Is this what DTDC stands for?
If you possess even 0.1% of concern for your customers, kindly read the entire details -
1. A courier has been sent by my friend (D12114625*) to be received at Bopal, Ahmedabad.
2. I receive a call on Saturday i.e. 2/2/2013 at around 11 AM from Mr. Pankaj Panchal. He says your courier cannot be delivered at shela as DTDC does not deliver couriers in that area. I told him I cannot come to the office at ashram road as I am on job, he says then in that case he will send it to bopal office and I will have to collect it. He also said it will be done on Monday since the vehicle left at 11 AM to deliver couriers. If this is so, why don't DTDC plan the deliveries? It is an urgent courier that is required by me!!!!!
3. Today, i.e. 4/2/2013 at 17:05, I call up the ashram road office and Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Hasmukh Panchal both give me lame excuses that since the vehicle DID NOT have enough space, your parcel is still here and it will be delivered tomorrow. Again, you expect me to suffer!! Great!
4. I asked them both to deliver the courier ASAP. They both started laughing and when I said I will complain, they said "you may go ahead and complain, nothing is going to happen"!! and Disconnected the call!!
5. If anybody is serious at DTDC, please deliver my parcel ASAP and I am 200% sure I will NEVER EVER use DTDC in my life nor recommend it in my organization.
Also, this is the second time that it has happened. Prior to this, I was called up again at the Ashram Road branch to pick up my courier as DTDC does NOT deliver couriers at Shela, ahmedabad. I asked them (Deepa Shah and Chirag Shah) to check in their database, and they found that Shela is INCLUDED as a place of delivery. I have even received couriers prior to this.
I do not understand what is happening to your professionalism! People in your organization are lying to customers!! Great! Your tag line is delivering value - is this VALUE??!!!!

DTDC Couriers — Premium delivery - Not delivered in time
Please find the below shipment details, booked through Premium Delivery. There was a comittment for delivery before 4 PM, today. But till now the consignment is not reached Chennai and as usual we are getting the lamb excuses of Flight cancelled, etc. Your customer support is not able to extend right feedback and in turn, we get very pathetic and irresponsible response mentioning that they cann't do anything for this delay and these are not avoidable.Shipment No. V00325795

Any further delay in delivery will spoil the purpose of sending the consignment through premium delivery. Can any one track my consignment and update the status?
