On 27/1/14, I've given a parcel to dtdc to courier to Srinagar(J&K) which consisted of aquatic plants worth 2000 Rs and the guy opened the parcel and checked it and accepted the courier and had given me an estimated courier delivery date in 5 days i.e On 2/2/2014. The parcel consisted of 2000 rupees worth aquatic plants which was wrapped nicely in a polythene cover to prevent any leak incase and there was no chance of leaking as I wrapped the plants in 4 to 5 polythene bags. I've also referred the same to him that it contained aquatic plants and therefore he checked and agreed to take it and charged me 250 rupees for the same. A week passed[protected] by and the courier wasn't delivered. When I checked with the courier services they told me that the courier has returned and will be handed to you In 2 days i.e on[protected] and again a week passed by and I again contacted them (as I was pretty sure that they would be least interested in informing me) regarding the same and this time they said me that the courier has been stuck in Delhi. He took my number and told me that he will be informing me the status of it very Soon. Weeks passed by and the same message I get whenever I ask him about the courier and a month passed by with the same hearing daily on every visit. Then I told him that I will be launching a complain regarding the same and he requested me not to do it untill they receive the courier. He also told me that he will be supporting me for the same. He is just making me go around the bush by saying some nonsense everytime I ask him. So I request the dtdc officials to look into this matter and compensate my loss. As the guy had checked the whole courier and took it saying it will reach there in 5 days. I hope u people value your customers as i've been very patient and understanding and also hope to get a reply for the soon from you as you can see the date of courier being 27th of january and the date I've written this. I hope to get a reply soon. This has been the worst experience for a Happy customer who entrusted upon dtdc as i THOUGHT that your service was the best. Unfortunately this has been a nightmare for me as I've lost the Rare species of my aquatic plants of worth Rs 2000 and also a courier charge of Rs 250. I Donot know how you are going to compensate for this huge loss and also hope that this message reaches the higher officials so that I can get compensated for my loss. I also hope that this worst experience of mine reaches individual out there who trust on DTDC on delivering their valuables.U've dommed me in every way possible and i assure you that i'll never ever choose dtdc and have business with you ever again in future A very unsatisfied and highly dissapointed customer

    To Whomsoever it may concern, Its really disheartening to see that one of the renowned courier services acts so irresponsibly...My consignment number D15621256 was courierd on 4 February 2014 and was to reach on 6 February 2014. Its 28 February 2014 now and there are no traces of the item. Even after repeated follow ups the staffs are irresponsible and do not find it necessary to let the customer know the details. this is with reference to ADYAR BRANCH 018, CF032 Chiarman's Club Member, Chennai- 600020, near murugan stores. They have been actuely rude and do not reply at all. Even after calling kolkatas customer care number noone piks up the call and emails are not replied. I am hopeful of thye actionagainst such kind of incidences and still have faith so i m putting down my cobcern here. Hoping for a positive response.

      I have had the most harassing experience with this company. I had sent 6 boxes from London to Gorakhpur as moving residence for a year. 4 boxes sent were fine but 1 box was some one Else's and the other had broken and missing things. I had to trace the contact details of the owner and complain as the staff had told me until some one else doesn't say they have received a wrong box how can we track. After 2 weeks of fighting I received my box which had reached a place in Ahmedabad. The box had to be opened and repacked to be sent back to me. This is utter nonsense. The other box had things missing and had wooden artefact's which was broken. I have been told that the things which is lost was not mentioned in the list of things while booking the order. I explained that I was told by the London office that detailed list is not needed. Also explained that the other box which I received had more things than what I had mentioned does it mean as I had not stated they will not give it back. They conveniently forgot that the wooden artefact's was mentioned and not even looked into it. The company should be shut down as the service is horrible. More than providing a service they are arrogant. It is adding no value to any one. I paid 45, 000 Rs for this service and absolutely hated it. Companies like these and people with no ethics are the ones are creating nuisance. It is not even about compensation. What is right is right. Even though I am an Indian i feel ashamed to see how majority of businesses and people working there take advantage. I wish like the western countries these companies could be sued. They know that nothing can be done and even complained will take ages to clear out as nothing is straigth forward. Its high time some action is taken.

