My tracking number d50031182. Courier starts from varanasi to kakinada. Package is received till hyderabad hub and then it did not forward from there from 10 days, ops manager is such irresponsible not even answering my calls. Calling to customer care is waste. I put lot of mails including regional managers but no one is responding. Please help me to resolve my issue

I booked a parcel in chennai the destination is Nagapattinam district.. But now the parcel is in Bangalore plz help me to get my parcel. Iam a reseller i booked for a customer ...my vendor told me to call customer care...but i don't know wat to do..

Dtdc courier took 560 for high speed delivery on next day.. Order placed on 5th april 2019 but today 7th april my courier still not reached at its address.. What kind of service they are providing charging us a lot for fast delivery and they are not upto the mark at all. Please peovide me some help in getting my problem to be solved asap or arrange something.

I received a parcel with order number Z87508200 with one product...but the seller send me two products...one product was stolen during trasit...the pack has been opened and again packed with a white tape...as the seller confirmed me she only packed it with a brown tape. The product os stolen in transit. Please look into it with the highest priority.

The box was of 600 grms and costed me around 260 rs and it contained a prashad from tirupati (Laddo) 2pc which were missing and 1 photo frame of the god was kindly left by the dtdc staff.
The box went and reached within 5 days on a normal delivery but the box is crack open from the side and paper is stuffed so that i donot understand but it is so foolish of them and the ladoo are missing and the box is cut with something sharp the cellotape.

We dont have any option then we go and collect, tomorrow also i have delivery its also have to collect their office

We got a call today morning from dtdc head office, kurnool district, that courier has came to our address, we asked them to deliver to nearest dtdc office but they said "we ll not deliver anywhere, u only have to come and pickup from headoffice", so we went to there by 2'o clock, before that i called them and confirmed that our courier is there, we waited near the office for more than 2hrs, they went to lunch and finished all their works, atlast they said that the courier was not there, they were so irresponsible, we got some important papers through it but they were missing now, the staff were so rude and irresponsible, please resolve this issue as early as possible

I have booked courier on 16march 2019 from pune kharadi branch to bangalore. It has food item which i have declared.

Courier return back saying person is not working in corporate office which is false information.

I receive my product back on 2nd april and utter surprise 1 of the item has missed.

When i went to dtdc office they disagree with such things.. Bad very bad for dtdc like courier

Dtdc needs to provide documentation as per sez requirement. Then only we can get it inside.

I have received empty email yesterday evening. No reply

The courier has been book vide tracking no. H86672440 on 29.3.19

The courier has not delivered till now and almost hundred call made to dtdc offices at ongole and hyderabad but no one gives response properly

No. H[protected] we have booked a small packet to bangalore on 01.04.2019 and very sorry to say that till date it is not delivered to the consignee. When i specifically asked the time taken for delivery, they said that it would reach consignee with in two days. I have paid rs.230/- as courier charges. Please pay compensation for the delay. I will not trust your courier, if service is like this in future.

very bad It is worst of all and i am saying it for a reason they are slow, expensive. my one consignment which is booked from Varanasi to thane on 04.04.19 by premium service but still not been delivered . it is show at delhi hub.

I cannot track the consignment C88039943 which was sent on 26th March 2019. I did not receive any calls from DTDC courier guys nor even customer care when a case query[protected] was raised.

Now got message saying it was delivered to SEAL. I DINT GET ANY package and not even a call from the courier delivery boy. Yet they have updated the consignment details like package is delivered but they cannot provide any details as to whom the package was delivered. Not even a name. Observed similar complaints in DTDC. Not sure why they do this.

Went to nearest DTDC dealer and saw that the package was just sitting there ! No one even tried to call or even deliver the package ! Not sure why ...

I was send my courier on 22.3.2019 and I sent from narasaraopet to achampet (md), Nagar kurnool dt .. my consignment number is H86522557.

As of today ( April 4 ) the tracking is showing IN TRANSIT.

I called so many times to Dtdc agents, but they said that today will reach, tomorrow will reach .

