Its a compliant against DTDC. Since this was season of Jackfruit in kerala, my sister residing in delhi.asked me to send one jakfruit. I went to dtdc office to ask whether they accepts such items. the staff said, they wil accept it and parcel wil be delivered in 2business days. so i send it through DTDC. The cost for courierwas 1210/-. but it didnt delivered in 2nd day. i asked them personally about this. but they didnt respond. after my frequent followups and fivhtings,the parcel was delivered on 7thday which in turns caused the jackfruit to get spoiled. the jackfruit become completely spoiled and useless. means, I lost the amount I paid for it. when i asked for refund they said they can't. If they are cheating customers like this, who will help customers like me to get cunsumer rights!

consignment no. D13007927 was dispatched from DTDC courier services, Kolkata office on 08.06.2013 and it was expected to be delivered on my given address on 14.06.2013. But, unfortunately it reached there on 13.06.2013 itself.

When the courier was received, it was in an open condition within a simple bag, which was not at all tied up by any thread or anything to provide a seal on it.

The person delivered it and went off Immediately .

There was a small carton inside that bag. But, when I took that carton out, it was damaged from corners. And the crack on the corner was such a big that anyone can remove anything from inside.

The images of the same are attached available with me.

When I opened it from the top, and started counting the books, the total number of copies was short by 12. I was supposed to receive 80 copies but the parcel contained 68 copies only. Because of which I was put in trouble.

I Immediately called up DTDC customer care number also. But, no one picked it up. I tried it 3 4 times. but, no response was there from their side.

Please help me solving my problem ASAP.

My Brother had sent a package from my native place in Karnataka to Bangalore by DTDC Courier Service - AWB No. B94848345 on the 16th/17th of June 2013.
As of today have not received the same while their website shows delivered.
No one from the company is even responding to my mails.

Kindly advise the courier service to be understanding and respond to customer messages.

I had ordered a product from ebay.in
the seller shipped the item on time via dtdc courier but I haven't received the courier yet.....since 25th of june the online status is out for delivery...no one picks up the phone on "33004444" which is the so called customer care number of dtdc plus when i try to call the noida branch where the parcel is kept right now "[protected]"....no one is lifting up the phone....I am very much disappointed with their service....whenever someone lifts up the call in noida branch they give different numbers to call and check the delievery status...and when i call them again...they dont respond...
The Airway Bill Number for the consignment is Z92685038...

This is Pavan Shetty from Bangalore. Working for NephroPlus Dialysis Center as a marketing Head. Dated June 21st I have asked my office to dispatch courier (DTDC)to Bangalore from Hyderabad and it contains one CD. They have promised us it will reach within a day. So I have travelled from Mumbai to Bangalore. CD contains all artworks design of advertisement brochures and leaflets. I have planned to print at Bangalore and train people how to utilize brochures for doctors.

Till June 24th I was waiting for courier. So June 25th I have contacted DTDC courier office Basaveshwara Nagar and it is just 2minutes walkable distance from my office. They have asked to contact Manjunathnagar Branch. I have contacted Manjunathnagar office and they said "Courier returned from office, there is no such person called Pavan Shetty". So I have confirmed with security guard and my manager and they have confirmed no one visited from DTDC. from last 2 days I was inquiring about my courier to security guard and manager.

DTDC telephone operator said "your courier is on my table". will send courier tomorrow morning to your office and she has taken my mobile number and land mark etc. But today also I didn't receive my courier. Today evening again I have contacted DTDC office and now they says "we have already sent courier back to Hyderabad".

Yesterday I have given my mobile number and address to DTDC office (Ms. Bhuvaneshwari).

My courier mentioned complete address and even my mobile number. They didn't contact me. It is really unprofessional.

I am staying in Bangalore from last 5 days and awaiting for courier to start my work, Now it is returned back to Hyderabad.

Now DTDC company should pay for me Rs 20K justice of my hotel, food expenses from last 5 days. Now I am going back to Mumbai without any work.


Herewith I have attached copy courier tracker.

I need justice from DTDC.

I am giving this complaint against the poor service provided by DTDC. Where the product not only reached late but also
products went missing. I never expected this kind of poor and filthy service from DTDC. As this was considered to be one
of the better services in our region. Now, I want my my products back. Which are one chain, two pendants and the crystal
watch. I want these products any how because I have a counterfoil of the products which were listed. That too from DTDC.
If strict action is not taken, I will have to go to the consumer court or police. I will make sure that I get the products back
at any cost. My consignment number is B93676798, from where somebody has pinched my stuff. Please help me. Call me at my

I booked a small CD package (1 CD) to be shipped from Bangalore to Jaipur on 17 Jun 2013. First of all they charged me Rs 95 for this shipment which I think is double the price of Indian Speed Post for the same article. Next they promised delivery within 2 days but even after 3 days there was no sign of the delivery. I called customer care on day 3 and they said the package was in DELHI and is being shipped to Jaipur now and will be delivered today. Then they gave me the number of their Delhi and Jaipur office to call and track the consignment. I was not pleased with this (why am I supposed to call all their offices just to track the delivery) but decided to wait for another day. On 4th day there was no sign of delivery upto noon after which I called their Jaipur office and blasted the person there. He just gives excuse that he received the package yesterday and will deliver it today only and that the delay was NOT his problem and I should talk to their Bangalore office.

This is ridiculous, first they charge double rates and then easily shift the blame to other offices like we are dealing personally with the DTDC offices and not with the company as a whole.

