Dear Sir/Madam,
I had given one parcel vide docket no- D10413415 dated[protected] from Bangaluru(India) for shipment to Raipur (CG) zip 492001 & paid 616INR, which is vey high, but with acommitment & urgency for getting delivered on 3rd day, I had paid this high amount.
On 3rd day when I enquired in DTDC, no one was ready to answer my query of as on date tracking status of my booking.lastly I equired to the booking agent who confirmed me that there was some system problem in DTDC india during that period & hence my parcel was not diapatched till 3rd day & shall be diapatched on 7th vide new doc no-D12653551 & again ensured that it will be delivered on 3rd day.
Sir, at this moment, it is 7th day finished & tracking is showing tat my parcel in lying in Raipur itself since 9th evening.(since last 48hrs) it show very poor level of commitment for customer focus & for what We should pay 616 INR, if the delivery has to take palce on 8th day, which is possible by govt postal service in only 25INR. Request to kindly direct my greiviance to Indian concern & refund my mony & INR 1500 which i have to incur for enquiring this.

my grandpa send a courier from pudukkottai district to bavani komarapalayam.the courier has came to your office ,but your office persons call us to collect the courier from your office.do you think that u pupil's only doing business and u r not able to deliver because u were busy.what the service u doing is very worst i have never seen such a worst service in dtdc or proffesional couriers.r u doing business for ur shake or to serve the customers.here after i will not use ur courier and better inform my neighbhours ,friends and all the known persons not to use ur courier.reply me what the hell u r doing.
