My customer (Mr.Shailesh Kumar, Chennai [protected]) bought an iPhone from me for Rs.38500. The phone was actually not starting so he sent me the phone back and asked for a replacement according to our policy.
Customer sent the phone back through DTDC Courier via AWB No.F06705103 on
[protected] and I had sent him the replacement before receiving the previous phone on[protected] itself via DTDC AWB No.V09205582 with due TRUST.br...

My Father has booked courier from Tadepallugudem (Andhra Pradesh) to Gurgaon (Haryana) i.e. Doct No is H01775233 on 17.07.2012, i have not received the courier due to incorrect address till date.

They have returned back to the origin address i.e. Tadepalligudem(Andhra Pradesh) on 22.07.2012 but till date my father didn't received the courier which i mentioned doct no above.

I made a shipment of some very important documents from Mumbai to Bangalore using DTDC. BIG MISTAKE!!!

The company said the package will be delivered in 3-4 working days. It's over a week now. Plus their call center is THE MOST DISGUSTING EVER. Calling them is a nightmare. First, you got to wait for at least 10 minutes (regardless which time of the day you call). Then, the service reps keep asking you for the same details...

When i sent a ordinary courier from Nerul, Navi Mumbai to Kannur Kerala.First of all the courier was late. Then they called the person on whose address the courier was and asked him to collect it from their office. I guess the courier sending means they should give it to their address and not ask the person to come and collect it from their office. Why cant they go and give the courier to the address specified instead of calling the person...

On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, courier service of this company is charging excessively high prices under the name o[censored]rgent delivery or their so called plus services. They are not accepting the delivery of product under their normal service at all, even if the customer has placed the order 3-5 days before the due date (i. e. Raksha Bandhan). the courier has not been delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this. courier even.

I am Sanjay Kumar from mumbai.
I had brought my computer from Bangalore to Mumbai through DTDC.
I had booked my computer through DTDC on 25th Feburary 2012. They charged me Rs 24,500 including packaging.

They delivered my computer on 28th feburary 2012 in damaged condition.
MY monitor has damaged and not working.
UPS has broken in many pieces such as a glass...

I think there is no worst service like DTDC. Plz dont use that services - I req all my friends not to use the courier services of DTDC. And another worst thing is when they give Their guindy office number , they have given Ramco groups office number. From this itself we can understand their way of service.


My boss took 4 days to receive courier from Bangalore and that too when i called their Guindy office , they asked...

We sent one courier(DTDC sevices) from B'anglore(RAJAJINAGAR MASTER FRANCHISEE (MF) to Sonepat(Haryana), even after 15 days we did not receive it. Sonepat sevice dept sent it back to B'lore though we personally checked with Sonepat branch(Sector 14) 3-4 times with tracking no B85071301. It was very urgent courier.

We tried calling courier customer service everyday[protected] / 76 / [protected]...

I had Booked a Shipment -B84156417 from Bangalore to NOIDA on 28th june. It has reached NOIDA DTDC office on 29th july Now they are keeping shipment with them and not delivering saying Sec-119 of NOIDA is no service zone for them which has same PINCODE -201301 which is for NOIDA.

one of my packet was supposed to be delivered to me through dtdc courier services, but neither i have received the packet and on contacting them they always say that we need time for 2 3 days and n resolution is done whatsoever .On calling them they dont pick up the telephones.
