My name is senthil, My company has sent out some important document through DTDC courier service . My area branch office Porur, I checked status, It showed "Delivered" then, I went brance office and checked with them, They told, it was delievered, I asked them, Please give prepare information, who recieved and where delivered, They didn't provided any information .They treated like dog .

    HI Courier no : z07389369 Courier was supposed to contain headphones but it has come empty. it was sent by sennheiser gurgaon. After speaking to customer care and the management, i have not got any resolution yet. gurgaon team is blaming delhi team and vice versa. After speaking to a friend in DTDC, he gave me the information that it was 1.5 kg when it left sennheiser office, came to dtdc gurgaon office, dispatched at 1.5 kg but received at 330 grms when it reached delhi dtdc. Price of headphones is 3300 rs. i am expecting a resolution asap otherwise i have no issues going to the higher authorities. This type of service from a reputed company is totally disgusting and worthless. thanks Tushar CHoudhary [protected]

      Dear Sir, I was booked 1 courier from your Panipat Branch, consignment No. F08035131 on 25 Jan. 2014 for Katra (j&k) they told me it will be delivered but it is not yet delivered .when I enquired from your Panipat office they said it is on the way. In your online tracking it is showing that this courier reached at J&K. Dear Sir, I want to know that  Why your Panipat office kept that courier in their office ?  Why they not delivering such things which are important for other peoples on time ?  Who is responsible for my loss which is got placed due delay in delivery of this courier & who is going to pay it ?  Why your peoples are committed me wrong that they deliver this . As per my Feed Back – DTDC is worst courier for me. This is second time I am facing same problem Please do not Deliver Values please deliver couriers on time for which you are taking double money as compare to other courier services .         Hello, I am Susmia Das from kolkata Near Rajarhat. I complain for the DTDC operator & the officer of DTDC centre ( Centre Name:- Kolkata Airport Branch DTDC Narayanpur, Code No:- KF-169 then something because stamp not clear) I go to DTDC office 20/1/2014 for send a gift box & I maintained the rules & regulation of DTDC & the officer checked my box full box by open & take delivery charge of Rs.-75. But they not delivered my gift box & spoil the box a destroy it fully. They not refund delivery charge also. So I want to refund my all damage charge & delivery charge also (RS.-1270+500+delivery charge 75=1845) as soon & very urgent. [ There are two item the box, 1.             This is to inform you that we sent a consignment from DTDC Gurgaon, DLF Phase 5 on 6th of January with 3 items in Carton box, however, when it reached R. T. Nagar, Bangalore, it had 2 items missing which was a Sweater (INR 800) and a pair of Slippers (INR 700) along with Mugs 80 numbers which was the only item there. This is a big disappointment and I'm expecting a refund for INR 1500 or return of my items. My contact no. is [protected]. Awaiting your response at the earliest.

              I had sent an item through DTDC courier service on 07/01/2014 Trivandrum branch (Consignment No: R[protected] to recipient address Mr, Raman Jhanjee, F83, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi 110018, Mob No: [protected]. Tried to track the shipment but their Website is not working ! and contacted to their office via email which is also a bad experience for me .
              It is the being 20th day from the date of the Item sent(07/01/2014) until now the item is not reached !!! .Very bad customer service from DTDC, Sorry for choosing their service. The shipment item is a 2.5' IDE HDD Enclosure. Please take necessary actions immediately.

                My courier with Consighnment No- Z10124399 is lost by DTDC courier from 19th Nov 2013. This was containing my PF Transfer forms. In their courier tracking portal its showing out for delivery but till today not delivered. I made a complain regarding this in DTDC Customer Care with Complain Number:- I0801443 but till date no resolution is provided. Despite of searching for the lost courier every day when I call to get status then I use to be given some or the other days. Till today 3 executive is already transfer my complain in each other. Firstly Ms. Rashmi after that Ms. Rachna then Ms. Preeti and today Ms. Preeti told its again transfered to senior executive which is onleave. I cannot understand how many level of support DTDC have in their customer complain team but there is Zero quality.

                  the dtdc people have lost my consignment H24253043 which i bookd from kanajiguda from hyderabad to dewas on 30 dec 2013.Now they r delaying the claim process that it will take about whichh they themselves dont know that how much time exactly it will take