            Sir/Madam, this is to inform u that I booked a parcel on 31/1/14 vide no Z13766854, at jeevan nagar ludhiana office of DTDC with Mr Prince. The parcel was to b delivered to Mumbai.I was told that the parcel would be delivered within 3 days.When it didnt reach even after 1 week, i tried to track d site but could not track d same.on enquiring DTDC office i was told dat some times due to technical errors could not be tracked but will reach in a day or 2. But even after 20 days of booking the parcel was not delivered. On enquiring from Bombay office i was shocked to hear that the parcel was not booked.I contacted the ludhiana office but only thing i got was harrasement and nothing else. I spoke to Madam Loveleen, Mr Deepak, who tried to blame the person who booked the parcel Mr Prince. On contacting Mr Prince also the blame game continued, who said there was problem during d loading on dat very day.He said he would talk to some Mr Amit at the headoffice. later on contacting him again he said some Mr Aman would know of d same. Inspite of all d efforts and d blame game the parcel was not tracked. When i tried to be harsh to Mr Prince, he said that he would return the amount at which it was booked.Is a gift worth 50 dollars of price and priceless sentiments be addressed by returning tha amount of booking.. Is this the way u treat the customer. Plzz let me know as to why is the customer being harrased. We try to book parcels from DTDC with a faith that it would be delivered to the destined place safely. The parcel contained a dress specially ordered from Canada for my daughter. It is a matter of not only the cost which was 50 dollars, but it were d sentiments with which it was purchased but could not reach my daughter.

              This is regarding a consignment Z14546664 This package was send to me from Delhi. Yesterday my servant received this package in an open condition. and some of the items inside the package is missing. I want you to take urgent action against this... I contacted the local delivery boy who did the delivery He claims that The package came in an open condition. Attaching the screenshots which he provided me. I have also spoke to manager, Bund Road DTDC head etc... They are advising to raise a complaint to get refund... Now, I want you to investigate further on this... Items I lost are 1)MAC satin lipstick - Dare You - 990 Rs 2)MAC Satin lipstick - Speak Louder - 990 Rs I want a refund for the lost items asap in case you are unable to recover my items else I will be forced to raise a complaint against your organisation for Theft...

                  The below details has been sent to your customer care at CSS.[protected]@dtdc.com but it is unprofessional approach at their end that they dont even revert. I have lodged my companit on 17 Dec, 2013 it has been more than 02 months I have not heard anything from you.

                  This is to bring in your kind notice that I had sent my laptop on 28 Nov, 2013 to Hyatt Amritsar “Adjoining Alpha one City Center, MBM Farms, G.T. Road, Amritsar 143001 from Corporate Edge, Level 20, Tower C, DLF Phase III however they have received the laptop in a broken condition whilst sending it was all in a perfect condition.
                  Kindly get my laptop repair at the earliest.

                    Hi Sir,
                    I had to send a parcel to my sister and it needs to be reached in 2 days.
                    So i went to DTDC courier office in Banglore(Hulimavu/Madiwala/BF-902) on Feb 11, they told me that if i pay 150 rupees for speed courier it will reach second day evening to the destination so i paid the same.but its been 4 days still the parcel not reached the destination.

                    based on the consinment track information i callled each and every phone numbers available then i came to know that from Hyderabad mistakenly it went to Nizamabad and and again returned to Hyderabad, from there today they will send to Karimnagar and from there to Manchiryal.

                    No one is taking responsibility that its delayed and i lost the purpose of sending the pacel as it was not delivered on time.

