An Order with 94B-17072 has been dispatched via DTDC with AWB No X04445874. I have got this on August 30th and on 7th Sept I received a call from DTDC courier person @ Malakpet, Hyderabad saying "We tried to deliver the parcel but your house is locked and you have not responded when called and asks me to come & collect the parcel if you want". Actually my friend or me definitely are available at home and I don't see any call I missed. When I said the same, he says that he don't have people to deliver & asks me to come at his place and collect, if I want it. He is very very rude and reckless while talking to me. His voice reflects like if I want the parcel I need to go & collect and he is not interested to deliver it. How worst customer service providing ever...

I had couriered some food packages & Some Dvd.'s to Ambala Cantt to my Elder sister on[protected]. from Mumbai Vikhroli West DTDC Office. My CN No.M93791920. My parcel didnt reach Ambala Cantt infact it reached Ambala City DTDC office. whereas we were confirmed that the Pin Code area is within Delivery reach. When the parcel was collected by my elder sister in Ambala City the parcel was open & all the DVD were missing only 2 Dvd of the 6 Dvd's were there & that too were in damage Condition. Even the Packed food which was parcelled to them was open & missing few Food items. Cant trust DTDC anymore & i want my refund back as well as the cost of the missing items as well as the travel to collect the same. Was very shocking that Such a big company has this kind of negligent people who don't mind putting a hole in the Military Officers Cargo. Its a Shame. I had also given them the Declaration Letter that these are just Basic home items which i had to deliver it in Ambala Cantt.

sir this is vijay chowdary, i booked a parcel(thin client computer equipment) at dtdc courier service peddapuram to Secunderabad bill no :H21411891 booking date Monday, July 22, 2013 @ 1945 Hrs still today it was not reached to Secunderabad the courier online tracking is showing it was sent from kakinada but in sec they were not received the courier persons(kakinada) was not responding to my requests

Consignment No Z02920392 was booked from Amritsar on 27 Aug 2013. The destination was Shillong. As per tracking records the consignment is still at Delhi from 28 Aug 2013. No forward movement has been made despite repeated request to Delhi and Guwahati office. Call centre at [protected] does not respond. Office at Shillong and Guwahati does not pick phone. In absence of any means of redressal, it is not understood as to why the consignment is not being delivered even after 8 DAYS Its urgent consignment and the same is required to be delivered immediately. Hi, I have to receive a courier through DTDC on Monday at my home in indiranagar. When I called indiranagar franchise, they said its is not under their area and sent it back to branch office at St,Jhons road and when i called today tuesday, they said it has been sent to OLD Airport road franchisee and they have not delivered it. These people are just playing with the courier I have and it contains important medicines. They simply moving it in between their franchises and saying its being attempted to deliver which never happened. I would like to lodge a complaint against them for delaying such important courier (medicines) and causing me such mental torture. Their customer care number is not answered, branch office number is not answered. Stupid service and these people should be thrown out of business

Hello, My name is vijay singh rana. i am supposed to get a parcel on friday[protected], but i did not get it till now[protected] I have some important in it which i have missed due to delay service of DTDC. Still i have not received any kind of acknowledgement from the DTDC. I have tried to contact with them but all in vain. wrote mail at email address given at their website .nobody answer. Tried almost every number of north region given on their website . most of them does not work and if some of them ring. no one picked. My Parcel id is P25081064 . Please notify me the status of parcel.

I complain so many times to DTDC Courier Company. This company book courier for non serviceable location also and ask to collect it from its office which is 30 km away from actual address location and when consignee deny to come there they return it to origin . When I call and ask them kindly don’t book consignment for pin code (273202) because you are not providing service for that pin code but they book every time and ask me to collect it from city (30 km from my home). Now my simple question is serviceable area means you have to collect your consignment from 30 km? Now suppose I buy something of rs 100 online now i pay extra 60 rs to go city and collect my consignment who the foolish person going to do it. Hi, Had chosen DTDC on Tuesday 20 Aug 2013 to courier one parcel (Z[protected] to Lucknow keeping a faith and good experience in past that the Parcel will reach Lucknow before Friday 23 Aug 2013 EOD but till date it has not been reached to defined destination. No Updates from DTDC website even DTDC Palam Vihar (Chauma Village) is unable to track my parcel. Really pathetic and disgusting services this time. I am afraid, I will miss my fathers b'day for which the parcel had been sent to him to Lucknow. PS: Nobody is responding from DTDC Call Centre and Lucknow branch. One of my parcel/courier was booked in the name of Pawan Tayade from Chennai(Airway Bill-X[protected] on 16/08/2013 through DTDC's Priority Express Service. Till date it is not delivered to my place at Shahdol-484001, MP where as same type of parcel booked from same place to same destination on 26/07/2013 was delivered on 29/07/2013. As per the information from DTDC custome care[protected], the parcel was misrouted which is purely DTDC negligence. And now DTDC is not responding properly. I don't know whom to contact.

