My product is showing the status that it has been delivered three days ago but I didn't received any product not even a phone call . My AWB number is D81797840 please check into it .

I had a package couriered from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd December, 2021. It reached Bangalore on 5th December, 2021.

Since then no one has cared to home-deliver the package.

After numerous calls to the call center and after asking them to escalate the issue, the tracking status was changed to "Out for delivery" on 10th December, 2021, in the morning.

Till now it is not delivered. They give lame excuses like there is no delivery vehicle available, and other crap.

This is the second time the worst service by them.
I will never in this lifetime recommend this courier company to anyone.

My delivery for tracking id X64506612 was not delivered to me but I got the message that it was delivered. The tracking website also shows it was delivered and received by me but it wasn't. Where is my package and when am i going to get it?

I was supposed to get my order today. But its showing receiver not available (CIR). I want to know the reason i didn't even get a call why?

DTDC is useless they provided me 3-4 days of delivering a medicine package, but till now they undelivered my package, they charged me ₹350 having their "v series" service facilities. After a phone call the destination agent refuses for delivering the package by saying that they have no "Delivery Boy" and said we will take some more time.

I had booked their service from Thane to deliver an important document to NITIE in Powai. After calling up the institute they said they had not received any courier. When I called DTDC they said that address was incorrect and the courier could not be delivered and asked me to collect it from their Marol branch. When I asked them to return it to Thane from where I had booked, they said they will re attempt delivery. Afterwards I got an email from their customer service stating that NITIE is a restricted area and they asked me for contact details which I provided. Again no update and after a couple if email reminders the customer service person said that my complain has been escalated to their AOM. Meanwhile NITIE informed me that the courier company was lying as they receive hundreds of couriers daily and it is not a restricted area. After emailing dtdc sgain the customer service person again wrote that it is a restricted area snd again asked me for address and phone number which I had provided long back. I dont even want a refund, just return the package to me in Thane from where I had booked it. I will never again make the mistake of couriering anything with DTDC. They are liars and their customer service sucks

The product was out for delivery but showing that not delivered ( office closed or door lock)
They never contacted me. This is bad act. I raised complaint again as well but they did not respond on 2pm ist today. Please the product was urgently to be delivered.

I got a call from the Courier deliver person on 1-Dec-2021 and ask me to come and collect as he has limited service/person to deliver to my area and update their tracker with wrong information as my area is in Restricted Zone.

After I complained to DTDC team, they said they will follow-up but now they mentioned (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)) and returning my parcel.

Even they didn't mentioned the concern they are giving their address to collect the parcel and not even in an requesting tone, as if we are not paying for the parcel.

It is the Worst service from DTDC i ever experience it, I am not going to utilize their service in future and recommend to my surroundings.

They can think it may be one customer, but if they didn't change the attitude, it will definitely get their service close down soon.

I have couriered photo frame from dtdc courier service from Kanpur Uttar Pradesh to Pune Maharashtra from Kanpur Uttar Pradesh kidwai nagar vendor with tracking number D87260759.

The photo frames which we have been delivered to me are all damaged not even a single one is delivered properly.

PFA the videos o[censored]nboxing. These paintings are worth of arround 30k therefore I need throw investigation and compensation for the same.
I have also reached to customer care of dtdc but they are blaming vendor as sop were not properly followed and vendor is blaming transit team that they have miss handled it. No one is taking the blame and I am suffering the loss.

I haven't received my delivery from DTDC courier(Tracking ID D[protected].But the status is showing that my parcel has been delivered. I am trying to connect with them over call and tried to mail them as well but I am not getting any assistance/support from DTDC.
My deliverey address is Pragati Nagar B[protected] korba chhattisgarh. The delivery was shipped from Gurgaon.

I had ordered from online site ItsyBitsy and the seller had sent the parcel via B96565705 to my son Shivendera Singh at Gaur city 2, Greater Nida West (UP).
Please check the delivery status. On 01 Dec 2021 delivery executive of noida ph3 branch gave an excuse that receiver not available. My daughter was in the flat all day. Next day firstly he wrote an excuse that address is incomplete or wrong and on the same day later he again qouted that receiver not available. If address was wrong how come he found it after 7 hours? My son contacted DTDC office and was told that the parcel will be delivered but till date the parcel where abouts are not known to me. Kindly look into the matter.

This shipment has reached Baroda (Delivery branch ) on 30th November 2021.
Since then we have not received the delivery of the shipment in the same city till date. When we track it online, it shows delivery rescheduled from last 6 days .. It show's out for delivery in the morning and in the evening they update it as delivery rescheduled . How could you people reschedule the delivery daily on your own without ant delivery attempt nor you called the receiver any day till date from last 6 days.

How pathetic this service is that i m not receiving the shipment from the warehouse from 6 days and you guy's update the online tracking as rescheduled .. And repeatedly you have been doing this ### from last 6 days.
Poor and pathetic service .
Pls deliver the shipment today itself. I have already talked to the CUSTOMER service today in the morning but till this time i have not received the shipment . Or give me delivery prson number.

I have sent the Laptop through DTDC courier from Karur to Chennai on Tuesday(23rd) and it was received at receiver end on thursday(25th) but not in good condition
It was damaged and not properly delivered even it was sent as DTDC plus service

From company side they shared the quotation for damage so kindly help me to claim that amount as i cant afford this amount due to irresponsibility of courier side even i have sent in DTDC plus courier(paid 750) for safe packages

Hello i booked one box - consignment number H64664340 from anaparthi branch to hyderabad at december 1st. 3rd december our person received the box at hyderabad. But the box was damaged. The rats were bitten and the box was damaged and inside items also spoiled by rats. Who's is the responsibility?? Check attached damaged box picture below please..
I will share the damaged box pic to customer support team also they did not responding. i will share inside pic also but inside sweets already spoiled by rats so, it's not good to stay with box and unable to eat and it's very dangerous to eat that's why they are throwing out immediately. Actually this is very special occasion gift to close families. wedding special premium assorted sweets from "Dadu's".
If you want inside sweets packing pic i will share it. Because before packing i have taken the snaps to the whole box before sending courier from my home.

The box value itself is 1345/- to1500/-.
We believe these courier services but this incident was very disappointed to both our families😢
Who's the responsibility to this issue? Refund the money for damage... How much careless on customer consignments... Their service's also not good.. definitely i will give the review on dtdc services in google and another sites👍

For my consignments, I was never called first of all. I had to search their number online and even then delivery was denied stating the area is not serviceable. The delivery executive on the weekdays told me their office is closed when I went to collect it and messaged to next day to collect from the office which is 11 kms far. This has been happening for so much time. Courier people are very negligent and do not care about the parcel at all. Please help me resolve this cause even after calls to the toll free number no one picked up.

I called dtdc varachha branch owned by srikantbhai khatva to ask for the update only parcel because it was delayed, in the first call the person didn't responded clearly and he disconnect call while I was asking him for help, so dialled another number assuming someone else will pick it up, but it turned out to be his number and he suddenly started shouting and started using abusing manner of speech.

After that i tracked my shipment and found that it has been delivered at wrong address. It has been delivered to someone else named singhttt. I neither know this person...

Today DTDC person tried to deliver broken shipment which I denied to receive as there were clothes, chocolates worth of 25K in value. I don't know what all they stole so I didn't accept the parcel as I want to know why at the first place parcel was opened as if companies like DTDC is cheating like and they can't train/feed their employees properly so that they don't do such things. please help here.
