is Fraud And They Update False, Still No any Response From The Company And i Forget my Parcel...Very Bad, some Unprofessional people Give Loss To Customer And DTDC Ignore ! if We Send Anything By DTDC No one is Responsible this All is Out When Any Problem Appear Otherwise Everything is Fine.

                        Regarding consignment number G90075124,
                        I Paid full advance for my bike (passion pro) to be delivered from '' Toranagallu( bellary, karnataka)'' DTDC branch to ''steel plant township, ukkunagram, visakhapatnam'' . The bike was received on 15th march in covered condition but when the cover was removed, it was found in strangely damaged condition . There was a hole on the Tail Panel which is rear wheel upside part .There are also lots of scratches on the front light body parts and near the seat area where the big hole appears, which clearly indicates how roughly and carelessly they have handled my courier.I also left 2 litres of petrol in my bike which gone to zero when received.
                        This was my first bike purchased and look what DTDC has done to my bike.
                        I called customer service, but nobody received the call.Then i called the person from that toranagallu branch who replied that they had sent the courier in good condition to the visakhapatnam members of their chain, hence they can't do anything and told they can't do anything in such unusual cases.But why should I suffer like this? Who will take the responsibility and why should I pay for the damage which they have caused ?
                        This is the worst Courier Service I have come across in my life. Please help

                            I had sent items packed in 5 boxes from Mangalore DTDC to Imphal on 4th March'14. I have been trying to escalate this to DTDC but there is no escalation matrix as their customer care numbers are fraud. None is taking responsible for my consignment. Lately, Rajesh from DTDC Mangalore called me and informed that one of the boxes is missing. It was weird that he expected me to be happy when a box is missing. I have decided not to collect my items until they deliver all the boxes. I am prepared to file a case against DTDC, no matter what.

                                  I'm very upset why I believed on DTDC .I had sent 12kg bag with new born special items, clothes, purses, wrist watches, baby belt, baby gym, some toys many more precious and costly items on 25th June from Birmingham office as consignment no. N94629729 on Jammu address but they forward it to Jalandhar even I gave the correct address and phone numbers but still my bag is not deliver to its destination . We tracked on Internet many times but shows forward to Jalandhar .. We have phoned to everyone like Jadvinder tiwana, area manager London Mr Anil he spoke very rude to me, area manager Suriender dagar, Amit jaffery, viraj Aabid at Srinagar, Kuldeep at Chandigarh, Abishek, any many more but nobody help us now they don't attend our phones . Pls if anybody help us we are very grateful to him. If need any help from us like bag's pics etc and I'm ready to pay fees for it . Thank you

                                    I was supposed to receive 1 parcel from Snap Deal (Jesper Infotech Delhi), last week. My DTDC Ack No is X05104128, the same had received in DTDC Nedumangad Franchisee on 20th March. But i didn't received any call or information from their side. The main thing is that the supposed receiving address was only 300meters from DTDC franchisee office. Today i went to DTDC Franchise, the owner of the same Mrs. Bindhu treated me in a very bad manner and she is telling me to case a file aganist DTDC an further she will look out. This is very pathetic and shame to DTDC. This is not the first time am dealing with courier service.Any how i want to file a case aganist this franchisee and let them know whats the value of a customer.                                       Address: Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh

                                      On 18th of march 2014 I have sent an Important item from an Government Bank which was supposed to reach an address in Bolpur West Bengal. The package was sent from DTDC Mukarampura Karimnagar Andhra Pradesh. I was told it will take maximum of 4 days to reach the destination. But on 24th of March 2014 when I enquired about my package it was not yet delivered and it was showing as Wrong Address whereas in the same address I have sent 2 more package before. Then how did those 2 packages which I have sent before reached the same address.? It was really a horrible experience with DTDC. I am thinking of sending any more couriers with DTDC.

                                      It is true. Whenever I try to send something Through DTDC either they say Wrong address or they simply return it. Actually they don't even look for the address.

                                        Hello stupid DTDC Team, Its very sad to say that even after paying the charges you the DTDC team cant deliver the parcel. I had sent one complementary gift during the time of Diwali consisting of sweets. And I have spent on phone calls till date more than the value of the parcel .The ultimate answer I am getting from you all is "sorry its cant trackable and its lost". Horrible this is. I think DTDC is the worst courier company I have ever seen and now I would like to share this bad experience with everybody. Please dont go for DTDC. They are the cheaters and shameless fellows. And I will definitely spread this with as much as people I can.