I have sent one courier on 03/08/2013 vide CN no.Z04426298 which contains Rakhi (costing Rs.500/-) to be delivered to Dr Amrit Lal Goel c/oHealth Care Clinic Sec.15 Panchkula (Haryana) thro, your agent at Indirapuram Nyay Khand -II Ghaziabad but till date the same is not delivered nor returned which hurt my sentments & embarrased me.As the same is not delivered kindly pay me the cost.This type of service by DTDC loses faith in your performances.

I have given a courier at Mumbai chandivali office, mumbai to be delivered at surat on friday. The pack contained a titan watch worth Rs 3000 in a titan box gift along with warranty card wrapped in pink wrapper and a lindt chocolate worth Rs 250 to be sent to my sister at surat. However when she opened the courier, watch and pink coloured paper with wich i have wrapped the watch box was missing.I Only the chocolate and box along with warranty card was found. It appears that someone in their supply chain has opened the courier pack and have removed the watch from the box.What internal control they have in their company that any person can open the courier that too on ocassion of raksha bandan.While sending the courier I have given mentioned description of items and value thereof. Whole day i was trying their call center number but no one was picking up. When i called thier franchise owner all he doing was hurling abuses.On sacred occassion of raksha bandan some employee of DTDC courier just stole the gift.

For rakshya bandhan my wife send rakhi for her brothers residing at Rourkela through DTDC courier service . The consignment number is K64760151 Dt.14.08.13 . The same was not delivered up to night of 20.08.13 i.e. the day of festival . On enquiry they told that there is some problem with our agent it will be delivered shortly . We opt courier service by paying extra amount for quick & timely delivery . Due to this carelessness the mental torture suffered by my wife is to be noted . The delivery of consignment after the day of function does not have any meaning . The courier service provider should be taken into task so that they will not play with the feelings of the people in future .

This is for your information that the consumers are highly dissatisfied from the service and behavior from the service people of DTDC.
A courier was sent to me from naasik on 14th of Aug.The courier was supposed to be received at cuttack DTDC on 16th but it reached there on 17th Aug.
Even if it was delivered there on 17th it was not sent to my place.
Since it was a very important parcel to me I called at the cuttack office and asked for the status.
The person talking to me replied that they reacieved the parcel on 17th and they will deliver it today.
I said i[censored] had recieved the parcel since 17th then why did not you deliver the same to and keep it with you ?
In return he started misbehaving with me.
He said not to tell him what to do and what to not.
he even warned me that if I say anything else he will not send the parcel to me, rather keep it with him,deliver after a month or send it return back.
If this is the consumer service available to every noble citizens of India then I must say our India is really a developed country where every one has the right to speak but except the consumers....!
So, said to see this thing that people are there to provide services to consumers and they are bravely denying that wont do there job.

DTDC the whole service is a nonsence. I sent a courier on 13th August 2013. Supposed to be delivered on 16th Aug., 2013. Was not delivered till 17th Aug, 2013. Called the Greenlands Hyderabad brand ph :[protected]. They say was out for delivery on 16th Aug. Called them on 18th Aug, 2013. Am given the same status and asked me to call on Mon 19th Aug. 2013. Now today they are not picking up calls. Now I go and call DTDC Customer Service Ph : 33004444, after 10mins a person picks the call and after lots of talk gives me 2 phone nos of Noida office Ph:[protected]/4812807. No one picks up the call in Noida office also after repeated calls. I did ask for a mobile no. and was not provided one. Now I call the customer service again and the call is cut. Now isn't this a fraud going on. Why do they charge double the cost compared to Speed post. Are they planning to deliver the rakhi after rakha bandhan.

DTDC A FRAUD SERVICE.

