I had given one parcel vide docket no- D10413415 dated[protected] from Bangaluru(India) for shipment to Raipur (CG) zip 492001 & paid 616INR, which is vey high, but with acommitment & urgency for getting delivered on 3rd day, I had paid this high amount.
On 3rd day when I enquired in DTDC, no one was ready to answer my query of as on date tracking status of my booking.lastly I equired to the booking agent...

I have ordered one article online from babyoye.com. They sent it via DTDC courier. After sending 10 days over but we have not yet received the article.
The worst part, without delivery they marked the item as delivered. So status is showing as delivered though we have not received the order.