And also I Emailed them on [protected]@dtdc.com.
But I didn't received single reply from DTDC till now.

Due to which my courier has not yet delivered to my consignment address.
It is very urgent.

So, I request to u please delivered on urgent basis.

I couriered my documents 2 days ago from pune to panvel where it's very necessary to be delivered and they assured me they will look after and this is third time they end up with saying non serviceable area.. Guys let me ask do you really think panvel is non serviceable area? And the staff is so rude they are not even ready to listen even if you are doing to tell them it's necessary and they just hang up the phone

My consignment is missing from station road courier centre azamgarh. It was delivered from delhi on 4th march 2019 to reach azamgarh. But azamgarh hub returned it saying that. Particular address is not in their range and they returned it two times. It's docket number is z86929979. But finally received at azamgarh hub on 29 march 2019. When i approached them. They are telling that they have not received it but when i tried to track it. It is showing that they have received it on 29 march 2019 please find the consignment as it contains my marksheet

The courier returned because of the given address was old address, this is our mistake
Again we send it with correct address, still returned it without information, both i paid rs 400 and rs 300 respectively. I didn't get any proper reply from your side.
Now the customer request to use other courier in future including the returned item also.
The "x" courier having good market and price is 50% lesser than your price.
Please consider this complaint as seriously because we are always expecting customer satisfaction.

Note:- at least you have to reimburse the amount which we paid or you can provide how fast you can help to find our item to reach my destination. Thank you

I have booked a fast courier DTDC plus from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad one single page they said with in 24 hours they delivered and charged 350 rupees finally they delivered 4 the day ridiculous these people are cheating the customers

Book one parcel mehsana to udaipur at dated 27th 3.19 in dtdc tracking software parcel delivery at 28th 3.19 but. Parcel still not delivered.and udaipur main branch person not pick the phone. And still I am waiting my parcel 30th.3.19 still not received... Tracking id is D50173196

I have received the courier today through dtdc condignment number : h13152952, when i opened the cover inside i could only found empty plastic box and bubble cover, the actual contents has been robbed by this dtdc courier service staff.

I am attaching all the details of consignment and the contents.

When i search the consignment tracking history, i see the courier could have been delivered yesterday itself instead it is rerouted and delivered today as and empty cover and empty plastic box.

I have booked a courier from Delhi to Bangalore, US on 23 -03 paying 170 for 4 day service so that it reaches on time. But still it is in transit. What is the benefit of paying such a huge amount if DTDC cannot send the courier in the said time. who will be responsible if it does not reach the destination in proper time Kindly let me know asap

Hello,
We had submitted the courier on 30 mar 2019 at pune, dangechowk location. But the courier is still not reached to andheri delivery office.
This is very very unsatisfactory and bad experience. The support from dtdc offices is very poor.
If the courier is not delivered by 2nd apr 2019 then we will have no option left but to take legal action and also we will log complaint at "national consumer forum".

Courier delivery Z87002220 was scheduled for delivery on 22/3/2019 from Gurgaon to Gwalior. However even after same was not received by 28th we contacted the courier company and were told that the package has been delivered. After spending more than 3 hours with trying to trace the package we were asked to come and collect from the office.

My courier tracking is showing it is not delivered as it is in non serviceable area but i am sending courier in that same address from quite long time and in dtdc only. Please intervene in this matter and solve my problem. If the area is non serviceable it must be informed at the time of taking the booking from the facility. It is very important official letter and for that i am having so much problem. It is very surprising that in the same address with different person the courier has been delivered but why not this one?

1.Consignment number D49886232, booked on dated 27 march 2019 and delivered totally in damaged condition on dated 1 April 2019.
2. consignment contains necessary goods of price 3680 for the use of a student, which were totally damaged because of your gross negligence.
3.while booking on my repeated concern of safety of goods, i have been assured that goods will be delivered, in safe condition but after delivery its a state of shock for the student who is in dire needs of the goods.
4.i hope i will get my refund which includes shipment and goods charge, or else i will go for legal remedy.