                    I called to following number and no one is taking responsible steps to deliver the parcle atleast today eod

When the box was received only sweatshirt was there, rest of the things were missing. DTDC has even put thieves and thugs to shame. No action has been taken till now.                         This one is against Bangalore DTDC courier service. I ordered something from ebay and it was sent through DTDC, the order reached Bangalore DTDC on Feb 4 as I could make out from the order tracking in their website. Nothing happened till Feb 6 so i contacted them via email, and DTDC branch manager replied for that instructing one DTDC staff to ensure delivery. On February 7 the status in website was changed to "Shipment Returned due to PARTY NOT AVLBLE TRY TOMMOROW". And the branch manager emailed me saying that the consignment is lying in Madiwala, they tried delivering it but receiver was not available. This they did without even trying to contact the addressee. I had mentioned the correct address with the mobile phone number and no one tried to contact. When I tried contacting them on call, initially no one was responding properly as to what happened to the shipment. Then later one of their staff informed that the shipment is sent back to origin on Feb 7. I tried contacting DTDC but no one showed up, actually no one was bothered to reply. This is very unprofessional behaviour from DTDC staff. I am 100% sure that they never tried conatcting the receiver. Hope no one has to go through such issues and I recommend not to use DTDC. My area branch office Porur, I checked status, It showed "Delivered" then, I went brance office and checked with them, They told, it was delievered, I asked them, Please give prepare information, who recieved and where delivered, They didn't provided any information .They treated like dog .

                            HI Courier no : z07389369 Courier was supposed to contain headphones but it has come empty. it was sent by sennheiser gurgaon. After speaking to customer care and the management, i have not got any resolution yet. gurgaon team is blaming delhi team and vice versa. After speaking to a friend in DTDC, he gave me the information that it was 1.5 kg when it left sennheiser office, came to dtdc gurgaon office, dispatched at 1.5 kg but received at 330 grms when it reached delhi dtdc. Price of headphones is 3300 rs. i am expecting a resolution asap otherwise i have no issues going to the higher authorities.                               Dear Sir, I was booked 1 courier from your Panipat Branch, consignment No. F08035131 on 25 Jan. 2014 for Katra (j&k) they told me it will be delivered but it is not yet delivered .when I enquired from your Panipat office they said it is on the way. In your online tracking it is showing that this courier reached at J&K. Dear Sir, I want to know that  Why your Panipat office kept that courier in their office ?  Why they not delivering such things which are important for other peoples on time ?  Who is responsible for my loss which is got placed due delay in delivery of this courier & who is going to pay it ?  Why your peoples are committed me wrong that they deliver this . As per my Feed Back – DTDC is worst courier for me. This is second time I am facing same problem Please do not Deliver Values please deliver couriers on time for which you are taking double money as compare to other courier services . I complain for the DTDC operator & the officer of DTDC centre ( Centre Name:- Kolkata Airport Branch DTDC Narayanpur, Code No:- KF-169 then something because stamp not clear) I go to DTDC office 20/1/2014 for send a gift box & I maintained the rules & regulation of DTDC & the officer checked my box full box by open & take delivery charge of Rs.-75. But they not delivered my gift box & spoil the box a destroy it fully. They not refund delivery charge also. So I want to refund my all damage charge & delivery charge also (RS.-1270+500+delivery charge 75=1845) as soon & very urgent. [ There are two item the box, 1. Nagar, Bangalore, it had 2 items missing which was a Sweater (INR 800) and a pair of Slippers (INR 700) along with Mugs 80 numbers which was the only item there.                                       I had sent an item through DTDC courier service on 07/01/2014 Trivandrum branch (Consignment No: R[protected] to recipient address Mr, Raman Jhanjee, F83, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi 110018, Mob No: [protected]. Tried to track the shipment but their Website is not working ! and contacted to their office via email which is also a bad experience for me .
                                      It is the being 20th day from the date of the Item sent(07/01/2014) until now the item is not reached !!! .Very bad customer service from DTDC, Sorry for choosing their service. The shipment item is a 2.5' IDE HDD Enclosure. Please take necessary actions immediately.

                                        My courier with Consighnment No- Z10124399 is lost by DTDC courier from 19th Nov 2013. This was containing my PF Transfer forms. In their courier tracking portal its showing out for delivery but till today not delivered. I made a complain regarding this in DTDC Customer Care with Complain Number:- I0801443 but till date no resolution is provided. Despite of searching for the lost courier every day when I call to get status then I use to be given some or the other days. Till today 3 executive is already transfer my complain in each other. Firstly Ms. Rashmi after that Ms. Rachna then Ms. Preeti and today Ms. Preeti told its again transfered to senior executive which is onleave. I cannot understand how many level of support DTDC have in their customer complain team but there is Zero quality.
