In continuation to our earlier mail, we regret to inform your goodself that despite of best of our concerned offices efforts, we were unsuccessful in tracing out your consignment and stands misplaced in transit.
In case if it contains banking instrument, we are sure you would have taken necessary precautions like issuing stop orders to your Bankers to avoid any misuse, if fallen in wrong hands.
Under the above circumstance, we would like to know if the consignment can be reconstructed, which is not traceable in our network, so as to organise its priority and safe delivery on Free Of Cost (FOC) at the destination.
OR
As per our Contractual Obligation, given on the reverse of the airway bill, our liability for a loss of a document is limited to Rs.100/- only. However, please note that no consequential losses will be entertained by the company.

DTDC — Delayed service
These people just don't have any regard for time and urgency of the situation. The employees open the office (or I should say some fish market) around 10:30 to 10:45AM then they don't have any records organized in any manner. The customer service is worst, don't have any manners to talk at all! I would like to warn everyone not to use this courier at any cost, not even for free.