Smtyms dey said dat courier has been delivered n smtsmtym dey say dat it has been sent back. Dey r nt providing any correct information.                     I sent a document via courier from Pune to IDP education india, Gurgaon (tracking number P26105056 dated 15/01/2014) I was given a tracking number and receipt but that does not get tracked on the website. It says AWB/REF NO...P26105056 could not found. Please contact Customer care (local code[protected] This is quite frustrating. i selected DTDC because i trusted their services. Customer care directed me to Pimpri office where no one answers me about the status of my courier. The agents in my area in Pune are providing wrong information to the customers. They are assuring that online tracking can be done while i was just told on phone that the online tracking is completely nonoperational right now. I specifically mentioned that i want to send courier only if the online tracking can be done and i was assured that it can. However now the agents are telling me that it is not functioning.

                      C.S.HARINDRANATH 157/9, 48TH CROSS, 3RD BLOCK RAJAJINAGAR, BANGALORE -560010 To DTDC Bangalore Sub: Non delivery of the couriered material – regarding Ref: C 5069938 dated 18.12.2013 Sir, With reference to the above subject I am to state that an important document sent from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem was sent to my son Dr Deepak.H.Nath at 157/9, 48th Cross, 3rd Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010 was received on19.12.2013. It was not delivered to my place on the said date. After a lapse of 10 days I received the reference number which when tracked it was mentioned as delivered. I contacted the local DTDC office at Bhashyam Circle who took about 3 days to inform that it was delivered to the next door. When we enquired the neighbor next door it was told by them that the delivery boy has mentioned their mobile number in the delivery note without their signature. Thus the material has not been delivered till date. I request you to kindly enquire the local office and let me know about the material whether it is in the office or returned back to the sender.                         On 18th December 2013, I sent a a package from Bangalore to Havelock. The people at the Bangalore office said delivery will be possible for the pincode 744211. Please note I confirmed the delivery to the pincode before sending the package. The total cost for sending the package to Havelock came to Rs. 800/- which I paid and I was assured that the package will be delivered, within 5-6 days. I also gave time for Christmas holiday in between. Please note that the package had reached Portblair. It has been sitting there for the past 3-4 days and the concerned person Mr. Subrata ([protected]) over there is refusing to send it to Havelock. His tone is that the consignee has to go to Portblair and pick it up. Please also note - I paid the fare from Bangalore to Havelock - for which I paid an exorbitant amount. When intimated the same to this Mr. Subrata ([protected]) - his exact reply was this "Why should I care when it is supposed to reach? You did not pay the money to me you paid it to the Bangalore office. Talk to them. It is not my headache" Please explain me this - whose headache is it? Who should I complain to? Will I be refunded the amount? Will my package be sent back to me - so that I can send it through a more reliable courier service? I think this Mr. Subrata ([protected]) - has actually stolen the contents of my package - therefore he is not willing to send it to Havelock. What other explanation could there be?

                          DTDC Courier... WORST service provider and PATHETIC customer care.

                          Facts:
                          AWB no. F07823255 dated 12-Nov-2013

                          Booked a consignment through DTDC 1st time from Bangalore to Delhi. When the consignment reached Delhi, ITEMS WERE MISSING...

                          Now, Instead of finding the culprit and taking some strict actions against that person, customer care is blaming me. Although they new that the material was short delivered because there was difference of weight i.e. weight at the time of booking and weight at the time of delivering.
                          But they are not at all bothered about the compliant...

                          What a service this company is proving... Pathetic!..
                          Believe me, a beggar is honest then them at least he is asking the money and not stealing.
                          DTDC guys are stealing the things from their customer's consignment...

                          Customer care is shameless. Don't have any respect for the work and customers.
                          Its the worst of all... not responding to the mails or calls. WOW...

                          Please help me... i[censored] can... I feel like helpless and harassed.

