DTDC — Wrong delivery of Courier

A courier containing original mediclaim papers, was send to wrong address(Instead of DLF Gateway Tower, Phase-3, it was send to DLF Office, Phase 2) and their Customer Care is not ready to rectify their mistake.Meanwhile I am helpless as without those original documents, mediclaim of Rs. 50000.00(apprx.) will be lost.

I sent consignment no K29647092 to D-LINK india ltd on 22.7.08 in the address RMA (service centre), L3 Verma electronic city, Salcete, Verma Plateau Goa-403 722 but your delivery report does not reflect the consignees proper address. How can I prove in future that the matter has been received by the addressee?

We have sent two DVD's containing our company profile and product video to our representative at UK, through DHL Courier through their air way bill No. [protected] on 29.9.2009. The same has to be used at a customer presentation on 2nd Oct'09.

Unfortunately, delivery of a different item containing cloth arrived on this airway bill no. delivered on 1st Oct'09. Lack of the video costed us considerable amount of business of at least GBP10,000. The
CD's have not been delivered. We need to be compensated for the loss in business due to wrong delivery.

Recently I applied for credit card from syndicate Bank Bhadravathi karnataka , however my credti card application was rejected citing the reason that I have no any crdit card but i haved all ready 2 credit card in my pan no ACCOUNT as shown on my CIBIL credit information report. i have sent a idea data card netsetter from delhi the branch code is ZL5030 on 21st oct. to begusarai (bihar) for nishant kumar jha. but till date( 11th nov.) it has not reached and they are saying packet has been lost. and after complaining various time through phone as well as through letter they are not responding anything for this i am feeling cheated by dtdc courier and cargo limited.
my courier no. is z21766995. dtdc was much reliable to me but i think it was my wrong perception as nothing has been done regarding this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a consignment by DTDC Courier and cargo limited, from Lucknow (Khun Khun Ji road branch) for Gurgaon on 28 September 2011 (To address- Miss Shilpa Verma C/o Mr. Pradeep Mehra, 484, sector 21, pocket-A, Gurgaon. Phone no.-[protected]) (consignment number Z[protected]. The shipment contained 2 spectacles with their cases and an extra empty case. It was completely opened and shown to the office employee, and even I had declared their approximate value in written to the company. Office employees themselves packed (not in front of me) and shipped the consignment.
The consignment was delivered on 30 September 2011, and on opening the packing, only one spectacle with its case and one empty case was found. The received spectacle was also not in good condition; its frame was tempered, glasses were scratched and it was put in wrong case.

On repeatedly calling and mailing the company officials, they finally replied that since the complaint was sent after 36 hours of delivery, nothing can be done. And their sole argument is that they delivered the shipment in the same condition as it was sent.
But, I dont understand, how could it be checked before opening it?
Now, the company is not ready to accept the responsibility and to make any compensation.

Please consider this as a matter o[censored]tmost imporatance and do the needful as soon as possible.

DTDC — Unable to deliver consignment

Hi,

I have placed an order from Anytimeretail.com and after delay of 20 days when I called them they told me it is out of stock and can't send that same product so after a discussion we reached to a conclusion that they will swap the product but the offer will remain same that is on Buy One and Get One.

They placed a request for the delivery on 22nd Feb.
My only concern is what is my consignment doing in DTDC premises since last 10 days.
I want you to kindly action and do the needful.

Very bad courier company.Absolutely negligent.Extremely bad customer service.No one appears to be interested in their jobs/nor have any info as to where your package is, Switches off their phones, so that you dont call to find out what is happening.Never use this courier at all

DTDC Couriers — Premium delivery - Not delivered in time

Please find the below shipment details, booked through Premium Delivery. There was a comittment for delivery before 4 PM, today. But till now the consignment is not reached Chennai and as usual we are getting the lamb excuses of Flight cancelled, etc. Your customer support is not able to extend right feedback and in turn, we get very pathetic and irresponsible response mentioning that they cann't do anything for this delay and these are not avoidable.

DTDC — Courier not received in Time

Please refer consignment number K33708992 being sent from Kolkata on 18.03.2009 for Bangalore.

I have been following up with various branches of DTDC. Its already 5 days and I am yet to receive my courier. The document reached bangalore on 19.03.2009 and that to at a branch near to the address of delivery but it was re directed to various other branches

This has caused huge loss to me and it call for immediate action against DTDC.

sir, sorry to inform you thet its seems to be one of the worst courier service i ever seen the Phone no mentioned in your docket never responds and the officers responce on this is more pathetic they never respond or irresponsibly. My consignment No H 60954296 was booked on 27 from hyderabad but after even lapse of over 6 days the courier is untraceable and though you charge exorbitantly in the market the service is appalling...please take a note and respond immediately...

Please note we had sent a courier (Tracking Number - Z[protected] from Lucknow to Dehradun on 27th May 2010 which has still not reached its destination address. Today is the 7th day from dispatch and we have still not got the parcel.

