My shipping id or tracking ID is k37438063 when I am trying to track it is showing no data available. Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible . Where is my product?

My DTDC courier no. U[protected]from Kanpur to Hyderabad )is not delivered.Tracker shows it is delivered.But I haven't received.I haven't got any call from DTDC. Complete Address is mentioned on the parcel.I have enquired my neighbours too about the parcel but nobody received the parcel.

Hi, I have sent a courier on 27th Aug 21 through DTDC from calicut to kollam.But today i got a call from our local DTDC office (chathannoor) and his name is Mr. Jacob.(ph:[protected])He told me, the courier item is received there and they will not deliver the item at home and ask me to collect from his office.
As per my Knowledge DTDC courier is servicing door delivery .This is not the first time, several time it happened for me.He is very rude.I had so many previous experience with DTDC but only this guy has some problem for delivery.
I need the reason for not deliver the item

I like to receive a degree certificate from a renowned Private University in India. Due to the CoVID situation, it is not possible for me to receive that certificate from the University. So, I just asked them to courier it to my residential address. They said that DTDC showing available in my PIN id i.e., 712123. But today the DTDC guy call me(his number was [protected]) and asked me to collect it from their office which is 6 KM away from my home. As I told him I have situated 200KM away from my home and could not come at this time. He ordered me to send someone with his original ID card and my original ID card and received it from his shop. I requested him it cannot be possible for me or any of my family members (my father is 65yrs old and having high pressure and arthritis and my mother is 62 yrs old having high pressure). Ignoring my request he just continuing ordered me the same word i.e, to send someone with his original ID card and my original ID card and received it from his shop.

I just want to receive the certificate of my residential address without any damage.

HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - B78370684. But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. The package should be delivered in machilipatnam. I have visited machilipatnam branch even they said they have not received it yet. They will raise a complaint against it. Even Bangalore branch people also e called me.

There is something wrong with vijayawada branch only. Without sending the package to machilipatnam branch they kept it as delivered.

I had a courrier sent from wynad kerala (from aswathi ganga, jayaraj mandir, muttil p.o wayanad)on 25/8/2021 to anooja k suprabhath vadakkayil house thirichilangaadi, Farook college p.o Kozhikode .. when the courrier reached the dtdc courrier facility Ramanattukara, they called me asked me to come and pick it up..they told me that they won’t be doing home delivery..if they are not doing home delivery, they’re not supposed to take the order..the guy who called me kept on insisting me to come and pick up the courrier.

I had couriered the parcel on Aug 18, 2021 (AWB no. D[protected]. It reached Mumbai on Aug 24, 2021. The message under track your shipment reads - the receiver refused to collect the parcel as it was damaged. Without contacting the receiver, how can such message be posted?

I want to know how can the employees of DTDC take decisions when you are not the owner of the parcel. Then again on Aug 26, a message was generated saying the receiver refused to accept the parcel. This time also no attempt was made to contact the receiver.

I have been trying to track my consignment and no one has got a clue of it. R42598917 is the tracking ID. I need an immediate solution to this. Or are your policies like this? Not ensuring any responsibility for the transhipment done through your company?

My product with tracking H25377105 shows delivered but we didn't receive the product no courier person contacted me or reached my place.

I don't understand whom they delivered. There must be at least a message of courier person and contact number of them.

V61435430 Tracking number doesn't show the update for the last 4-5 days.

It is causing delay. Moreover, the courier charge of The 3270 is much more than the service it is providing.

Please look and provide delivery.

The courier arrives from South India and is usually a live item, be a plant, grown tuber/bulb or fish. It lands at Greater Noida Branch(SEC-78 NOIDA) office and they keep it there for days, rescheduling the delivery. This happened early this month (R[protected] and also with another package around that time.

The items end up dying or decaying due to this delay. The seller clearly labels the package as urgent, delivery to not be delayed and mention the item in the package. Despite that this particular office keeps delaying delivery.

My problem is now the same is being repeated with my current parcel.
I'm currently looking for delivery of C09724343 which was rescheduled today. Please help me receive my package asap. Thanks,

Recently I have couriered few personal household stuffs from asansol West bengal to Netherlands wherein the person has put incomplete information on the invoice due to which i have been charged huge tax by the netherlands customs. the parcel was broken into 3 parts and all the parts i have to pay huge amount which my parents have already paid in India. This is not what should be done. The person needs to check each and every detail. I would like a refund of money which i had to pay again here and was not legit on DTDC part to do so. They have charged me double and cheated.

My item was not delivered. Previously i had send with that address but it was delivered but this times it shown address is incomplete or wrong. ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR). Requested resolve my issue and delivered my item.

My address was right but courier company reflects it was wrong. ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR). Not ever tried to contact with that address. Without any attempt just post that address is incomplete. Previously I had send couriers through DTDC to this particular address. Requested resolve my issue.

I asked Mr Sunil from Bangalore to pick my SON's study kit from school and courier it to my home address PIN 313603 sent one courier person, even though weight was 4.9K DTDC has charged 6.3 KG for my packet, also when it reached to Udaipur (PIN 313001), DTDC person was telling no "service in your area" so it will be returned to Bangalore again.

also till Udaipur charges are 140Rs per KG from banagalore, and I was charged 180Rs per Kg, and total 1100 Rs(180*6=1080) +20 Rs pickup.

Now i requested Suni (Courier guy to return the extra amount which he took fro me, but he is not picking call, his number is [protected].

Due to this i have total loss of 2000 Rs, because i need to hire taxi and had to go Udaipur to pick my delivery,

If he would have told me earlier itself that delevry is not there in my area, i should have tried govt post office.

I have sent 2 baby dress in a single parcel from Tribeni DTDC centre which is in West Bengal. The weight of the parcel was around 500 gm. However the receipint have received only 1 dress in the parcel. How is this possible. Is this the way of cheating people for one of the biggest courier company. I am extremely dissatisfied and will take up this to consumer forum. Kindly take required action and let me know as soon as possible. I am not getting any help from Tribeni (West Bengal) DTDC branch.

As discussed over the call with customer care support who named as Mohit earlier have asked for the contact number of the booking point which has already been provided to you. The coordination needs to be done from their end as the booking point is also your associate ( part of DTDC) so its come under your responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed by the above response. Its their responsibility to find the loophole of the process where their staff can easily steal things without damaging the goods. And there is no way I will be making false statement for a dress if it would have delivered correctly.

Kindly escalate this to your senior as I am not at all satisfied with your mail response.

This is very upsetting to hear where I have even provided the invoice of the two goods. I will make sure that none of my family and friends use DTDC service and I will make sure to reveal this in every social media and consumer forum as this is no way a fault of a customer and this get escalated to DTDC MD as he also should know what is going on his back.

I m vijaylaxmi didn't received product but tracking says, product delivered to uma, who is ds uma, how product will give to any one with out confirmation.