                            Hello, I am from bangalore, had ordered an item from a seller in Delhi (online) who had in turn sent it with DTDC courier services, the delivery service is so crap that i tried calling the customer no one picks the call, i even tried calling the Bangalore DTDC office but no one picks up! I am failing to understand how does this company even alive. Please Help !!                               DTDC claims they have delivered my package, but are refusing to show me proof of delivery. The DTDC # is B01467409, the tracking does not indicate whom it was delivered to. The consignment was return parcel to Myntra, it was a t-shirt. The tracking number says delivered, but Myntra says not received. Been asking them for proof of delivery, in this sequence: -Mailed they Bangalore email id on 18 Nov with no response for few days. -Called their HQ number:[protected]. They pick 1 in 10 calls. They gave me some number of one person at Madiwala office who picks up the phone and hangs up. That number was[protected]. -After this non response called them back at HQ and they gave me another email id. -Mailed them at CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com on 23 Nov and again on 25th Nov since I got no reply. They replied on 25/11/2013. Just arbid sorry, inconvenience regretted and blah blah and the action was they said the same person in madiwala (the girl who hangs up on calls!) and asked her to look into the case. -28Nov: Mailed and asked for updates since I have not heard anything. -29 Nov: Mailed and asked for updates since I have not heard anything. -30 Nov: Got another regret for the inconvenience mail, bear with us with no timeline to close this, no one ready to take onus or proper action. Just copy pasting from we are sorry mails is their definition of customer care. -6 Dec: No updates, still. Sent a mail telling them they really trying to con the consumers. I have connected via facebook also and again called their landline. Its 16 Dec - I was promised resolution on Friday (13 Dec) and I have still not heard from them.

                                Dear Sir/Mam I am writing this mail to bring to your notice the gross negligence committed by the personnel of your centre at Sector 35 Chandigarh and others despite the assurance given to me at the time of booking the consignment to Australia. We had approached the mentioned centre on 09/11/2013 for shipping valuable and fragile articles to Australia which were very expensive too. We had repeatedly stressed upon the utmost care to be taken while sending them and had been given assurance by the staff that the things would be delivered without breakage. We believed in their statements and that proved to be a big mistake. We paid Rs 25680/- vide ID no N 94979254 as charges (including Fumigation certificate charges) in the hope that spending this much money would securely deliver the things but firstly there was a problem at the customs office as the shipment got held up and when finally delivered to my brother-in-law in Melbourne, most of the articles were badly broken. One can imagine the harrasment and agony that they must have felt on seeing that. They immediately called us and informed about this. Also they clicked few photographs of the things which are attached alongwith. I just want to ask - Was taking services of DTDC the biggest mistake that we have done and whether your name in the market is a name only? Why I should not go to consumer court for this? Who is accountable for this kind of negligent service? Will any action be taken against them? As regards my compensation, I know I would get it anyways, If not directly then through the legal route. But before taking that step, I would seek an adequate response from your side. Looking forward to an urgent redressal from your side, Dr Kapil Chopra [protected]

I have parcelled my things from kolkata (Behala Parnasree) MD Bussiness Service (pin-700060) to Durg (491001). But till today It has not reached me.                                     Hi i am Abhilash. NSDL has sent a PAN card of my sister in law vide consignment no. X05481144 through DTDC courier on 15.11.2013 which have not delivered to me. When i went to inquire the same to the DTDC office they told 2 different reasons - 1) Due to bulk consignment and strict time schedule to deliver it is tough to deliver and 2) Probably NSDL has not mentioned full address so we could not deliver. When i asked about non communication on phone they told phone no. was not available on the document sent by NSDL. They have sent back the consignment on 19.11.2013. However recently i discovered they have given the reason for returning the consignment that Consignee was not available at the address. They have blamed me regarding non delivery which is a lie. Now i want to complain against them so that they become more accontable. How can i proceed. Please help me and Guide me on the issue.

Had tried contacting the local courier servicemen( Venu [protected]) and the boy who delivered the item ( Kishore) . But they are give very irresponsible answers. Once they are saying the itemwas given to your neighbours, other time they are saying we gave it your watch men. Finally they are saying we dont remember and are not even answering our calls.                                         DTDC is so unreliable courier. Send important urgent document on 18th Nov 2013 and still out for delivery. MOHAN CO-OPERATIVE BRANCH, DELHI -Called atleast 5 times, send address SMS, still no response, no body knew what to do next. Called their cetral number atleast 10 times, no resoution. Un professional, un reliable company. Who will be paying for orginal document? any answer ? or this is message to us not to use DTDC in your lifetime and spred this news to community.
