We have booked a document P20236488 from Pune to Patiala on Nov 5th. This has not been delivered yet. As per tracking, it is 'In Transit' with last location as dispatched from Ambala on Nov 7th. This is really strange that it has still not been delivered as Ambala Patiala distance is just 50 Km.

Many online companies choose DTDC couriers since they promise prompt delivery. In my case, though my area is serviceable by DTDC and 3 of their branches are available nearby my town, they dont have any courtesy in informing about the parcels(if so, I'm prepared to go and collect them at their office) and reverted them without any responsibility. Few months before I had to receive some books of my examination through DTDC Courier, but after so many days the District of 11 books of my MBA Course. After complaining he said due to a load of Courier it got destroyed and you come to office may be you get your books there. I went there but found only two books. and other are still not got. This is very bad and sorry to say that I given my exams by collecting notes...

I recently purchased an item from ebay.in on september 28, 2012 and Item id is[protected]
The seller shipped the item through DTDC, AWB No.- Z74645428 on October 3, 2012.
When I tracked through DTDC website it showed delivered on October 4, 2012 and when I checked with local DTDC office I found out that the courier boy shipped product to a wrong place and he left the job.
Now I do not know what the truth is.

I sent rs 2100 and few documents through DTDC from bangalore to dhanbad bearing consignment number-B87465379 on 11th of oct 2012.

It was delivered with the rs 2100 missing in it.

It was properly pinned with stapler with brown tape on it. After the delivery boy has left it was observed that the courierwas opened and re sealed it.

Item weighed 0.495gm at Pune Apex Cargo but at Bangalore Apex Cargo it weighs only 0.040gm

On 29 of September i have parceled one wrist watch of FAST TRACK worth of rupees 1800 from DTDC courier services Pune. A package of important documents - package no V10083517 was sent to me from Hyderabad on the 25th of September 2012. The DTDC website shows that the package was received in Pune on the 26th September 2012.

However, till today, four days after the package was received in Pune, it has not been delivered to me.

DTDC has given different customer care number for different location and also One India number[protected]. But when call on these numbers, no one picks up the call. This is let's say ok till you are not charged for these calls but here problem with this number[protected] is that, they have installed an IVR system. So when somebody calls on this number, charges are started from very first second and then it goes up to 5-6 minutes...

Worst Service...

I have sent my WD hard drive for the replacement to Bangalore.
It has got repaired and was supposed to be sent to Nellore for delivery.

AFL couriers from Bangalore has picked it up and it has further outsourced the same shipment to DTDC couriers on 20th August 2012.
It is been more than a month and i didn't receive any kind of information regarding my shipment.

AFL couriers is not responding...
