AWB No. D72957496 courier not delivered but status shows delivered please help

Cosignment No.R44449370 not received so far. But, in dtdc tracking it shows it was delivered on 27.11.2021. In the address mobile no. has been mentioned. but no call. Please do needful for getting my parcel please.

his is follow up to my earlier complaint with DTDC order R43301256. I
got a call from dtdc support Mr. manikandan and he had requested whether I can pickup the parcel. Really not sure what we are doing here. He was saying there is no delivery person available for last 10 days to have the parcel delivered. How can a courier company say this . This is just appalling and unbelievable. This has been sitting at mylapore office from 25th nov and I live 2kms from there and this is the service for things to be delivered inheart of chennai. This is really excellent service from most preferred courier company

It's been 10 days someone sent me a gift and i haven't received it and when i am tracking the order the parcel isn't moving since 4 days. Please register a complaint as it's an expensive gift.

I chose one day delivery and i didnt recieve it. when i tracked .
'Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))
i never asked to deliver on another date

Package tracking ID number- V92329819.
This dtdc courier was attempted to b delivered on 1st Dec. I was not available for recieving. I requested the delivery person to leave the package with the guard the next day as he had left by then.
Next day on 2nd dec. There was no attempt made to deliver the package, I didn't receive any calls or messages. The tracker of parcel shows
1340 - out for delivery
1341 - not delivered receiver not available
1342- not delivered receiver not available
1344 - ROT
Just to log they made false entry showing the two attempts in a single day within 4 min. additionally I checked with the guard there was no delivery attempted. This office is unprofessional and unethical.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have placed an order for Medical item online on 22nd November 2021 and item was packed and sent through DTDC courier and it reached Cathedral Road, Chennai branch on 25th November and I live just couple of kms from that location. The tracking number of this order is R43301256

From 25th November and till date, this parcel is sitting at the same location. I called the customer support this morning asking for the delay, I came know that there manpower shortage, Rain and Francise person unavailability as the reasons for delay. How come a courier company that states "Most Preferred Courier" can have this problem ?? There is absolutely no rains in Chennai for the past 3 days and it is even more suprising to know that there is Franchise pickup person in Mylapore that is heart of Chennai !!! and how come this company can be "Most preferred Courier " company. I raised a complaint today ticket number # 1397571 and came to know that it will be delivered on priority in 24 hours for a 2kms delivery. The best part is the customer service person said, it will take 24hrs to resolve the complaint after this parcel was sitting at their location for good 170+hours !!.

Would appreciate, if parcel can be delivered on priority basis.

I send a parcel containing sensitive medicine of a patient to pathalgaun ( jashpur) by DTDC which is not recieved yet..I complaint again again on helpline number no satisfaction is given yet from past 5 days... The parcel is at Raipur appex from last Sunday...
If medicines will not send by ur courier service till tommorow...and anything bad happened with condition of patient then all claim will be taken by DTDC authority ...I have all call recordings of DTDC ...now I'm suffocated by ur service and giving u only 1 day time ...

Highly regretted to inform you that my parcel bearing Consignment no K53101286 has not been received and local DTDC delivery office in Patherkandi informed that parcel has not been sent to them as mentioned in Consignment destination address. This is an unwanted negligence . So would you please take it seriously to resolve the issue .

D64875985 is the courier number. I had raised the complaint, followed up several times however 5heir customer care response is pathetic. I had personally visited their ambattur office to collect personally. initially he sid due to corona it's taking time also they are shifting to new office hence the delay. Now that office is completely closed and no clue. Appreciate if someone escalates and looks in to the issue.

First time, it was stated from dtdc staff that it was undeliverable address and that I have to come and collect. I requested to book with another courier I'll pay for the booking, for that also they have responded that they are not allowed to do so and you have to call customer care to do that and gave one number. After that trying that number they were not picking up the call itself. Then it was mentioned as misroute status. I have raised the query to change the address where they have delivery facility, within 3 minutes the ticket opened they have closed the ticket without any response, I don't know what type of support they are providing.

The delivery agent called me to deliver the parcel with tracking ID D83100194 onn 25th of November. As I was not there, he told he would deliver me by 27th of November but I did not receive my parcel yet. He even told me he would deliver the parcel today but he is not responding to my calls now. My tracking id D83104946 is stuck in dhanbad dtdc since 4 days.They are giving false excuses about traffic and road block. I am very must dissappointed with their service. A fraud company which doesn't care for their customer. The play with peoples time.They dont know the meaning o[censored]rgency. after complaining they say that they will deliver it by today.But in the evening you will get a mail of sorry that they couldnot deliver the courier.

I sent a parcel through DTDC and the receiver denied the delivery. In this case, what is the RTO policy as in if the courier is returned to the sender free of charge or not?

The local DTDC office people told me that for RTO they will charge the same amount as was for sending the courier which is ridiculous as usually RTO facility is included by default.

Can you kindly please also share...

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 28th oct'21 DTDC COURIER NO-H25399985 its been 30days the courier is stuck in transit in Bhubaneshwar.

Remark says Receiver not available while it's a residential address and we are at home only
No one came to deliver. please call in case if you are not able to locate us rather than posting
such remarks. also shouldn't you call the customer if you are not able to deliver? It has been 5 days and the same thing is happening all together everyday. Please resolve this, call on this contact no and try to deliver it asap

I sent a courier from Delhi to Bangalore via DTDC. My consignment number is Z84257452. While I'm tracking my shipment, status says "Not Delivered (OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)". I didn't recieve any calls from DTDC on either of the phone numbers provided. Please be responsive as it's a gift and it's very important to be delivered on time.

DTDC team, please help me to out to resolve this issue ASAP.

It said on the tracking information that the product was not delivered because the address was "supposedly" wrong or incomplete?

Excuse me but the address clearly states "NEAR KHUMAN LAMPAK"
I wonder if the incompetent working staff actually bothered to check because even a toddler can actually tell you where Khuman Lampak is.

I have waited three months for this parcel, and on the day when it's supposed to arrive, they can't deliver it because the address is "wrong/incomplete"???
The incompetence and negligence is clearly showing. Please look into this issue ASAP
