Dtdc, Horrible courier service. Booked a courier for Mumbai from VIJAYAPURA on 24th Sep. Not yet reached as I make this complaint. They said it would take 2-3 days. On tracking it is found that the parcel moves around in same place for 5 days. It comes close to destination and moves away again. Some days the tracking information is not updated. Disgusting.

    The website was not updating the tracking details. And suddenly now it says 'shipment lost' ( consignment awb : D[protected]
    In their website it states that 'lost' complaints will be entertained only within 3 days. How are we supposed to lodge a complaint if the tracking details gets updated 10 days after the date on which the consignment 'got lost'.

      Hello i have send my sister's good through dtdc and i have been told that it would be 75 per kg for weight under 100 kg but now i am being charged double for the same please help me through it is very stressful .

        Description:
        I have been sent Parcel from Hubli location on 25/Sep/2021 and it has reached Raibag(Destination office address location) on 27/Sep/2021 and on the same Day the Delivery person asks me to come and collect the Parcel (Reason Given by Delivery person: DTDC doesn't delivery the Parcel to Home address and even competitors like Professional courier doesn't do home delivery ). Delivery person has kept the Parcel with him and not willing to deliver the Parcel from last 4 days even after paying complete Delivery amount.
        Have already raised complaint on 29/Sep/2021 and te resolution was 24 hours but still I do not see the parcel being delivered. So have raised one more complaint today with reference no 9566041.
        Desirable Complaint: Need to delivery the Parcel with a day of complaint.

        I do not see any outcome from the DTDC. If I call the support they say parcel will be delivered on the day I call and they do not turn up to deliver the parcel. Same thing is happening for last 4 days. I[censored] receive the money to delivery the parcel to home address then Why does your representative ask to come and pick up the parcel and being adamant and is not delivering the parcel and the status on tracking number shows 'Out for delivery' and I do not receive any call.

            I am kishore, i booked dtdc parcel service 28th September 2021, tracking number H25458450 with in city only from nizampet to dilsukhnagar hyderabad, received on 30 th September 2021, when that parcel received that one different and re packaged, and in side gift pack is missed worth 3000 rs, and they eaten or thefted my foreign chocolates how DTDC people behavior like stupid people, please take necessary action thank you

              Hi Sir/Madam.

              Consignment No: M05849327

              Monday I courier a laptop from Bhilai to Banglore. Now after delivery I found the laptop was broken, Packing is done by your representative they took extra charge for that. Before packing everything is ok but now after delivery, some parts are broken.

              It seems damage happens during the movement of the product. So someone from your side should take responsibility for this. Its my office laptop so it impacts my job. So, please check this.

                I have bookede a docket no. U11921391 DATED 26TH AUGUST FROM LUCKNOW TO KANPUR, but even after one month it is niether delivered to destination nor returned to us, tracking record shows that ""not delivered returned to sender "" but even aster several calls to booking agent i have not recived it back, niether delivered to destination .
                this is very bad on part of reputation of DTDC COURIER AND CARGO
                PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND ARRANGE TO EITHER DELIVERY TO DESTINATION OR RETURNED TO US WITH REFUND OF BOOKING CHARGES.

                  I ordered from DTDC few days ago i was also tracking it but no information was visible then suddenly i check again to track and it says "Receiver refused delivery" I did not get a single call / message or notification about delivery. Order id - I50080226. please look in to the matter.

                    Hi, I had sent a courier from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 25.09.2021. Consignment number is H25573503. I am unable to tract through online. It’s showing courier not yet booked. I contacted Dtdc customer care & Hyderabad office but no use. Not received proper response. They simply neglecting my concern. I had to raise this issue to higher authorities or if required I will raise complaint in consumer court.

                      I had a shipment to be delivered to my address and DTDC has lost it. Now they are saying that it was delivered. I reviewed my CCTV and security cameras along with the Security handbook but the parcel with tracking ID: K51546799 was not delivered to my address. Please take serious action against DTDC. I can see that the parcel has been wantonly misplaced by the delivery persons irresponsible behaviour. Please contact Pritam Prakash (Ph: [protected]) for more details if you want. I need consumer board help in getting the parcel.

                        Without informing my parcel put on RTO

                        The sender send the parcel in DTDC courier on 09/09/21. The parcel reached to the destination office on 14/09/21. But they not make any call or massage and the parcel put RTO. When they dint deliver to my address, i seach for tracking, the status was showing RTO process is initaited. Then i went to the respective area DTDC office to get the information of parcel they told the parcel was RTO on 16/09/21 to sender.br...

                        Shipment no. D88386368, addressed to chandrika compely ([protected]) shows delivered in shipment tracking on 11th september but did not recieve the parcel even though we were available at the said address to collect it.

                        raised several complaints, raised tickets, but tickets get closed without even checking and verification, no body has any answer, no response, no calls, really ridiculous,

                        This is really dangerous and misusing public trust.

                        request you to take strict action and ensure the product is delivered back in the right condition.

                                    I ordered something online. The website delivering the product via DTDC courier service. I just received my order but the problem was with the delivery agent. First of all he was unable to find my house so i told him that i will come by scooter to the specific place near my house and when i was driving for that place and meanwhile he called me so i didn't receive the one call from him and after reaching within 2 minutes i called him back and he started shouting on me and was talking to me so rudely and after giving me the parcel he said, " chal sign krke nikal". And plus he was not wearing any mask.
                                    I don't know the name of the person but i am having his number [protected].
                                    Please do consider this complaint against that delivery boy.

                                      I had send courier thru dtdc from mumbai to bangalore for Rs 3800 which includes luggage 2 big, 2 pillows, wooden tray big nd small nd dinning plates.All products recd well but my wooden plate handle broken, its costly i wanted to gift someone but still they hadnt take care of it.
                                      I m sad disappointed .its costly too
