My current location pincode(695605) when checked with DTDC if the area is serviceable it says yes. And now I got the tracking information the area is non serviceable(Attached Screenshot). The sender has paid for the door delivery and still the local DTDC office is asking to go to their place and pick it up. This is my third time dealing with DTDC and having the same experience. I'm receiving doorstep delivery for all other parcel services eg: India post, Online shopping sites like flipkart, Amazon etc..

And it is a very frustrating experience with the local branch, even when they call upon the phone says "come and pick if you want or i will return it tomorrow". So since I am having some emergency I was not in a position to go and pick my parcel when they called. The same thing is happening in all the serviceable locations under this branch when I enquired upon this with my friends and neighbours.

Updated by Razeem Ahmad I was forced to go to the DTDC branch office which was 6 km away from my home since person now threatened the parcel will be sent back.

I've raised the complaint in their support they are marking it resolved without any resolution for the issue. Pathetic service from DTDC not value their customers.

If the area is not serviceable then it should be clearly mentioned in the portal this area can't be serviced, which is not happening right now.

    I wanted to send some important papers through DTDC speed delivery. Asked them about the details and they told "it'll take 21hrs to reach the required destination, and it costs 350rs, but the normal one costs 80rs and will reach the same place within 2days".And I've paid 350rs and sent the papers through Speed delivery.
    It has been more than 48hrs, and the package is not yet delivered. We asked them about the same and they said " We don't know about it, there was a problem in transport, we sent it there and they sent the package through transit a day later. What can we do?"
    A total waste of money and time.
    I expected better from DTDC.
    And this is the last time I'm gonna send a package through DTDC Speed delivery.

          DTDC Consignment no is ''U15761907'' this consignment we courier from LUCKNOW on 12/03/2022 to GORAKHPUR - Barhalganj, This should be delivered on 14/03/2022 but DTDC showing successfully delivered, so I called Gorakhpur DTDC office they gave me no of ''Yogesh courier service Barhalganj - +[protected] '' we called him and he was like start yelling at me that your delivery place too fare from my place I am not going to deliver this packet you just come to me on Monday (three days later) then I'll give you the packet, Today my client harsh Ji visited there but still, he is not responding to the call and his office is closed.

              14th of this month booked at poruru branch Chennai from kia car company. I have not yet received. When I saw in online it was in transit. I thought still it was at poruru. It is very urgent please find it try to reach me as early as possible.

                My consignment number is H27977631 dated:[protected].Till date[protected] it is not reached at the destination. Is this a courier service or ordinary postal service? Why we will pay more to you for this type of worst service. Refund my item along with penalties which I incurred due to delay of your service. On which I loose Rs.50000/-. I am going to consumer court. Even if I could send through Indian speed post also it could have been reached much early. Useless service with high standard.
                Refund my item immediately and pay my compansation.

                  Hello, I have sent a parcel from Hubli, Karnataka India through VRL service on 17/03/2022 to mudhol, (dist: Bagalkot, Karnataka) Gc no is 34699897.
                  They have mentioned that parcel would be delivered in max two days. But now if i call the customer care service they are telling that it will be delivered on Monday (21/3/2022).

                  It was very need that parcel need to be delivered by atleast today evening.
                  Please take some action for this and help to reach the delivery

                    Today I received a call from their office and said to pick up the parcel from their office at kottakkal and when I enquired regarding this to them they replied that they will not deliver it to the address I gave instead i should come & pick it up from their office.

                          Booked a DTDC premium service. Booking date is march11th delivery date is march 16th. Haven't received the parcel till today (19/03/2022). DTDC customer service is the dumbest service. They have the same information that the customer can see through tracking shipment. They don't have access to transfer call to higher official. The package is being tracked by 5 of my colleagues from one week. Still no proper update from DTDC. Shipment is stuck at chennai, haven't been able to connect to chennai branch. Calls get connected to another branch.

                            Shipment: R46082360: This delivery is intended for my sister and the partner, Premlal Unnithan is not willing to deliver the package. Moreover when asked for the reason, he talked in an abusive manner to my sister. This is moreover a complaint against the delivery partner, Mr: Premlal Unnithan[ DTDC office, Kollam Collectorate]. Please do the necessary steps to deliver/return the package and take necessary actions against this person. If there is no action from DTDC, we will take legal action from our end.

                              Booked courier on Monday 14th March at Pallikaranai, Chennai DTDC office to the destination Nammakkal and they told that it will be delivered next day ie 15th Mar. But 3 days gone already its still In Transit at Erode branch. When i checked with erode branch they said that its a booking issue at Chennai, instead of Karur branch they have booked to Erode branch and it will take another 2 to deliver from Erode - karur - to deleivery address. Experienced very worst service at DTDC, totally irresponsible people. Its better to avoid DTDC in future.

                                  This consignment was sent from Bangalore (Consignment No. B[protected] on 11th March 22 to Raipur. This item is still not received, but it is showing as successfully delivered under tracking history. This is a important/urgent package. And also, I read it in many online forums that this is a general practice that delivery boys do to maintain their performance scores. Please look into this.

                                    My Shipment has been dispatched on 5th March 2022 from Ludhiana Punjab and the last status of the Packet is showing for 6th March 2022 i.e. it has been further sent to Ambala but still the status is same and when I called DTDC Customer Care they people informed me that Vehicle (HR38W9670) in which the Packet was dispatched is under Sales Tax Department Custody & DTDC will pay the necessary Fine & complete all other formalities and then this packet will be dispatched to me but hard luck. Still the Vehicle is in Sales tax Custody.
