I am fed up with this dtdc courier. This courier sent my products back to the supplier without contacting me to collect these from office. So that i called the courier service and asked about the incident. Then they replied very harshly and harrassed me. They didn't even check the reason why its not delivered to me and they said there is no responsibility in this. Atleast they the haven't called me to deliver the product and products gone back. I was waiting for the product for the last 2 months. I contacted with ernakulam north railway station branch of DTDC and they harrassed me and spoke harshly from the phone number [protected].

Hi, One of our relatives send courier from UK london to Delhi, India.. today I received a call from DTDC office which is located in okhla new delhi, and they are asking me to pay 12883₹ for the custom.. Are u guys serious??? Even the stuff itself not the worth that amount.. hence, I’m gonna complaint to their higher authorities. They are just looting people in INDIA..

I had sent 2 box parcels from Palakkad, Kerala to Gaya Bihar on 3 Dec 2021. They informed me it will take only 6 days. Now it's 14 Dec 2021 and still the cargo has not reached the destination. Whenever I am calling the Courier service people over there, they are telling it's dispatched. Now the status is showing Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). But I had given the correct address and Pincode. It contains my very urgent books and such negligence is affecting my studies.

I sent a courier through DTDC from Parippally branch to bangalore. I booked fast delivery and it should be delivered within 2 days. But it reached there after 4 days. Also the product was broken so it was returned without accepting. I waited so long and I got a status that it got returned back to Quilon branch and it's delivered. But I didn't got the product yet. The product is worth Rs. 2000 and extra for the fast and safe delivery. I still don't know where is my product and no one is helping me with it.

Product delivered lately than expected and as promised by DTDC, due to this delay the product got damaged. Hence we need reimbursement for this damage happened due to delay in delivery, we will be waiting for your early response.

I send a courier to my customer from SURAT to SOLAN(171102)

Almost 2 month gone

But courier had didn't receive to my customer till today

When i go to dtdc surat ring road office they said that courier successfully delivered
When i check tracking no.on website they shows courier delivered
But their is no sign of receiver on book
I said that to the man that
Where is a sign of receiver
They said for sign copy you should be wait for 7 days
I wait for 7 days but they didn't give me sign copy
THEN
they give me one address and they said that
Tell your customer that go on this address and received the parcel
my customer go on that address but they said that courier did not came yet

So
What i do now
My customer demanding refund money for her order
Otherwise she will do police complain against me

Pls help me
Otherwise i take strict action against dtdc
And i also tell everyone that dtdc do fraud with me
Pls don't send courier or parcel through dtdc

Hi,
I am Subhashini, one of your customers who trusted prepaid process and paid a sum of ₹3515 for delivery of personal belongings from Bangalore to Thanjavur.

On Dec 6th 2021, Unaware of actual weight of all of my parcels, I quoted an approximate weight and dimensions while booking 2 pick-up requests via MYDTDC app.
1. 36 kg consignment: D[protected] a bag of clothes
2. 15 kg consignment: D[protected] a box of books
When the pick-up professionals came, I asked them to check weight and inform me if there is a difference in weight or dimensions. They said that they can estimate only in booking office.

As I was already doubtful about the weights I quoted, I had handed-over three more bags of my clothes and asked the professionals to weigh them too, hoping that all my four cloth bags would together make ~36 kg. I had also told them that I didn't want to spend any more money on this.
I also clearly told them NOT to send my 3 cloth bags without clarifying weight details.
I had asked the professionals to call me when they were about to reach Bommasandra office (where they said they would weigh my parcels by procedure) so that I can go there in person or atleast video call me when they check weight.

Later around 7:30 pm that day, All I received were few phone calls from them stating that they spent their own money (₹1400) for these three bags put together as a single big parcel of weight 19kg and a photo that showed a white sack weighing 19kg via WhatsApp. I told them not to send it as this would cost me additional money. But, they said that consigment (D[protected] left the place.

SINCE THEN TILL THE CONSIGNMENTS REACHED MY HOME ON 7th Dec 2021, I had contacted customer care to stop D69751142 and to provide me actual weight of my first two consignments; I raised online requests in DTDC's official site to provide seeking same help; I had called DTDC Thanjavur also to check weight and help me with invoices as well as refund if possible.
I received standard reply: Shipment summary for every service query I raised.
DTDC customer care told me that I paid for D69751142 and could not give me an INVOICE for this order till date.
The delivery team in Thanjavur did not provide weight details too.
The shipment labels on the parcel D69751142 DO NOT HAVE ANY DETAIL ON THE AMOUNT PAID/WEIGHT WRITTEN. I see that it has been X-Rayed unlike other parcels I sent myself. I am genuinely scared to open it.