My question is - "Is DTDC credible enough to be called a courier service".

I expect full refund of the charges given to DTDC and also some strict action to be taken against the company for such a callous attitude.

DTDC — Courier not delivered on time

I gave a courier on Saturday. It should have been delivered by now. But no sign. No number is available where i can track my product. I believe other courier companies are better than DTDC. At least they deliver the product on time.

On 23rd Sept, I had send one parcel from Pune to Delhi via DTDC courier. And till today its has not reached the receiver. I have called multiple times to DTDC customer care no and from 25th Sept the status update they have is "Its out for Delivery" Dropped few mail to there team as well, and only reply I got in past 3 days, we are checking on it. The parcel which I had sent had to be delivered to Lens Kart Delhi office. As, I was returning a product which I had taken from them on 16th Sept. Now, I am worried that since this parcel has not reached Lens Kart on time, I wont be able to return my product and would loss approx 1800 Rs

on 30september I had sent a parcel(consignment no. V[protected] to Agra in urgent. But it is not delivered yet. and I had paid rupees for urgent delivery . Which is ₹290 for 1.2 kg item. And your. Shopkeeper. Does. Not have manners to talk to costumer.

I had booked a parcel from Gurgaon, Haryana for delievry at Jammu, J&K on 11Aug 14 vide despatch no -Z30228219.
The DTDC tracking showed that Packet has been delivered on 13 Aug 14 at 1120h .However, during discussion my acquaintance later, I learnt that packet has not been delivered. I raised this issue telephonically with DTDC 14, Jammu, Shivaji Chouk, Nanak Nagar, Jammu . The concerned staff at the reception insisted that item has been delivered to the Addressee, my acquaintance however maintained that item has not been received by him.
I visited Jammu on 4 Nov 14 and i sought to see the DTDC delivery slip which should have been signed by the recipient but there was no such signature nor his mobile number was annotated which normally is written by the recipient after taking delivery. Mr Arun the supervisor informed me that the delivery agent was an casual employee who has left service .
I have following queries : 1.Why the tracking shows false information of having delivered the item when actually it has not been delivered ? 2.Why would any one rely on DTDC for service ? 3.When the matter was brought in notice of the staff should they not retrieve the item and deliver it? The staff at DTDC informs that I am informing of non delivery after but the fact is the concerned staff never enquired it till I visited the DTDC facility at Jammu.
Please ensure that parcel is retrieved and delivered to the addressee and action is taken against the staff for falsifying the tracking information.

A parcel was handed over to the representative of DTDC at Vasant kunj on 22nd may 2015 for mumbai via surface. Docket no for the same being -D21063455
Till date the parcel has not been delivered and on talking to the dtdc people they inform that the delivery to the below mentioned address can only happen before 11Am and after 9 pm as it is in a mall, which is quite absurd as the store opens at 11am and shuts at 8 pm. Thus the same can never be delivered by dtdc. It hns been 14 days since the parcel was handed over and the same has not been delivered.

Courier sent on 11.06.15 to Saharsa, Bihar from Rashbehari, Kolkata vide C No. K79688901. However, it has not been delivered tii date & we are not getting any assistance from any of the DTDC centres at Rashbehari & Saharsa.

Despite online complain vide case number is 00450334, we did not get any assistance. This is just unexpected from a company like DTDC. We just want our parcel to be delivered at the earliest considering it to contain original confidential documents to be submitted to North Bihar Power Distribution Corporation Limited.

ur company name is varrsana isapt Limited we sent regular courier to our Bagru(Jaipur) branch.
Every time your Bagru branch refuse to deliver the courier at our office.
When ever we tell them to deliver our courier the person says we dont have gut to deliver your courier and i[censored] want to take your courier you will have to come and receive it.

DTDC is a brand name and i thil this is ruining you goodwill as we can chosse any other courier company but i customer loose is equal to 100 customer loose as its mouth publicity.

A Parcel was given on 16/5/2015 in DTDC Office, Vandalur, Kelambakkam Manin Road, Chennai vide *Consignment No. *D22416455** for delivery of the same to the undernoted destination within 4/5 days - KUSHAL KUMAR GUPTA, 16, OFFICE LANE, WEST BANK OF MELARMATH DIGHI, AGARTALA, TRIPURA (WEST), PIN-799001. MOBILE NO.[protected]. But even after a loss of ONE MOHTH 25 DAYS PASSED till date the said Parcel has not yet been received where it should be. Instead when i am tracking its present location it's shows delivered to Jammu. Agartala is the North Eastern Part and Jammu is a different part of the country. I have written so many letters (Emails) to DTDC Customer Care and different branches/offices of DTDC operating in India. It is very much unfortunate that no one have given any reply of that. The parcel contains Research Papers, important documents, valuable books etc.
