The packing of the product was entirely torn possibly indicating that the goods inside were affected too.Even though I had made sure that the packing was firm before sending it.

      I’ve not received my Parcel from DTDC. It was dispatched on 3/09/21 from Raipur C.G and was supposed to be delivered on 6/09/21 to Bhopal MP. My Consignment no. Is M05041870.
      I’ve contacted the courier service so many times but there has been no proper response yet. It’s been 10 days and I’ve already faced lot of trouble because of the non delivery of my parcel. I’m highly disappointed with the service of DTDC.
      Plz look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I really need my parcel.

        Tracking number - D79964579.
        Parcel from Mumbai is sent on 4 Sept, 2021. We have not received the parcel and was continuously in touch with DTDC customer care who was providing us wrong information on daily basis. Today all of a sudden they changed the status to "Successfully Delivered". WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL.
        When contacted to DTDC courier executive to ask about receiver details they do not have any receiver information at their end.
        What kind of a service is this? HIGHLY UNSATISFIED.
        Please look into this matter asap and solve this issue asap

          We had given a laptop for shipment via air to DTDC on 7th Sept'2021 from Bhubaneshwar to Ahmedabad. There is no update on the shipment even till 15th Sept'2021. The shipment is still not delivered and the portal has stopped updating on 11th Sept morning. The customer support does not revert and disconnects the call.

          We had complained on Twitter to DTDC handle but even they are not responding to the complaint.

            I am very frustrated, the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 13th Sept, I opted for DTDC plus for faster delivery, when I checked the status it shows "Successfully delivered" with some random receiver's name "Sh". How pathetic is this?? I had deadline to send the documents. Resolve the issue ASAP.

                  A parcel in my name on tracking it was showing as 'out for delivery'. Still your Palachuvadu, Kakkanad branch has not contacted me. Hence I went to that office to collect it. However they told me that the parcel has not been received by them. They primed to deliver it as soon as it is received by them. On my return home they told me to come and collect the parcel. Going again to the office was difficult for me.I told them to deliver to my address without delay as the items are perishable.

                  So far it is nor received.

                    My package with tracking number D87724763 has been booked on 10september 2021 from deoria, U.P to kanpur, U.P with proper address and phone number. The package has been there in kanpur from 12 September, 2021 . From that day to today (14sept.2021) my shipment status is showing that "out for delivery and restricted entry otr " for 3times . Item delivery is really urgent. Can u tell me what I am supposed to do now??

                      On this forum I want to complaint about the inappropriate behaviour of DTDC courier delivery person, I have been contacted multiple times for multiple courier deliveries and pick up, the delivery person is very rude and speaks in a very inappropriate offensive tone, he denies to deliver the courier to the delivery address and if anytime I miss his call he calls out rudely and says that I should pick up the courier from office or from a nearby shop, for which I hae denied.

                      I really want to address this concern and want considerate actions against this.

                        I am having nightmare with DTDC courier, I have sent some important documents to my customer by DTDC courier this my tracking number B79278239. When I track it shows delivered unfortunately my customer had called several time saying that it is not delivered. Please help me. As I have already complained DTDC.

                          My batchmate has sent me some really important things related to an assignment which is nearby in days to come. The dtdc tracking is showing door closed when the dekivery wasn’t even attempted at all I checked with the security of my building and was home all the time. Kindly look into this issue asap

                                  Delivery employee in alamuru, east godavari, andhra pradesh is not delivering goods home instead asking us to collect our goods from the office.this is not the first time we faced this issue everytime we have to have a great discussion so that he brings it atleast to a place near distant from our home.

                                      My Tracking No. is D67967953. My package was out for delivery, I have not received any call from the delivery person. It is a totally valid address. Please can you recheck, as the delivery person is giving fake updates in the portal, and it is now showing Not Delivered(OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOOR CIR). it is not appreciated that a high priority package is wrongfully tagged with incorrect delivery address. This is a recurring problem with DTDC.

                                        The local dtdc office is not delivering the package to the location but insist on picking it up from the office. Everytime saying the 'delivery boy won't go their'. It is not convenient for everyone to go received their thing they paid to get delivered to home.
