I ordered a book through sapnaonline.com on 9th MAY 2013.
I got the shipment detail in my mail box that

You should receive the shipment within 2-3 working days.
You can track the status of your shipment by accessing the below link -

13th MAY 2013 i checked the status in DTDC website. In remarks they mentioned

that "Madiwala Branch - Attemted, Party not available". Which is absolutely a false

statement.

Again 14th MAY 2013 I checked the same in DTDC website. i shocked after seeing

the status that "Shipment returned due to incomplete address".


I have given my complete address with postal code (All my bank statements,

Postals, Parcels are recieved in the same address). And also given my mobile no.

I don't even recieve a single call from their end. Simply they put some false

statements without visiting my address.

Several times i called madiwala branch. but they din't respond.
DTDC customercare no. also always busy.

Herewith i've attached Sapna Invoice and DTDC final Status.


Kindly take neccessary action against DTDC.

Using DTDC has been thee biggest mistake i have made. theey promised next day delivery.
My shipment was sent on 8the may, Wednesday.
Today on 13 may its still in transit. customer care doesn't take any call. impossible to reach u.
it was an urgent shipment which has already missed it deadline.
can someone plz tell me what to do?

VERY POOR PERFORMANCE BY DTDC

I had booked a PTP courier (E[protected] from Pune on 9th May'13 to be delivered to Delhi on 10th May'13 before 12:00 noon as per your commitment for all PTP shipments; however, the shipment was not delivered to the consignee on time since your delivery person reached the destination at 12:30 when no one was at the given address.
I called your customer care at 11:30 (after being on long hold) asking on the status of the courier and was assured that the consignment will be delivered as promised (before 12:00). Since it was not delivered on time I called again at 12:25 (after being on long hold) and the agent on the call informed me that due to a technical problem the consignment is delayed and when I asked him why I was not informed of the same earlier, very rudely he said that we will return you the money & said that will transfer me to the priority segment and did without even listening to what I had to say.
This has been the most pathetic service I have every been rendered by any company and I am highly dissatisfied because of the same, I had paid extra money only because I wanted the delivery of the consignment on or before time, since it does not make any sense to pay extra for a service which one cannot avail.
Looking at the behavior of your so called customer care team & the level of commitment that DTDC gives to its customers I am forced to not use your services going forward and also ensure that my near and dear ones don’t do that either.

I have booked consignment on 2-5-2013 from WADI to Bangalore - Electronic City Phase I for sending an urgent Article to the resident of Arneesh greens who was awaiting for the same before he had to move to his Native - TamilNadu. I called the Bangalore DTDC Office and requested to deliver the goods immediately, The officials promised that they would deliver by 3 PM or 4 PM; But, later it was told the the consignee that it would be delivered on "tomorrow". DTDC should tell which tomorrow it could be - whether it is on Sunday ie. 5-5-2013 or next working day 6-5-2013. If so at what time? The receiver has totally rescheduled his program because of the act of DTDC. I intend DTDC should publicly ask for apology and should give an penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the inconvenience caused and for trust-less irresponsible act. Consignment No: B92687288

Dear Sir,plz kindly give me the information regarding party collect written on customers parcels and couriers.The dtdc branch office of Burhanpur 450331 is not giving proper response to customers,they are not delivering the product at home delivery address but calling the customers to receive the products from their city office,they are not having any man power and delivery boy to deliver the products ,they are misbehaving and arguing with the customers,when Today I asked that who has written party collect they are telling the name of Indore's office ,indore office is also not proper replying, kindly ask information about the delivery of the product,when some online product is purchased through internet it is the prime duty of the courier company to deliver the product to customers home.

IT IS REALLY SURPRISING THAT SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY DTDC CHEATS AND MISBEHAVES WITH THE CUSTOMER. THEY EVEN ABUSE THE CUSTOMERS. THE SAID COURIER COULD NOT REACH THE BANK IN TIME AND IS MISPLACED BY DTDC,VIJAYAWADA. NOW THE BANK HAS CHARGED Rs.5000/- AS INTEREST FOR LATE PAYMENT. EVEN AFTER REPEATED VISITS TO THE DTDC DEALER, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE COVER AND THEY SPEAK RUDELY WITH BAD LANGUAGE, SPLY A LADY REPRESENTATIVE PADMA. I had sent a parcel on yuesday from mumbai cuffe parade office. The lady said it would be delivered on thursday.
It wasnt delivered. Tried calling all the contact centers in mumbai and kolkata noone seems to answer the call.
What are the numbers fr i[censored]r nt going to answer any calls. Few did answer but just said its closed and ket the phone. Is this how the company deals with their customers. What kind of people to your'll hire for customer service who cant answer the phone and cant even hear out the problem.
The parcel was for my sisters bday and she dint even get it.

I am done with dtdc and will never use it in the future.

My relative had mailed a shipment from Kolkata to Bangalore to me on 13th April, the shipment contained necessary documents that were needed for a medical appointment on 18th April.
The shipment log on DTDC website says that the shipment was returned from Bangalore on 17th April due to "RECEIVER REFUSE DELIVERY" when I wasn't even contacted!!
On 18th April I called up DTDC's call centre[protected] and asked for the shipment to be returned back to Bangalore providing her my contact no. and complete address,
On 22nd April, the Shipment was returned again and this time due to "WRONG/INCORRECT ADDRESS"!!!
It's 25th April today and I am yet to receive the shipment.
In addition to that DTDC's customer care service is extremely pathetic. I had to dial atleast 8-9 timed to reach them, really takes a toll on one's patience....

