I have sent a courier from delhi to nagpur (Zip-440009) with the consignment number X70813349. This has very important courier and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I have given my contact number in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. Please deliver that contact as soon as possible. If there is any issue in delivery address please contact me from my contact number.

I booked a urgent courier from Vaishali to Khurja UP on 21 oct 2021 they said it will delivered on next day as it was booked under urgent parcel service

It has my documents they have lost it there manager and shop from i booked are saying we are trying to find will update you shortly no one is taking responsibility for it .

Very irresponsible DTDC staff employed at Agra...

My parcel has reached Agra 24 hrs back, but they could not deliver...

I spoke to Ms Shibhangi, she is very irresponsible...

Why I had selected DTDC, I could have send through Speed Post(by post office), I had paid 04 times more money, so that I get my parcel in time, but sorry to tell you that ur service is very poor in Agra due to irresponsible staff.

Your staff called me and told that parcel cannot be delivered at ur address because my location is just 2km more from ur office jurisdiction... I told her to transfer to Rajpur chungi, which is near to me.. she told I will do so and u will get call to collect from Rajpur chungi, but no call received today...

Altogether I want to tell that my parcel is just 12 km away from my destination, in the same city, but I could not receive it...this is how u run ur organization...

As per ur staff Ms Shibhangi my parcel cannot be delivered to ur address, then how the parcel got booked from ur office at Noida.. that means that ur staff doesn't know, where u are capable to deliver and where not, U are only interested to take money, rest the customer will struggle to get his parcel...

It is a very shameful act by ur staff...fools and fraud staff in Agra

I missed to pick up call instantly in one minute I called back and she started shouting me to not picking up the call and denied to give me information about my currier. I have booked an item to NIT Rourkela, Odisha on 21st october, 2021. But when I track my shipment address on dtdc page it shows wrong destination code and city. I want my parcel back or Please send it to the correct address...

I had booked two parcels from Pune to Howrah which was shipped on 16th October 2021 with AWB number G91023132. After 18th October 2021, I can't see any update of those parcels as I am unable to track them.

The order has not been delivered yet, it has been more than 20 days. The order is to reach in less than 10 days but is still stuck in the dtdc office of shillong. When calling the service they don't response. We recommend you to take necessary action. Thank you

Courier delay and making excuses

I send parcel from india to Australia. Inside my parcel some clothes and artificial jewellery. In Australia they get the parcel but only clothes no artificial jewellery that is not gold or silver only artificial jewellery. Who is responsible for loss of my artificial jewellery from parcel.

Hi,

I sent my package from palaghat, Kerala to Andhra Pradesh. The initial TO address was given wrong, it reached at Nellore facility and redirected to Vijayawada. When I saw this, I called Palaghat facility to change my address. But the new destination was never changed and also the tracking history shows that delivery was attempted but we never received any call. When we talked to GuDUr facility, they have no idea about it. Currently, the status shows consignment redirected. I am not sure what this exactly means. Is it redirected now? And how can I be sure that destination is changed.

Please help me out in figuring this, it's been over a month and not sure whom to talk to.

I couriered my Parcel containing the valuable items through DTDC courier services. The items were delivered at the destination but one of the items in the Parcel was LED TV which was badly Damaged and Broken by the DTDC.
I have raised multiple complaints amd reminders to DTDC customer care support for past several days, but haven't received any satisfactory response from their end as of now and they are doing the false commitments every time I call to their customer support. Even though the Parcel was labelled as Fragile item, how can DTDC be so irresponsible and careless about such things. And their customer care is least bothered about this issue I guess.

I request you to please help me to get this issue of mine resolved.

I am regretful to say that i am much disappointed in your courier services. Firstly, i called and a woman picked up the phone and told me to text my query..after that she told me i will receive my package 16th oct, 2021. But i have not receive my package till now today 19th october, 2021. But on dtdc site, there is showing out for delivery and each day end this is showing rescheduled..two times they rescheduled ..i didnot get any phone call from them. I raised ticket but there is no response from them. They dont need to response any query. Very much worst experience.
