A food item/ fruit box courierd from Kodaikanal on 8th OCT Consignment NO. D68756414 supposed to reach Bangalore on 10th, reached us on 18th OCT it took 10-11 days to reach Bangalore, from 14 we kept calling their destination office Sarakki, JP Nagar
Bangalore and they had a wrong status to say - Customer not reachable/ Door closed till 18th until we called the branch to complain. By then the box/ courier containing fruits was completely spoilt / rotton with stinking foul smell, box completely damanged and wrapped in a gunny bag like a dead rat. Can u imagine receving a courier like that. Yes thats DTDC for you. Rs. 800 towards courier charges and Rs. 2000 for fruits ordered for an event here in bangalore. Complete loss. I want DTDCto bear the loss and refund or reimburse the cost. total 3000 Rs.

I havn't recieved any response from DTDC to my above complaint, at least a response or a reply to the mail would have proved their commitment or service to customer, but NO they don;t seem to bother a damn!!

I am complaining about my television which was couriered from Haldwani to Kharagpur. My consignmwnt no. Is D88762922 by dtdc. My t. V is broken at the time of recieving.They does not know how to handle this thing carefully. I am claiming for my t. V.

And provide us for the procedure of claiming of my parcel.

Hi Team, I have sent a courier on 14th october. It has been more than 3 working days and i cannot see any status on the tracker. It still shows picked up. What type if sluggish services is this. Tried calling you guys on customer service and no one is attending calls. Please track my consignmnet number from my registered mobile and let me know current status.

My consignment number is B79040102. I didn't receive any call from their office when my package is reached to the destination office (orai). After two days (26 September), they have generated RTO to that package but it is still showing it is in orai. If they have returned it, then now it should reach to the sender address. The incharge of their orai office (Sarvesh- [protected]), he is even not receiving any call.
Please help me because he is lying. if he has returned the package then the location should not show as orai till now.

Hi,
On 11th October 2021 I booked a courier from Bangalore and it was supposed to reach the destination on 14th. It's 17th October today and it has been stuck in Bokaro for no reason. The place is hardly 50 kms from here and it won't take 2 hours to deliver it. I tried to reach them via mail/call/twitter but no luck.

I request you to kindly take it as priority because it's related to my livelihood. Please make it get delivered it asap

It is showing delivered on site however i have not received anything. Not even a single call from delivery agent.

Please check asap. That was my office laptop and since it is not submitted back to office. My salay got stuck.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had 1 parcel which I ordered from step set go which was to come from Mumbai to Ghaziabad but I didn't receive as I didn't receive any message or any call sent back without my information when DTDC center Found out and told that he sent it back and he gave 1 number and the number is [protected]. So he said that if you get it back, there will be a charge which you give and your parcel will come back and I'll send the mail on helpdesk then they saying resolve this issue but still I have not received parcel

I sent a food item from kadiri on 11th Oct afternoon.they said it will reach by 12th to banglore but.they didn't even dispatch the item till 12 th night. I waited atleast it will get delivered by next day but no luck with it.i called the customer service in Yelahanka apex and she was soo rude and cut my call.
Ibthink by the time they deliver it will be too late and my food item go stale or spoiled.
Please make my delivery faster atleast by tomorrow.

I have one parcel from india shoppe and recieved at pattanakkad branch opposite to St. Joseph public school, Cherthala. Previously also noted that they are not delivering the parcel instead asking the customers to come and collect from their office.
Today I went to collect and the staff misbehaved when I asked why you are not delivering the parcel.
Very bad behavior from the staff and totally disappointed.
They are telling that we will decide whether to deliver or not and you leave without questioning as you recieved the parcel

Hi. My parents sent a gadget to Chalakudy, Kerala from Ahmedabad, Gujarat via Patel Courier & Cargo Services. The consignee number is A48524117. The courier was sent on 25/9/2021 but has still not reached the destination. Despite several phone calls and complaints, the officials are not responding. We have no idea when it will reach and where our package is at the moment.

The officials called me and said the courier has reached Ahmedabad back. We collected it back from the Ahmedabad office. It has still not reached destination, but now we don't want to risk it. We will give it ourselves.

Date of booking consignment: 30/09/2021

Incident details: The consignment was sent from Chirang district in Assam to Roorkee (pincode: 247666) in Uttarakhand. I am a student and the consignment contains a box of books. The charges were paid in full at the time of booking for doorstep delivery. The address was clearly mentioned while sending the consignment.

Now, dtdc is saying that the area is not within the service area. They want me to collect the consignment from somewhere in the city. They are not willing to come to my doorstep. The delivery office says that they will not deliver it to my flat. (The same company, dtdc regularly delivers parcels to my address.)

Desirable resolution: Delivery of my consignment at my doorstep.

I received a call from Agent (dtdc bhiwani) & he said there are so many books we could not delivered, u should have to pick up itself.

Why would u called then Logistics Co. U should have to change ur company name to own pickup co.

I have never seen these kind of services, infact i appreciated ur services method, I have no words for ur services.

If i had a chance to meet & talk with Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty surely i asked for his innovative services methods.
