सर मेरा एक पार्सल मेरठ से बहराइच के लिए लगाया गया है परंतु वो अभी तक नहीं received नहीं हुआ है जिसका पार्सल नंबर U13332843 है जब कि ट्रैक करने पर बहराइच दिखा रहा है यहा वाला DTDC कोरियर वाले मना कर रहे हैं कि आप का कोई भी पार्सल नहीं है
कृपया इसका स्टैटस बताये कि पार्सल कहा गया है

My package is shown as delivered, held by relative, DTDC tracking number D83231836. But I have not received it. I was home all day long no one came for the delivery nor my family memeber received package on my behalf.
How come they can hand my package to anyone without asking for the OTP they have provided.

I have booked courier from kartagi to belgaum on 4 th then it dispatched on 5th and reached belgaum on 6th today is 9the not delivred

I have not received any call or such from DTDC and suddenly it shows it has been delivered.
How is that possible?
Even though I have not shared the OTP so without OTP how is it possible to give my courrier to someone else?

I will raise a fraud complaint and an FIR against DTDC. They are not delivering the products and marking them as delivered.

They are not forwarding my package Since[protected].
Worst service ever experienced.
My client package is with them and unable to convince the client regarding delay.

I send the parcel on 1st november but till today it's 8th november the parcel is not delivered so deliver it soon.

Shipment V63396972 not yet delivered. Service is sooo pathetic and not even responding to the customers. Customer Care service is really pathetic.

It has opted for speed post delivery but shipment is not yet delivered.

No response from the Head office team from VIjayawada.

They charged 350 rupees for speed post delivery.

My consignment number is F30145312, and my package is not delivered at Anchor Building, ITPL, Whitefield . From last three week, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 5 km away from Whitefield DTDC Office and 3 weeks have been passed since it arrived at Whitefield DTDC OFFICE. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have called multiple times on DTDC customer care and lodged complains in DTDC support. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

My customer booked a courier on 30.10.21 still it is not forwarded.i tried calling customer care serveral times but no one picking, after so many try one girl picked up name Maheswari I asked that branch contact number to speak with them and check why it is not forwarded, she said I will get a call back.still today no calls or no steps taken to forward that courier.My customer is asking for the refund for that product without knowing where is the parcel how I can give them refund already spent 200 for courier booking, without understanding others problem these people not responding and not doing their work also.i want to know where is my parcel and why it is not forwarded yet to the customer place

I had booked a courier with DTDC - Moodalpalya, Bengaluru, a package of - 2 shirts weighing around 500 grams on the 2nd November by 11am to be delivered to coimbatore.
While booking I enquired if my parcel will reach on the 3rd or 4th of November if I book an express service and also reminded the agent that 4th November is Deepavali in coimbatore, the agent confirmed that it will reach on the 4th November since DTDC is a bengaluru based company and since the 1st November was a holiday DTDC would we working on the 4th November.
When the package was not delivered on the 4th and also on the 5th by 12 noon, we called the head ofiice, a lady from the head office spoke very rudely, saying that the package is despatched to coimbatore, and it is the coimbatore office to respond and she had nothing to do about it, inspite of telling her that we had tried calling all the available numbers found in the net, and not even a single person is answering the call, and moreover wanted to know who had given her number to be contacted.
If she is not able to respond to a customers query, why is she employed in a head office.

Please help me, my DTDC consignment with ID B96314022 is missing since many days. I'm from India and I'm trying to contact the DTDC customer care but they are not helping out . My consignment is being misplaced which has very important legal documents . Please help me. It's been more than 10 days since the package is shipped.

Please help me find out where is it and deliver to the addressee in DELHI as soon as possible. I trusted DTDC courier over Indian speed post.

My parcel Z68173839 says it's delivered. But no one has received it . This is not right. Please share delivery slip. It says self as signed person who received. This is not true. I have no idea whether it is lost or stolen...

DTDC website is showing the parcel as delivered but I've not received it, no delivery agent contacted me. I've tried contacting DTDC local office and the district office, the employees are harassing me on the phone which is very unprofessional.

I've even opened a ticket on DTDC support page, the ticket agent has an IQ equivalent to room temperature and didn't even read my message. [Image attached]...

It's been 2 month late that I had ordered my parckage and I have not received it yet. They are saying it has been delivered but I haven't received it yet, they had delivered it to wrong address and they are not guiding not telling the solution

4 नवंबर को डिलीवर होने का promise किया था agent ने, आज 6 नवम्बर तक सामान चेन्नई एयरपोर्ट पर ही पड़ा हुआ बता रहा। कस्टमर केयर नम्बर कॉल रिसीव नहीं कर रहे।
बहुत घटिया और फ्रॉड सर्विस है
कोई जवाब नहीं 2 complaint पहले भी कर दी

My above mentioned consignment not delivered.tracking is showing it was out for delivery twice on 3rd and 5th but office door was locked. Office had a 24×7 security guard you can delivery to them. My concern is does anybody actually going for delivery ? 2nd attempt was done on Diwali night at 7.15 pm which by quite suspicious. Please get the issue resolved at the earliest

इंदौर से 31 अक्टूबर को कोझीकोड भेजा सामान 3 दिन से चेन्नई एयरपोर्ट पर ही बता रहा है। घरेलू सामान है। खराब होरहा है। बहुत बुरा अनुभव डीटीडीसी की सर्विस का। sms का reply भी नहीं करते। 4 नवम्बर को डिलीवरी का promise किया था बुकिंग एजेंट ने।

My Consignment number AWB# X75420141 undelivered and it shows wrong address or wrong CIR but my address was correct consignment return just near by my address.

Its thrice time same consignment Undelivered by DTDC, please resolve this seriously issue i am facing many problem because of this.