I have done a online shopping from ebay, and the seller sent the consignment with #Z85138779. Without knowing the service availability dtdc accepted this and then my trouble and mental pain starts on that day without any cooperation from dtdc.

After tracking the details i came to know it is of status "attempted". when i called and visited they said service is not available so it returned back from bomanahalli to madiwala.

then i called to madiwala branch and requested to send it back to bomanahalli and also given my number, so i can collect this (my house is near to bomanahalli).

next day when i called to bomanahalli they said they sent back the courier to source location (delhi) with an assumption that customer will not take it.

My pain is after requesting again and again why they returned back even though they have not bothered to call to customer.

I accept if the service is not available he will not deliver to door, but at least they should call to customer .

secondly, why they accepted the courier if service is not there.

Why they didnt checked the service before accepting the courier. This will seriously delay my shipment because i need to inform to seller to resend from other courier.

I found it very rude the employee who is sitting in bomanahalli, her name is shilpa.

I am really surprised to see dtdc service as they are working as government firm

I booked a packet with DTDC branch opposite Omaxe Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, containing important application to Sub Divisional Officer, Jatusana, near Rewari, Distt Rewari on 10.4.2013 vide AWB No. Z 86243271 which when tracked online shows Not Delivered.

Now if they did not gave service to the consignee's place/destination, why did they not return my packet the next day and refund the charged amount. Now there is no help from them through phone or email as to where is my packet and what are they doing with it.

The packet contained RTI Application with Bank Draft.

My complaint against Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd (registered under the companies act-1956)
having its registered office at 267, Masjid Moth,South Extension-2 New Delhi, DL-[protected] .
Company made with us a agreement for district franchise on dated 10 sept. 2012 with security amount 300000/- Rs.
Agreement was made for 3 years and as per agreement " company will give us time to setup the operation
( i.e.for open block franchise and corporate business ) within the time duration 2-6 months but company
couldn't setup the operations or any single work within time duration.
I have spend 15000/- per month expense in office rent , inter-net , office boy, etc. without any income.
Time duration which company given to us for setup the operations has been finished and we wants our

also called them many times but they didn't give us any positive reply. They talked with us very rudely

My friend had sent me a parcel in a good condition on 23.03.2013 from hyderabad from MALKAJGIRI branch C/N No. : D12874858 in which there was an induction stove, induction fry pan/kadai/tava, cooker 3litre. and the same was recieved by me in bhadrachalam at ma resiedence in a damage conidtion on 26.03.2013. The INDUCTION STOVE HAS BEEN TOTALLY DAMAGED WHICH COST RS 2590/-pictures are attached with this mail. I have contacted to courier office at bhadrachalam and also at hyderabad regarding the same. Reply from the bhadrachalam dtdc courier service person named Rajesh was that the parcel was got down in damaged condition so there are telling me to consult to the hyderabad courier centre and i had talked to that hyderabad malkajgiri barnch there a lady named Bhavana attended the call saying that she will revert me back with the reply and now she has kept the mobile in switch off mode.Kindly look into the matter seroiusly and refund me the damage loss happened.

Last week a DTDC courier personnel came to our home to delivery a consignment which was not ours. Inspite of my mother informing him that no person with the name Sanjay Francis resides here, he dropped the consignment at our door and went away. After examining the consignment we found it to be a Vehicle insurance document sent by BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. to one MR. Mr. Sanjay Francis, S/o. P Francis , H.No. 8-4-369/558, SwARAJNAGAR, Borabanda, Hyd.-18. The DTDC bar code no. is H11853425. I tried to contact DTDC customer service but there phone lines are always busy, I tried reporting this issue in there website in the customer feed back but always get a server error massage. I request the DTDC courier service to collect the consignment from us and deliver it to the right person / address.

I had forward parcel of 4460 gm from the courier of DTDC to Ahmedabad to Delhi of 9 jeans.
But when the parcel is delivered and Received its weight is 3060 gm or thief 3 Jeans or stolen 3 Jeans Worth Rs 15000.
So that kind of bad work done by DTDC courier.Now they are not given me any money back or any answer.other than tell like put up case on front of DTDC.But no one can give me solution or Result. Really its highly Bad Thing
My Tracking No is A25321186 and its not affordable by me this is my 3 months Salary please resolve my problem.
Please possible give me solution.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I Ordered a product from ebay,It was shipped from coimbatore via DTDC courier service to Allahabad.The Product recieved was broken then i contacted the seller he told me he can give me an immediate replacement and the product might have damaged in transit and for that i have to send the courier back to him.I contacted the DTDC service centre in allahabad and the guy told me that i will have to make payment in full to send the courier back and they will reject any complaint,he even told me i can go ahead and complaint to the consumer forum if i want and that he does'nt care.So now i want to file a complaint against DTDC for damaging my product and not taking the responsibility for it,i want them to pick up the product from my house and send it back to coimbatore Airway Bill Details: C45477385.

This is the worst courier service i have even seen in my life.
Submitted documents on[protected] with a promise of delivering that documents within 3 working date and today is[protected] and i m not even able to locate where that document is exactly.

I send the receipt to the office of DTDC from where i submitted my documents. They took my number and been told that they will contact me. have not received any call so far.

Tried to find the contact no of the office of consignee address. Both mobile and landline no belongs to someone else.
Tried calling customer service and found that number is temporarily out of service.

Tried corporate no and even there was no one to answer that call.

After that been to that office from where the documens was dispatched and i was big time surprised that the peon was not letting me to explain. when i asked who is the main concern person, i have been told that we all are concern person and dint tell me the name of manager.