Now these pick-up professionals ask me for a refund of ₹1400 everyday & they don't have an invoice for the transaction they claim to have made on my behalf. DTDC doesn't provide me the invoice too for D69751142.

When I had weighed these consignments on my own, I SEE CONSIDERABLE DIFFERENCES IN WEIGHTS.
I am not opening any of the parcels I received till I receive a solution for this issue.

I am so confused with your processes and I am very much disappointed with what happened. I feel terrible to hear that someone paid on my behalf.
If I had quoted and paid less, I would have been contacted with right numbers before booking occurred.
I really need this issue to be handled in right manner.

I have prticipated in a contest from google from which I won a bottle, This has very important documents and the online tracking now says not delivered ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR).

I have given correct adress, even i had got two otp messages from dtdc, but recieved no calls from delivery boy

Parcel was left at the main gate without intimation via call. It was not even left at the right floor. It was left unattended near the main gate from where anyone could pick/steal it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had sent one parcel on 3rd of this month from Panipat (132103) to Mumbai (400010).
When I sent this parcel box was fine. I mean this box was damage free. But when I received this parcel box was torn from the side and the white page was pasted on the side.
I didn't even get some expensive items which were in this box.

Missing item :-
1. 2 stripes of Rizact 10.
2. Polybags of dry fruit also torn and I got less dry fruits qty than the qty I sent dry fruits.

What should I do now? Medicines is very costly that I sent.
Are the delivery boys of DTDC really thieves? It didn't happened by mistake. This is a theft done by dtdc boys with my parcel.

I every time use dtdc courier for sending parcel. But if Dtdc does not take any action against my complaint, then I will not use it next time.
I hope you definately take action against that cheap delivery boys and you will retain your customer.

DTDC guy with the mobile number [protected](Name : Sreedhar as per truecaller) called me yesterday(11/12/2021) and he was expecting me to come and collect my shipment from their office. I questioned him on the same and later he agreed to deliver it to my home. It is hardly a kilometer distance from my home and I could go and collect it so to say. But this is not the first time they are doing like this. I had similar experience earlier where they complained that the shipment size is big(not really, its a carton of 3X2 feet and nothing heavy in it) and they don't have any delivery boys and I went there to collect it

Worst part is that I did not receive the shipment even by today(12/12/2021) and DTDC tracker shows that the shipment is delivered already on 11/12/2021. This is a serious issue and I would like to know if DTDC is paying them the fuel bill or these guys are lazy to deliver and claim the bills for fuel. DTDC please look in to this seriously

I have ordered something and the courier provider is dtdc . when i track my order after 10 days it shows me delivered and someones name is written on that i dont know that person whose name is written. I didnt got any courier or parcel. This much of big courier agency and providing such a poor service to their customer is not acceptable.
Help me to get my product.

I'm the recipient of consignment X76686277 for Hyderabad location. It should have been delivered by 6th Dec'21, but it was redirected. I followed-up with their customer care, after 3 days, the shipment status went to 'Delivered' on 9th Dec, but I did not receive it. When I conveyed the same to the customer care, they keep telling me to wait for 1 day and they are checking with Balanagar branch. On 11th I went to the branch, but they did not find the shipment and keep telling the same story that they'll find it soon. The shipment has my bank cheque book and my flat registration is getting delayed, because of this.

This package was sent on Dec 6th 2021.

This item shows delivered on December 11th, 2021, and received by IRFAN / RELATIVE, whom I've never heard of.

The Package has the Name address house number and phone number of the recipient, I am wandering was handed over to some unknown person .

The delivery guy never called not sent any text messages about the delivery update.

These items were worth over 10000 rupees .

I want strict action to be taken against such an incompetent and unfair services provided .

Cargo No is D68879489. It was supposed to transfer from Jamshedpur to Mumbai. It was given on 3rd December and has reached the Bhiwandi Branch on 10th December at 4:00 pm according to the tracker.

Despite repeated calls and queries, they have still not send the courier to the address given at Thane West. Please help as it has already been delayed.

Delivery not made stating the following reason:

Despite the address being an hostel, it is open 24x7.

There was no call to my number from delivery persons or any attempt to redeliver the package on the next day.

There are books which I need for studying urgently.

Customer care took no options. They don't even pick the call in several tries.