Finally, after my call they delivered the package on the 4th day in the afternoon. Package no: B93503102

After so many complaints, this company doesn't seem to improve much.

Penta tab model no.ws802c we sent for servicing dated 18.01.2013 in DTDC Couriear,because this model is not work in properway. we talk to custmercare they speak to say your model no. ws802c dispatch in 2feb2013 for speed post service. speed post service no.EU[protected]IN. but in this date 18.06.2013 we not received my tab....
we contact indiapost office for further information but they say this product not recieved in india post office and speed post no is not found in track.
so please kindly to solve in this condition...now we are fight against in your company in consumer form....

Dear Sir/Madam,
We booked a paracel for despach from noida to delhi cn no-z90745656 through DTDC courier co, ltd. after 3 days when We tried to track this no, it show 'DELIVERED'.
But the receiver party have not received this parcel this parcel contain very very precious thing like Cheque, DD, Pay order ETC. then we tried to contact customer care they said that the parcel has delivered then we demanded the receiver's phone number or signature.
They said that within 24 hours it will be sent. but after five days longer we have'nt receipt the same.
Now we are trying to contact cusotmer care no. but there is no response after 15 days longer and party which have to right to receive this parcel need this parcel urgently.

Now tell me that what to do about this problem.

Horrible Horrible service by DTDC department
I got express courier booked for parcel from Bangalore to Gurgaon on 4th June, 2013 and needed it to be delivered urgently.Hence paid 200Rs to get fast express courier.As per the assurance of the DTDC service it was supposed to reach on 5th June, 2013 to Gurgaon.

COURIER service needs to be RELIABLE, which clearly does not seem to be your motive!
If it cannot be delivered in 1 day by the express courier, please stop this service .
I'll never ever get my courier delivered from DTDC after this experience and will share this with all my friends so that they dont have to experience
what I had gone through.

and i swear i'm going to help this DTDC staff, im going to use my website and i will circulate it in my all groups,
that don't use DTDC service for any domestic or international besides 3 to 5 achievements they have 350 complaints guys don't give burden to this DTDC staf[censored]se DHL cash back service, aramex or any other but don't use DTDC, because they they are not able to handle it, no response, they don't have facility to track the shipment, even not possible by their provider they, cannot say any status about shipment, when it will reach, what is the problem in delay, anything

I have couriered one parcel to gurgoan (Docket no. D[protected] through dtdc courier & cargo on 31st of May 2013, till date it is not delivered to the actual address, they have delivered to some else, which i came to know when i checked there website which shows delivered. i got shocked bz it was not delivered to the actual party. no body is picking the phone in gurgoan office[protected]/61/68.

DTDC courier services are worst.
it was a nightmare when a courier (no.Z[protected] which was sent on 25may from rajouri garden for Faridabad didn't even reached in 6full working days. and when inquired about the same from their cust. care, they told me that there is no such person living on that address,however the address is correct. how unprofessional service they provide to their clients.. well I am the same person living on the same address as provided to the dtdc nobody from dtdc had ever contacted me on my address or through phone.

its interesting that I did put a mail on their delhi office but got no response from their side, seems like they are least bothered about the complaints.

it was a very important paper for which I was waiting and due to their unprofessional and third class service, I missed out a very crucial thing.

can anybody guide me if there is any process by which we can sue them or take some action against them ??

I am trying to find out why my parcel has not yet been delivered. Dtdc no. Z87243640. Have mailed their centres and also been in touch with them on phone. Now this company has reverted to the seller that the item has been delivered!!! IS THIS ALL A JOKE, YOUR GUYS TRYING TO STEAL MY STUFF? I AM NOT GONNA LEAVE THIS HERE.......

I had sent a parcel (Express Surface- Used TV- 10 Kgs) from Mumbai to Kolkata on 9th May 2013, from DTDC's Franchise office is Amboli, Andheri West.

The Consignment number is G90062437. I was assured by the representative personnel that the same will reach in 5 days time.

Whenever we have requested for an update in the interim period, we have only heard that it's is going to reach in a day.

Obviously the same hasn't reached, and as I track the order online now, there is no update after the parcel having reached DTDC warehouse in Bhiwandi.

It has been 3 weeks now. We have visited the Franchise office several times, and now they say that they have no idea where the parcel is. It is somewhere in Kolkata n they can't track it. What am I supposed to do?

I got the shipment detail in my mail box that

13th MAY 2013 i checked the status in DTDC website. In remarks they mentioned

that "Madiwala Branch - Attemted, Party not available". Which is absolutely a false

statement.

Again 14th MAY 2013 I checked the same in DTDC website. i shocked after seeing

the status that "Shipment returned due to incomplete address".


I have given my complete address with postal code (All my bank statements,

Postals, Parcels are recieved in the same address). And also given my mobile no.

I don't even recieve a single call from their end. Simply they put some false

statements without visiting my address.

Several times i called madiwala branch. but they din't respond.
DTDC customercare no. also always busy.

Herewith i've attached Sapna Invoice and DTDC final Status.


Kindly take neccessary action against DTDC.

Using DTDC has been thee biggest mistake i have made. theey promised next day delivery.
My shipment was sent on 8the may, Wednesday.
Today on 13 may its still in transit. customer care doesn't take any call. impossible to reach u.
it was an urgent shipment which has already missed it deadline.
can someone plz tell me what to do?
