I have Received a Parcel from Bangalore to my Home in Kangeyam area, Tiruppur District and Got a call from DTDC office Kangeyam to come and collect the parcel, I told them to deliver at home address for that I already paid money but they are ignoring and Updating the status every day that receiver not available .

    We delivered a courier from Wadgaon BK PUNE DTDC to Silvasa.But the parcel is not reached at exact address.Consignment no.P58981973. Customer service is not giving any satisfactory answer. No response to phone calls and emails also. Very panic service.

      I booked a parcel of 12kgs by air so that I get it within 3 days. It is an urgent parcel for me. For 2 days I get the message "out for delivery" but I do not receive the parcel. Then tracking shows - address incomplete on 1st day, receiver requested for change of delivery date on the 2nd day. I keep connecting to the main DTDC customer care and they without doing anything themselves, give me the local branch contact number only. I kept contacting the local branches but nothing worked out. On day 5, I am being informed that for the given pin code, parcels go to 2 locations - Kothrud and Pimpri. Pimpri is near to my delivery location so ideally, it should have come there but my bag went to Kothrud! What kind of inefficient logistics is this? Now on day 5, my bag has been sent to Pimpri from Kothrud but Pimpri says they send parcels to my delivery area only once a week and since delivery was made yesterday, now it will go again next week!! So even though I paid more than double the charge for my parcel, I will need to wait for 10 days in total which was the estimated time by surface delivery. I relied on DTDC but I am really upset and in a problem since I need my parcel ASAP.

        I had booked a prcel from bangalore to.mumbai on 5/10/21. It has arrived mumbai on 7/10/21. But has not delivered to my friends place. The delivery status is ' not delivered ( office closed or door lock cir). Can can tell me what should i do? Help me to get my parcel back its in goroan branch of dtdc.

          Wrong destination

          My consignment no. is K51914904. I gave correct destination i.e. Joysagar, pin code:785665. But when I tried to track my parcel, it is showing wrong destination (pin code: 785670). Please solve this issue as soon as possible....

          I have booked some shipment worthy 180/- charged by DTDC Agartala GB Bazar branch on 28/09/21...after lodging my complain today this branch return me the packet stating that the shipment for me from Shillong whereas I had booked very very important documents to releasing the salary of some staffs and instead of delivering the same the shipment was returned to me today and the packet was torn & opened...for this negligence my staffs are suffering for monitory crunch...and really this is not expected from DTDC to high charge and such low poor unprofessional services.

            I had sent a courier from Pune to Ulhasnagar on 5th oct'21, and paid Rs.300/- however the delivery guy charged Rs.20/- extra while delivering the parcel at the destination. My aunt did not know that I had already paid the required amount hence she paid him the extra amount.

            Kindly look into this matter or provide me with the contact details of the delivery guy so that I can take this up with him directly. Also the Pune office executive - Mr Sandeep Desai is very rude while addressing the situation. He talked very impolitely and was blaming my aunty rather than giving the feedback to their delivery guy.

            I hope some action will be taken in this regard.

              I sent two couriers on 18th aug 2021 to rewa(m.p) & to prayagraj(u.p).
              even though courier reached both the places on 20th aug 2021 not one of the courier was delivered.
              when i called to confirm the the dtdc office from prayagraj said straight forward that they wont deliver the courier as deliVERY PLACE is little far from their office. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF SERVICE EVER & CUSTOMER HELP IS ###!!!
              I cant control my fury because its been 2 months & the parcel havent been delivered either to the reciever or back to me.

              The other courier that was sent to rewa(m.p) wasnt delivered to the given address either even though it was within 2km radius from dtdc office.
              Now after two months niether the recievers have the parcel nor do i
              i dont understand what work dtdc actually do?
              have they become expert on misplacing the CUSTOMERs parcels ??
              or dtdc is filled with lazy employees who are not willing to do their duty & EARN by sitting all day?

              even though i ask where my parcel is there is no answer apart from that it will be given back to you tomorrow & since 20th aug 2021 their tomorrow hasnt come yet.

              i am just fed up with their service this company does not know how to treat their CUSTOMER nor do they put their CUSTOMER on priority list.

              If this issue is not solved this time properly theirs going to be serious action against DTDC.

                    Dear Team,

                    when i ordered a product, the DTDC courier center told me that they cant delivery the product because of there is no service in my area. my house is within 5 km from the DTDC courier center. but they didn't deliver the product
                    1/10/2021 the DTDC service center called but i cannot took call because i am in office. When i call them evening they told me the will deliver the product on Monday 04/10/2021.
                    i called service center on Monday, they told me that they cant deliver the product, i should collect from office.
                    so i am went to collect the product. as per discussion with DTDC service center they said we can complaint wherever you want.
                    please take necessary action

                        But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED".

                                I had to receive parcel which was coming from Delhi.
                                On 2nd Oct., I received a phone call from Delivery Person, he said that
                                " I do not deliever in that area,
                                maybe the parcel sent to the wrong office." After, tracking status had showed "Redirected."
                                On 3rd Oct. I wrote email to customer support and got no reply.
                                On 4th Oct. Tracking status had showed "incomplete or wrong address."
                                On 5th Oct. Again, tracking status showed "delivered successfully"
                                But in actual parcel had not delievered and I didn't get any kind of call from delivery person.

                                My address is absolutely correct.
                                Parcel delivery has been done by many companies in the past as well,
                                Even by DTDc also.

                                I registered complain on online customer complaints, but after the tracking status showed 'delieverd', it went close. I tried to register again but system showed unable to saved.

                                They have inactive customer support ( no phone number related with customer care). A customer doesn't know what to do and where to go (even they already paid charges). This is serious problem, customers lost their valuable documents, things etc. Along with their time.
                                Kindly solve the problem.

                                I didn't received any kind of email or phone call by company. I again called the person who sent me parcel . This time I got phone number. I made call on that number. Person gave me another phone number. I made called again on the given number. Parcel will be delivered.

                                I finally received my parcel .
                                Delivery person didn't deliver m
                                parcel at the address. I had to go to pick up parcel at the place which is almost 1 km away from my delivery address.
                                You have to remind them again & again by making phone call and along with waste a lot of time.
                                It was not a good experienced.
                                Irresponsible behaviour.

                                  I have booked the parcel on28 september 2021 from goa to kolkata my consignment no is D68284217 & i have also given them my contact number, but when i have track my parcel it is showing office closed or door locked (CIR) from 2days, but the delivery agent has not contact me and given the remarks that office closed or door locked(CIR), it was so irresponsible service, when will i get my parcel, plz resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I've booked at parcel less than a kg with some dry fruits to Vizag on 29th Sept 2021. It's going to be a week now it has not been delivered. On 4th Oct it showed out for delivery on 5th October it is showing reciever request delivery on another date which is not true. Receiver has not requested any such thing. The contact number is written on the parcel. Please contact them deliver at the earliest. So much of money is being charged for the courier but the service is very much poor. I need the correct status of my courier.
