Hi,
I had sent a consignment (an important document) on 26th and was told that it would reach the same day. As I write down the complaint two days hence, it has not yet reached the venue. I have tried to connect to the call center, after 4 mins of waiting on the IVR, the call gets disconnected automatically. Today, I tried their website to compliant. After drafting the entire complaint, when I submitted, it gave an website error. There are various false commitments being made-
The IVR says, ontime delivery, which is false
The Call center number is a hoax, we never reach the actual person who can help
Website tracking said, attempt made, whereas it is a plain lie, no one tried to contact the recipient, no call received
Need some justifiable solution and compensation. I am also planning to complain at consumer forum

DTDC — Undelivered on time led to loss of business
Hi,This is regarding the complaint against the DTDC courier service. I had a bad experience with this courier almost 4 times.
This is regarding the delivery of the Documents that was booked under the Consignment No- V[protected]Express Delivery) which need to delivered on the next day due to emergecy.This is also informed to the person who agreed that will be delivered on next i[censored] book through express delivery. However they didnot delivered on the next day and still in process of delivering it. When the consignee enquired about this, they informed that they cannot delivery the courier since they dont have express delivery and told to collect the docs.
This completly led to the loss of business due to the Negligence of these people. I request take to necessary action against this courier service.
Even I mailed to Dtdc Customer care ..Still no response.
