My parcel should be delivered on 1 sept but its getting delayed and no one from DTDC is responding t on the ticket raised.
Dont have any contact number of delivery agent or the office.
My parcel with tracking ID: D79297586.
They havent sent any info to me nor they have called me for the parcel everytime it shows the status as out for delivery and in the evening it says "incomplete address or wrong CIR'.
These are fake status update they are not even attempting the delivery.
called a bhopal branch no available on google he picked up the call and said call tomorrow morning for no reason and shared another number which was the wrong number of some other person.

I Booked a Phot frame for my friend marriage. they Courier it through DTDC under Consignment no - D77865982 as its showing in Transit raised a with ticket no - 750497 and shared the information and all as per the DTDC Customer service and its been 10 days. Even after updating no one is responding to it are even I haven't received the shipment.

My tracking id is D78013489. My courier is out for delivery since 4 days till yesterday 1Sep2021 which is serviceable to my place. Today is 2nd September 2021 and showing redirected. The local Agent from Santhakatte UDUPI has not contacted me yet. It contains my Kid's Educational products. Talked to customer care 4-5 times and they said will be delivered but no action was taken or no product has been delivered. Very poor service from DTDC. It has happened a second time with me. Please respond quickly.
or better to go with #BanDTDC .

I have sent two packages to Pune from Chennai. I had clearly mentioned that those are food items. One of the package was broken and packets inside wore torn. For the other package, one of the packet inside is missing, few of the pieces are in the box though. I chose DTDC assuming that they will take care of the package properly and paid almost 2000 rupees where I could have sent it through other service provider with less charges.

I couriered laptop through DTDC green and today the laptop got delivered but it was damaged. It's HP's Envy Laptop and theScreen got damaged. I paid 1800 and asked the DTDC person to be careful as it's office laptop. Please help my company is not accepting this laptop.

I sent courier to Vadodara on[protected] from Kakinada still today they are not yet received. It is very urgent for our jobs. please look into the matter and solve this issue immediately

We have been constantly trying to follow up with DTDC courier service, Lower Parel Branch.
We had sent a courier 7/8 days back and still didn’t received the receipt after calling so many times.
The advisors sitting on the desk are very rude and no service is provided from their end.
Till date even after committing that good rates would be provided to us nothing is done.
Other courier services are far better than DTDC. I’ve had the worst experience here and would never recommend anyone to use your services.

DTDC in their tracking portal, wrongly fed the data without visiting the receiver address like wrong address, receiver not available etc., Kindly note that the neither receiver nor sender didn't get any call (for checking / confirmation) from DTDC delivery team before feeding such wrongful data. Further, didn't get any response for telephonic calls of the contact ph No. of DTDC Porur branch, Chennai. In between complaint has also been raised with Customer care but it seems no action has been taken for immediate relief. As no option left, the DTDC Office was visited to collect the shipment but got very lease response for the grievance. At last after spending additional Time and expenses besides mental agony, DTDC has delivered the shipment.

This is certainly not a good Corporate Governance who wish long term business. Option is left to management to review the matter.

Some one sent me a live plant from 20 km far from my city.They send it 30th augest 2021.Today 31 augest 2021, 1 pm the said couriour reached at my city office loccated at charummood. So I call the concerned person of charummood dtdc office on 2 pm, and i call him again and again 3 more times up 3.30 pm.His phone was rnging.But unfortunately he did'nt attend the call. About 4 pm he made a missed call to me. Suddenly i called back to him twice. Seccond call he attended and i ask him "have you recieved my parcell". He given me answer "yes".
Then i ask him, "4 times i called you for this parcell.but you didn't attend the phone call. Why you are doing like this. You should give me a responce."
He become angry and said me " I can call like this only".
It was a live plant, and mentioned on the top of packet. Even though he coluld not care to inform me on time. Then i went to the dtdc office and collected the parcel.
Then he told me he was buisy with other costomers, So that i could not attend your call. He forget that I am also a customer. Another thing, buisy ministers also annend the calls after 4 times ringing the phone.So I am requesting you to tell him to keep good behavere and good words on the customers.

My courier No:T04769857 reached Ernakulam on 14.08.2021 but the dtdc centre refuse to do home delivery and saying "come to the office and collect it if you want, we will not deliver and you do what ever you want" i complaint to dtdc more that 10 times through also sending plenty emails to them. But everyday they say that they will definitely deliver today but not yet delivered till now(31.08.21), Today they are saying that we are returning courier back to haryana because i am not available.As per the site i am not available for deliver but nobody called me for the delivery of the Courier. Till yesterday the call centre assured me that it will be delivered today.

I booked a parcel at agra on 24 Aug 21 for delivery in delhi. I was charged 90 rupees and was told that the parcel would reach in 2 days. Today it is 7th day and the delivery still remains pending. There is no feedback from dtdc center and only tool I have is the online tracking system. A normal post would've taken lesser time for delivery as the distance is hardly 200km.
I need to know the reason for thesis delay

On 26th July I shipped one docket to the Amhdabad branch office but when I talked in the office he denied that still they did not get and they asked about the POD of my docket. So kindly provide the POD of my docket. For the last 1 month, I am getting suffered from this matter.

I ordered shoes and i tracked my shipment i didn't received my order but when i track it shows delivery successful how is it possible i didn't even received my order neither the delivery boy contacted me please sort out my problem

A parcel was booked from Mumbai to Jalna on express basis on 23 Aug 21. The same is showing the same status of transit for the past 7 days and even after 9 days it has not been delivered. The customer care numbers also state the same thing which is shown in the online tracking site. Despite raising tickets and escalation, the reply is always it is being indicated that the case is being worked up on. The company has no mechanism for escalating the issue nor any number other than the customer care numbers, which is attended by different people always and have the same answers.

I expected a parver from him and this as an official traking number to chase it. However, it is not delivered to me but shows your system it is delivered. The way your booking Clark furnished your document not readable it it is English.

The package which was sent reached after 2 weeks which was supposed to be reach 10 days ago and the package was robbed and exchanged, the original package was never received.

Dear sir/madam
dtdc failed to deliver my parcel on expected time given on booking time. I paid charges of air but they have sent parcel by road. I got loss of 30000 because of not receiving my product yet. Pay my loss amount otherwise i will go to court
