Hello consumer forum,

I'm from hyderabad on jan 25th i delivered a courier from DTDC,
My consignment number: H27684820, Executive said by 27th jan it will reach the destination upto now the courier was not received. The particular Uppal branch manager his mobile Number [protected] was a racist Person he had kept my courier with him and not allowing the courier for the shipment, its been 10 days from but still no response on my document it was most important document, This is shocking scene from such reputed company i never expected such racism from the branch manager, please take action on that particular person.

D77884319 Booked on 25.1.22 But as on date goods not yet delivered and the issues was upadted to Nagercoil booking managers DTDC and Coimbatore issueing Branch Manager through phone call and Whatsapp After that both of the managers are not attending calls and handover to lady staffs there and Region level coimbatore team also trying to give solution but Coimbatore concern branch Manager showing worst attitudes.

I have contact all of the above (Useless) manager in DTDC . Not even they are justifiable for their monthly pay.
If i booked through any bus service hardly take 10hrs but near about 8days over and lot of mentally disturbed because 50000/- Rs worth of medicine we booked and my client also fedup because of not yet delivered and he cancelled the orders.
and Lot of mails and Communication made with Your toll free and mails and Social media but DTDC not yet bothered about this issues.

Very worst and pathetic kind of approch and attitudes in coimbatore branch and Region also DTDC there is no any Proper communication channel to resolve the issues and only Toll free that call also connects after 5minutes and concern toll free staffs jsu asking Booking numbers and simply says that it will be solved but after that nothing will happening and Website customer complaints just Service token number raised but no any action behind. Its just like a fraud kind of system and cheating type of company what i felt because no any responsible person has deputed at branch or Divisions .Just taking money and escaping and name shake DTDC provided has Toll free Thats all.
Hope you understand the worst behavious of Coimbatore DTDC please take action mainly terminate the staffs and Better give some oppurutinity to some good candidates who serve the peoples
Also provide my parcel and compensation for my business loss.

I have sent a courier to UP on 21-Dec-2021. It's been more than a month now, still it's not delivered. Also I have raised multiple complaints and have contacted the customer service multiple times but still no proper response.

KOLKATA RAJARHAT BRANCH DTDC has Misplaced my courier and inform I have called so many times to customer care but half of the time there phone not getting connected half of the time they provide wrong information I need 3500rs refund of that dress which dtdc is not ready to give please help my contact number is [protected]i

Dear Worst Customer care Managers and Team of DTDC, D77884319 booked on 25.1.22 as on date 2.2.22 Not yet delivered and no any proper response from both of the booking and issueing off and branch managers.
Really very worst people working in your organization, even I have discussed with Nagercoil Branch Manager[protected]
mbl and Coimbatore Branch manager [protected] and they simply told that it will be delivered soon but as of now nothing is happening and Lot of time i have called but both of them not even attending my calls and I have Sent a Whatapp messages also not both of them read the message but no any response from Both the managers.
Hope why this kind of branch manager is required for your company for just paying salary without any customers service? really are they worth-able for salary or Justifying their value of Designation? what kind of service or benefits from them or any value added by this managers? Please take the action on this both the irresponsible managers and related Service team.

Your company charging more money but there is no any value added service to Customers? why ? Is this your service?

Not received my courier pls check and resolve POD is B93163971 showing delivered but I'm not received any call or msg from DTDC office

Courier has been given at guwahati 24 th jan 2022 and after 10 days of duration it is not reached destination.As it is live plants it will be dead.Please take the necessary actions to get the courier as early as possible.The consignement Number is D69589608. Please do the necessary actions to sort the issue

It has been taking too much time to receive my courier. It reached near my town on 27 th Jan. Today it is Feb 1. I haven't received it yet. No response either through mail or phone. Kindly sort it out at the earliest.

This experience is subject to isolated incidents & should not reflect on the DTDC brand as a whole.
I have had a good history o[censored]sing DTDC services for a decade.
Getting back to the purpose of my reach-out: I had downloaded DTDC mob app on the 31st of Jan 2022 & raised a service inquiry for the 1st of Feb '2022 & paid INR325 through Paytm services to book DTDC pick-up service.
After waiting through the 1st of Feb 2022 & called the Domestic customer service number & connected with a representative after being on hold for 6 minutes.
The customer service was utterly disrespectful in a matter of clarity of speech/listening, which led to more frustration knowing my INR325 has gone down the drain.
This customer representative kept interrupting me & was not willing to listen to my concern.
My immediate concern is whether I will be able to get a refund for a service I never received & secondary concern is whether this particular representative is the only customer care executive that we consumers have to deal with.
This experience is turning beyond the meager amount of refund that I ask for.

I sent my laptop to pune office on 21st January. and laptop received in pune office by 1st Feb.
Laptop display got damaged.

This complain is regarding consignment number K53275467 sent through DTDC.
I gave my consignment to DTDC team to deliver that in Bangalore on 15th January, 2022.
After reaching to the DTDC branch having postal code 562125, Branch name "Sarajapur-Sompura Gate[BF1714]" and addressed at "KRV Building, Opp to City Lights, Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka -562125".
They were not able to delivered my consignment and where not listening to me properly when I am communicating to them for my contact number.
I also raised a complain (Complain Number[protected], where I told them to call me on my number, if they will not be able to find the person.
But. they never called me nor they delivered the consignment.
They just mentioned that address is incomplete and they returned it back to my address.
So, I want them to pay the refund at least for that as they have wasted my time and my client time and also due to there miss communication my consignment is delayed by 1 Month.
I want them to pay the refund along with apology from them.

I has been ran a franchise of DTDC after I deposited such amount and I closed the franchise after a year because of lock down problems. After that I sent mail to CMO that I closed my Franchise and they were agreed. But the amount I deposited I did not received yet and no one is giving right response. What shall I do with this matter? Whether I should go legal nor the co, will take care to refund my deposit?...

The parcel was picked up on 4th Jan and till now it is not delivered. Have been following up for a month now but nobody is replying to the complaint.

My parcel is not delivered. It's showing address incomplete or wrong.
If this is the case can't you guys call at the given number and confirm the same... It contains some imp documents.
I hope my parcel will be delivered soon..

The parcel was shipped on 22nd January 2022. It's showing FDM prepared since 29th January 2022 but it still isn't delivered. Please look into this matter and i hope it gets delivered soon. Tracking ID is K53609479

I have sent the courier on 24/03/21 to rakes O Sharma gangyal branch hdfc Bank
But now they are claiming that they have not received the packet, while approaching the courier service, they don't have any details for the same, as they are saying thr system has no details after 3 months..we're am I supposed to go 🤔

I have not received this courier number Z71795011 from Delhi to hyderabad Masab Tank but he showing delivered but in charsheet delivery person write nahar and receiver mobile number on top of the courier but I didn't receive this

H64645142 is tracking I'd I didn't received my package. On status its showing successfully received.
