This is Prakash[protected], from Uthukuli Town in of Tiruppur District of Tamilnadu. I had placed an order from Biocarve for which the consignment was couriered from Patiala Branch DTDC Office of Punjab State. The package was received to the Tiruppur office on 21.12.2021 but still not delivered. When asked the personnel keeps saying that the area is not serviceable and uses hard harsh words. The order Tracking No. is T06439992. I just want a relief, these guys did the same to all my previous orders (T06439992, T06439953, T[protected] and not delivering on time. I understand the coverage of service, if it is not serviceable they should not have taken the order in first place rather than abusing the customer for asking timely delivery. the office number of the personnel is[protected].

Ordered a book from Amazon and the seller unfortunately sent it via DTDC, and these absolutely vile insects at DTDC not only gave a false tracking ID which they said was invalid, they now falsify information saying the delivery was completed on the very same day that order was placed. The book was coming from Gujarat to Kerala.

My package of DTDC Courier with tracking no. D68865240 has been booked on 15th Dec 2021 from Cuttack, Odisha to deliver it to Chennai with proper address and phone number. The packet has been there in Chennai from 19th Dec 2021 from that day to today (22th Dec 2021) and my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery" and "Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))".
But I am surprise I Have did another courier on the same day 15 Dec 2021 From Mumbai to Chennai with same deliver address(destination address) and it got delivered by Blue Dart on 16 Dec 2021. tracking no. [protected].
so how come the same destination address will show the different status one got delivered successfully and another showing "Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))?

Earlier we were told that it will be delivered within 5 working days. Can you tell me what am i supposed to do right now?

My order was missing with order - D82977532 ...tracking history shows its delivered...but product is not delivered to me or no calls from dtdc...and I raised a complaint Ticket Received - Consignment no - D82977532 with ticket no - 1500402, but till now no followup or nothing from the side of dtdc...

This is the 3rd such incident by DTDC..

My house is located 3 Kms from the DTDC courier office. Last month I was expecting an important shipment and I was tracking the same online. The shipment reached my nearest courier office and after that it got updated as Incomplete address - could not deliver. I was suprised as the sender was a known person and the address was correct and detailed. I called up the office multiple times and finally contacted them. They gave me the courier delivery person's number. On contacting him he said my house is far to come so he cannot come and that's why he updated it like that. He asked me to come midway (2kms) and collect it. I had no choice but to go and take.

Today again I was to receive an shipment from an company. Since it was an official shipment they had not shared any tracking reference. I tried contacting them, they said it was sent a week ago via DTDC and still I dint get. Based on my previous experience with DTDC I myself called up the courier guy directly and asked him if any courier had come. He casually replied yes it came few days back. On asking why it was not delivered he said its not possible for him to come and asked me to come midway and collect. I did not even receive any call or message about it. I was not even informed that it had come. I had to call up and ask. This is not at all a professional behaviour.

All other courier services, delivery persons come to my house and deliver. But only DTDC is doing like this.
I also called up the DTDC office and informed about this. They denied knowing anything about it and said he would have come but I missed to collect it. This is a utter lie. Because I was home the whole day. I din't get any call or message. The courier delivery guy himself told he will not come.

Such unproffessional behaviour has to stop.
I hope this forum looks into the issue and resolves this.

I was given already delivered consignment number for my package.
When i enquired the management, they did not give any proper response and package has been missing for more than a week. Tracking ID given to me is C09725948. We booked the package containing textile material on 12th December, 2021. But given tracking ID mentions that some package was delivered on 4th December, 2021 to another pincode.
We ordered the package with following details:
Source pincode: 600063
Destination pincode: 638455

Booked sweet for my son who resides in USA

on 20th Oct 2019 at DTDC Baner branch Pune

After 15days it was delivered on 3rd NOV 21.They gave discount for sending sweets to USA.The Sweets got spoiled as delivery was delayed.When asked for refund DTDC booking branch gave only booking amount Rs 5400 .When asked for refund of Rs 3500 for spoiled sweets they say it is not in their policy.

It is very unfair DTDC give offer for sending sweets on the eve of festival and dont ensure delivery at right time and do not refund amount spent for sweets .

I have posted BOOKS from GAYA, BIHAR(823001) on Dec 17 2021 to New Delhi(110060). My consignment number is G90873294. But while tracking, its showing 521356 as destination pincode. I don't know whether its a technical glitch or a mixup. I tried to customer care but couldn't reach them. Please help.

My Shipment number V92296369 not delivered on time and is further explaining restricted area, where as they have charged Rs. 350/- for express delivery.

Dtdc owner from kalimpong pin code 734301 harassing customer, they are not delivering courier to the customer address. They are calling customer and threatening customer to come and collect parcel from their courier office else they will cancel our parcel .

DTDC agent of Dighi Pune overcharged me for my courier. He collected 100 Rs. from me where it is showing 65 Rs. on MyDTDC app while tracking. when I asked agent to give me proper receipt then he said we don't have that and he gave me printout of manual bill from internet and wrote 100Rs. by himself.
I want refund of rest of the amount and please take appropriate action so that this will not happen again with anyone else.

But from 12 dec 2021 no update on dtdc portal, after call to customer care he not give proper answer and say due to liquid consignment banglore airport security stop this and not forward to hub.
But in actually no liquid item in consignment, our team not accepting our mistake,
And what is the use of our express service?
If it takes more time than normal service
If there is liquid item then why not stop at nagpur airport, mumbai airport.
Pls send me bangalore airport security report copy and reason of delay of consignment and liquid item in consignment.

I was expecting a delivery on 15th Dec 2021 via tracking number X76692873.
It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached KPHB and out for delivery from Balanagar on 15th december itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned.

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc Balanagar no one is responding. Please do needful

Package T06951848, is not delivered but DTDC says it's delivered for last two days. Ki dly hire less fraudsters!

I was booked a consignment through the DTDC courier at Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu on December 04, 2021 for sending TO the location at Poraiyar in Tamil Nadu. Passed out of 10 days, the recipient is NOT RECEIVED this booked consignment. I was raised this complaint via email and through telephone at twice to the DTDC customer supporters. They are not HELPs to find the STATUS my booked consignment. Now, I am requesting your assistance for finding the same. Looking forward for your support.
