Shipment no. D88386368, addressed to chandrika compely ([protected]) shows delivered in shipment tracking on 11th september but did not recieve the parcel even though we were available at the said address to collect it.
raised several complaints, raised tickets, but tickets get closed without even checking and verification, no body has any answer, no response, no calls, really ridiculous,
This is really dangerous and misusing public trust.
request you to take strict action and ensure the product is delivered back in the right condition.
