Worst worst nd worst service ever by any courier company.
I am feeling like trapped with these guys.
One week back my father send my books through dtdc from kanpur to hyderabad with their assurance as it will reach within 3 days maximum.
And now it's almost a week and no delivery yet.
I had left with 3 days for my exam and they guys are playing jokes when i called them, like today our guy will reach you, tomorrow our guy will reach you.
Tried atleast 30-40 calls from my side within 3 days but no results yet. Don't know what they are up to.
Pathetic service, they don't understand any urgency of the customer.
Mostly times i tried calling those guys in medchal mf, they didn't respond or their number goes busy.
Don't know what to do now. Trapped...

One of my courier (Tracking no - m[protected] has not yet deliverd to the delivery address.

I couriered a product on 31st january 2020 from mumbai and its delivery address is ghaziabad (Up). The courier is showing out for delivery on 05th feb 2020 but still it is not delivered and no one is helping us to track the product. Kindly deliver the product to its delivery address any how or else we have to escalate the complaint to the higher authorities.

My product is not delivered in promised timeline. I was told that my product will be delivered in 3 days and it has been 8 days and still not delivered. They don't even have any update like where is my package and why when it will be delivered.

I have been calling their customer care for 3 days and they are giving me any satisfactory response. They are not even telling me the exact location of my product. Just saying that it is in transit.

There is a parcel booked on my name on 8.02.2020, which supposed to received by 10.02.2020, but no one came for delivery or no call received. But in night in website it has updated as receiver not present. Again next day on 11.02.2020 same thing happened. Very bad & unprofessional process.

Awb number is[protected]. Placed order on bata in november. The product delivered on 6th november. I opened the product and i received different colour. Then on bata i placed return request for wrong colour delivered. After 5 days i received message from delhivery courier service person came to pick up your parcel. After i given the product of wrong colour he refused to pick up 2 times. After i given him to talk bata customer care. They also told him to pick up. But he is not picking my product. My amount strucked. Now february 11th. Please take action on him

I have booked courier on 30/01/2020 through dtdc plus consignment number v58132387and they promised to deliver next day on 31st before 4.00 pm. They have charged me more than double of normal but regret to informed that they have not delivered packet on time and when i sent email to their corporate office they have not yet responded to my email. Booking office is not accepting and suggested to talk to dtdc head office or take legal action.

Since they have not responded to my email and repeated call i am requesting to take action and refund my paid amount with losses i have due to delay in their servies.

I booked a parcel from patna to hyderabad, pin - 500089. But, courier service use wrong pincode 560089 and the current destination is bangalore.in courier slip it is correct address. But sent to wrong one. Consignment no. Is k23561842. I booked the parcel at dtdc courier facility on 5th february 2020.
Please make a solution for this. It contains original medical reports of my mom, which i sent them for further examination to other doctor. Please make it fast.

32 inch led tv consignment booked on 3rd feb 2020 dispatched on 5th feb. Received on 10th feb.. Was through speed post.. All screen damage in transit and wagholi branch had packed this item with only bubble wrap and no external box was there.. Delivered today after 8 days with a damaged screen..

My tracking number is k22302908. I send from guwahati assam on 1 jan. I checked this detail on internet. I found the parcel is successful delivered. After reaching on destination. I called in amazon customer service. They asked for proof of delivery. I reached the office where i parcel send. I send this item hyderabad amazon office. Almost 1 month gone till now i did not gate the proof of delivery. I request you to please provide as much as you possible

Yesterday i wrote a complaint that my product was not delivered. Today they updated as incomplete address. The address is correct i never got a call to clarify about the address as well. Now they updated as incomplete (Cir) when i tried to contact them no one is lifting the cal.. I want my parcel to be delivered tracking number c01027252. Im trying calls from morning but they are not lifting

No delivery of the courier has been attempted and yet the status update online is saying that receiver not available. This is not true.
In a day and age where mobile numbers are available and given on the courier, why has the receiver not been contacted?
This kind of service is unacceptable

Am doing boutique business...in which i provide home delivery to the customers.. I have paid suggested amount for home delivery still u guys are not able to do home delivery to the customers... Iam getting complaints from the customers for ur indecency... I[censored] cant do ur job.. Plz stop this business by looting people... Even u are threatening the customers to take the package on the same day itself

My product is shifting between mehidipatnam and gachibowli from 4 days.. They are not delivering it. Already 7 days over but the product is not delivered. We do not know where it is know please look into this. I am worried if it is misplaced. Please deliver it by end of the day or update is happening why they are rotating between those to area. I have booked a courier with consignment number:"c01418554" at "sri devi karumari agencies - kattupakkam - cf 951" on 4th feb and the agency has promised to send it next day on 5th how ever it has been sent to porur branch on 6th feb 8:20 pm and its still at chennai right now (7th feb) and there is no proper response from either agency nor a customer care number which are never picked need to raise a compliant and also wanted to sue them for the delay as its a very important package.

One of my colleague had delivered a my courier on 8th january 2020 and today its 7 february 2020. The tracking numberslip has been misplaced by me i could not make a note as well. So called the agent of dtdc and asked if i can get tracking number... The helarious reply he gave was we donot keep any records if you dont have tracking number nothing can be done... What ridiculous, pathetic, unreliable service dtdc provides. If i old have known i couldn't have submitted my courier.. My courier contained original documents of my medical history sent to a claim company... Really ridiculous...

When i had called to panaji office regarding enquiry about my document, employee told me it is hold and you to pay online and he want my debit card details which was i refuse to give the card details.
Why my document is hold? Document was send on 3rd febuary 2020 and today is 6 th?
How dtdc employee or franchise can ask about customer debit card and other financial details?

My consignment number is k21648019, and my package is not delivered at rajasthani. From last two months, i called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on dtdc customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

No delivery attempt made and i wasn't even contacted or informed about the issue. Delivery person didn't even try to deliver the post when the address is very clear and the delivery person could have contacted me like the other courier services do. Lots of complaints against dtdc, hope to have the issue resolved

Parents delivered a package which contained medicines in it. The delivery boy didnt even notify about the courier and delivered it to some random person signed as r. Do u have any kind of responsibility so called best courier service.
When queried about the courier, they said its not the delivery boy responsibility to call you.!! So how will i know my courier has arrived??? In my dreams..

Description :
I had availed the service of dtdc india to deliver one of my consignment urgently from pune to bangalore. For that i chose the 'ptp 2 pm' where the consignment reaches before 2 pm the next working day.

The courier service failed to deliver it on time. The courier was delivered on 5:41 pm the next day, delayed by more than 3:30 hrs. Even after contacting the costumer care numerous time, no swift action was taking to deliver the consignment on time. I receiver had to cancel his upcoming appointments which were dependent on the delivery of the document in the consignment. I have attached all the proof herewith.

I would like to lodge a complain, seeking full refund of my amount (Rs 320) as they failed to deliver on time and additional compensation for causing all the pain and loss of time in order to get the package delivered.
