It's an urgent parcel

Sir/Madam,
Plz refer to my DTDC Shipment #N21877244 dated 01.Sep.'21.
It was destined for an International destination vide UPS courier service AWB- 1ZXA[protected] (date 03.Sep.'21).
I was told by DTDC that my shipment would reach the destination in five working days.
Unfortunately, It has not reached to its destination till to date.
This has put me in awkward situation in front of my customer who was expecting my consignment on 6th or 7th Sep.'21.
The DTDC has displayed a very irresponsible and poor standard of service to its brand leading to loss of business. It is unreliable and does not honor its commitments.
I need compensation for the loss of business and the refund of charges for the services availed (Rs.2000/-)
Plz do the needful.

One of my college has sent my id card from kochi to calicut my residence address and also my reachable contact number also mentioned but they had not contacted or delivered my product and enquired several times in calicut and kochi but they are not responding.

I had send a consignment through DTDC on 3rd April and it was lost by them.No compensation paid .Tried contacting them number of times.They either disconnect call or mention that a call back will happen which never actually.
I have other jobs besides calling you, writing Email Everyday.

Very poor customer care service and no response on any communication.If at all I get a replies it takes months.

When i search the tracking details with my tracking nunber k41246124
the display doesnt show anything there is no data available

A parcel was booked on 10.07.2021 from Ranchi. On 16.07.2021 delivery boy reported with the consignment. On checking the consignment packet was tampered and was having weight about 50gms whereas at the time of booking the weight of the consignment was 446gms. Therefore, the same could not be received and returned the same to the delivery boy. The consignment was consisting 02 mobile phone (both are of Samsung) will its bills, personal data including family photographs in the mobile phones apart from SBI credit card and other documents. One Mobile phone was Samsung A51 whereas the another was J1 (2016). Its cost nearly 45000/- (INR). I requested DTDC at several occasions but nothing has been done so far. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for early disposal of my case.

A courier was sent to me on 18 th July with the consignment number D67671881 through DTDC courier services. On 25th without any call to me they just updated that delivery failed because I was unavailable when they tried to deliver it. I was calling the responsible office everyday either they cut the call or the number switched off. When they took the call after too many tries they said that they will deliver it tomorrow. Now they didn't deliver it to me yet it is showing successfully delivered in the tracking portal

I haven't received my package which has been sent from Chennai. It was an medical emergency. I didn't even receive any call from the courier service. Consignment number is C10436178

courier from Delhi to Jodhpur (raj.) through DTDC courier. And consignment num is Z67263045. I am not able to track above consignment and getting error like "This consignment could not found and please contact customer care" I tried to call customer care many times but nno one picking call. Really very bad service you providing... very disappointed for your service. Kindly do needful ASAP. Else we have to take further action.

I was about to get a courier from Noida to Jaipur on 6th September with the consignment number D88153723. This has office laptop which is very important for me and the online tracking now says not delivered (Office closed or door lock - (Cir). while DTDC never tried to contact me on any of the for delivery and now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. There are very important stuff in that and this kind of irresponsible service is outrageous.

In Ambajipeta every time we have to go to dtdc shop and collect our parcel. These people are not providing door delivery. I already raised the complaint but still same issue.

We have booked one consignment dated 25.08.2021 doc no.. B78544131 towards Raipyr, C G, but till date the same has not delivered, on 28.08.2021 pour person attempted to deliver the same but28th is Saturday the offivce was closed but thereafter no activity from your end and we were not excepting such service from DTDC..

Courier was supposed to be delivered on 4th at my home town Daltonganj. Till 4th sept, 2021 it was in Ranchi showing out for delivery. And suddenly when I check the status it is showing as Not delivered and consignment redirected.

My girlfriend sent a package containing Sunglasses and some letters from Ahmedabad to nashik through DTDC on 1st September 2021, DTDC tracking service showed that it will be reached on 4th sept at 7pm then its tracking service showed that ur package has delivered but i didn't received.They are doing scam

The courier reached ranchi on 1st sept but not yet delivered in Jamshedpur which is 100 kms from Ranchi
Courier had live plants and was sent by air.

I ordered one product from one company and DTDCwas the courier company first my courier D78635291 was on hold for nearly 10 days on same location that is Kanpur that is close to my home i got no phone regarding courier I continously tried contacting them they even cut my call multiples time after picking finally they picked my call and told me that parcel is not deliverable to my location you have to came to office and collect it luckily my father collected it as he was in kanpur but major courier company like Ekart Delhivery deliver to my home why DTDC did not deliver my courier to my home if they cant how is that home delivery or for what they are charging for one of my parcel is coming this week from delhivery I'm again expecting then to delay that 10 days and don't even inform about that and finally say to come to office

Already parcel is in pathankot on 31 aug. no one has delivered it. Instead telling that delivery boy is on leave … n u can collect it from office. It is disgusting n worst management

I had the consignment number D65099328 which is being charged for 5250 which includes risk surcharge to be delivered via flight but was delivered being damaged.I had to bear 13k as the amount to get releivung letter from my company. But this dtdc guys are not responding to my calls for insurance coverage. This is clear act of fraud

I have book a corier of DTDC on 30th of August 2021 from kerala to Hyderabad consignment no:R42481058 and today is 4th September no response and not delivery till now 100 times I call to customer care have to wait to atleast 1 hour have to wast 1 to 2 hour to connect a call 1 for Tracking and then 1 for south region 2 for west region 3 for east region and then have to wait for 30 minutes to connect a call and after 30 mints it will Discount automatically and near by my residence office I get one number to contact DTDC manager [protected] I call on this number and he is spoken so rudely and using vergal language I'm going to file a police complaint against him and if I didn't get my parcel I'll file a court case by chetting people