I have not received my salary for last two months i.e. June 2013 & July 2013. I am requesting them again and again but there is no any consideration.
I am only earning member of my family. My dependents are my parents, two children & wife. My father is suffering from paralysis attack from last one year and special care/regular treatment is requiring time to time. Recently, my wife was admitted due to dehydration. Know, myself is under bed rest, this problem happened due to highly inflame chemical item which was booked from DTDC-Kolkatta broken during handling in DTDC Patna Apex on 30.07.2013 at 01:00 PM. I was there and inhaled the chemical gas. This infected my lungs.
How i am managing my life, management is still not considering my humble request and holded my salary. In this crucial period they are pressurizing for resignation.
I am ready to do that if my salary dues release and one month salary will be paid as mentioned in appointment letter if manageent force to resign.
Hope, you will understand my problem, the same can be happened with any body.
Hence, I request you to please consider my request and help us to get my all dues.

Worst service in India. As per my suggestions please do not book any courier from DTDC. They don't deliver your delivery on Time. Even customer care is also not user friendly from last 5 days my courier is in Bangalore but no one is delivering me. Every time I call CC they said courrier is on the way will reach you in 1 hr

i m an advocate from varanasi. i have booked a courier packet from your Ordaly Bazar branch Varanasi on 13 august 2013 on 10.30a.m as the track no. Z93912283. for the packet from Varanasi to Kolkata, the counter boy of the courier service charged Rs 80/- for that and told me that packet will be delivered on Sat Day 17 August. i felt uneasy and requested him to do fast because there are many train services daily from Varanasi to Kolkata. the boy suggested me to enquire about it at evening.
in the evening , when i reached there and show my reciept for inquiry about my above assignment, the branch head became annoyed and shouted on me.
he misbehaved me and scolded and threatened me that ' mai aapke baap ka nouker nahi hun, jab meri vyavastha hogi tabhi ye jayega, koi madherchod is humse pahle nahi pahuncha sakta. " when i objected on his way of talking and unprofessional approach, he took his sketch pen and cancilled the receipt and throw it on my face. even h didnt return my packet and my payment also.
by this type o[censored]n professional and rude behavior by DTDC staff, i m very socked and i have no other way to complain about it in Consumer Forum. for returning my above mentioned booked packet and charges for nothing.
i request u that please remove these type of staff who are defaming the name of DTDC ,otherwise We will compel to defame Your reputed company.

SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT (Consumer Protection Act of 1986)


1) I have booked one parcel from Trissur DTDC office for express delivery of an urgent parcel.
Sales order No:R11061628. The promised delivery date was 25/07/2013 at Edappal. Edappal branch office not yet dispatched the parcel.Please note that my residence adress was proper, there were no doorlock ,location is just 300 m from town beside tar road.

2) I havent get the delivery of parcel till date. which in turn delayed my whole plan.I was forced to buy another drive to complete my job.

3) As the delivery of materials didn’t come in time, I have contacted the Managing director of DTDC Edappal on 26th july 2013 5.11 pm and 26th,and 2nd Aug 2013 4.30 Pm in [protected] . The call details of the second and third are recorded. I have been told that there are no field staff for delivery. Please note that my address is just 400 meters away from Edappal DTDC office.


4) As the delivery is delayed my work also is delayed which caused loss to my degnity and money.


5) Kindly settle my grievance within 15 days with the loss of money, loss of time, mental agony improper service and the interest(18%) else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

Following concerns to be settled.

Initial amount to be refunded-1200 Rs Interest @ 18% as per rules.
The compensation for the time delay-10000Rs
The compensation for purchasing a new drive-1200Rs
Compensation for the improper service-10000 Rs
The labour paid to the labours -4200 Rs
Compensation for the mental agony-100000 Rs
Taxi charges and other expenses during the ordering of product-1200Rs.
The expenses towards the case.


The police case also will be filed before filing the consumer court complaint towards your organisation for cheating the customers by giving wrong advertisements.
Copy of FIR will be send to the Cyber crime department for giving the misleading advertisements in internet that the supply to the door steps.




This is to inform that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.

I was to receive a courier sent from Andhra Pradesh to chennai, the charges were already paid. But the serviceman here (from guindy) told that their service is not available in the place I reside ( that is vandalur) and charged me 150/- extra for delivering it. I got another courier from dtdc the same day without any charges. They must be getting extra money like this from everyone.

If we call to Land Number they lift the call and just hold on the call,nobody is not respond ,

I rang to delivery boy he said , you need urgent you can collect from Akota office, we can not provide at the time ,
