A consignment, containing deepawali gift for my granny was booked with dtdc from hyderabad to lucknow, with details as below -

We were assured that consignment will be delivered in next working day, i. E. Before deepawali but not delivered after 4 days. Deepawali gift not delivered in time.

Product not delivered even after it recieved to destination office. Office number not reslonding properly. Delivery boy called during office time on day 1. After that daily hr is saying im in driving so call back. Since last 8 days same problem.
His name thrilochan choudary ([protected]) and one local office is not responding properly and disconnecting call while talking. His number dtdc employee [protected].

This consignment was handed over to bangalore whitefield dtdc office on 31st oct 2018. I was been assured that delivery will reach at howrah, kolkata westbengal destination pincode 711102 within 3 days. However its now more than a week consignment has still not reached howrah, westbengal.

I had called to customer care multiple times, however no action has been taken on this.

Dtdc is the worst courier service provider

One document was booked through dtdc on 3rd nov 2018 vide ref no[protected] & tracking no f11053005 from kottayam for patna. It has no been delivered to me till today 08.11.2018. On enquiry, the patna regional office said that it is still in transit. It appears that it will take more time to deliver. I am at loss as the document has not been delivered in time.

I had couriered "a very important document" to my daughter in atlanta/usa under consignment code no. N20514946 dt. 30.10.2018. Yesterday my daughter has received a box containing a crystal paperweight. The envelop containing very important service documents of my son-in-law has gone missing.
Surprisingly, the box has two different labels pasted on it showing two different consignees & addresses as under -
My daughters address - flats at north springs, apartment 6850, peachtree dunwoody rd. Ne apartment-217 sandy springs, ga-30328 atlanta (Usa)
Another consignee address - julie thompson, 6971 roswell rd. Sandy springs, usa 30328.in this case the consignor is wwrd united kingdom ltd. Wedgwood drive, barlaston, stoke-on-trent, st12 9er

Even my address has not been mentioned correctly.
Clearly, two different parcels have been messed up.
Please retrieve the envelop which contains the valuable document of my son-in-law immediately and arrange to deliver the same to my daughter.in case any additional information or documents is required please communicate to me to dipankar. C. [protected]@gmail.com.

My courrier reached from kerala (29. Oct 2018) to medchal dtdc hyderabad (On 3rd nov 2018) and holded there without deliveringto the destination which is of half km distance. No calls has been recived from the dtdc side too so that we can go and collect the same, which really irresponsibility of the company employeesand is explinatory from the company side.

I had booked a courier with dtdc plus from tirupathi office. The courier is to bangalore. I had couriered photo frame and they had mentioned fragile sticker on it, but still the photo frame is broken and glass also broken. They charged me around 350 rs for this courier. Kindly check i need explanation for this. My consignment number is V50651765. I need to raise a complint against this. I am totally disappointed with dtdc courier services. Very bad delivery service and bad staff. They are not at all responsible for this. I need an immediate action for this. The frame is my personal photo, so im not uploading the photo in the below link i.e in add photos section. I had the broken photo with me if you contact me then i will share.

My consignment number is v49210587, i booked this on mon 5th november from patna, they took 320 rs from me and told it will be deliver by 6th november anyhow in bangalore karnataka.

He told me to be assure that it will be deliver on 6th november, today is 7th novber still my product didn't deliver.

This is the worst courier service i ever faced in my life.

I will never book any courier from here in future.

We have booked a parcel via air services with a commitment of 72-96hours delivery.Your pickup boy confirm us that air services is 72-96 hours and surface courier service is maximum six days.
But after expiry of long nine days till date you could not deliver the parcel.Your pickup boy is also not responding properly.

Now, please confirm when this parcel will be delivered.Also confirm how you will compensate for the delayed delivery.

The delivery with awb[protected] was attempted yesterday but not delivered.in order to clarify on the address i called the dtdc habsiguda office a number of times but no one is bothered to answer.
Is this kind of service you people are providing??
Really disgusting and unacceptable.
Please make sure you redress this and see that the concerned person call me back.

I have not received my parcel which was booked and dispatched on 31st october from hyderabad with tracking number h11448090. Now it is being tracked in jamalpur since 3 days. I am eagerly awaiting as it is an urgently required parsal.
Please take necessary action to deliver my parsal urgently to my home tarapur, pin code 813221.

D45164201 im a receiver of this consignment, from panjim hub these parcels are forwarded to verna branch, this branch guys without any responsibility keep that package with them for ages without contacting the receiver and ltr return it back to sender. Its so ridiculos, wen u have branch in zuarinagar why dont this verna branch forward it to zuari branch wen that area is not serviceable to them, im working for bank in velsao even our bank couriers they are not delivering and firstly not contacting the receiver, higher level officials should take up this matter seriously, if the verna branch cant deliver the product why u are accepting from the sender, you should have informed the sender that area is non serviceable. Ill not leave this matter so easily.

I have sent two parcel but both are delivered at wrong place. Showing delivered but they have not receved the second parcel. One of the parcel receved but in the parcel one stuff is missing. Docets are (1) m70766098, (2) m70812234. Its been too long now please resolve my comolaint as soon as possible if not i want my money back. Kindly revert soon

This is Alimam Hassani here, would like to convey you that i posted an emergency courier to Pilukheri, Rajgarh (MP) dated on 31 Oct 2018 as it was extremely urgent for me What was being intimated to me was that it will be delivered within 48 days did not reached destination till date, after so tracking we found the courier in Bhopal. your Bhopal staff behavior is so rudely that they have switched off his phone ([protected], [protected]) My Consignment no X27297131.
My experience with DTDC was not not good enough for every time.
Hope you will help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.

On 02/11/2018 one package content booked through dtdc at Baharampore.But on 05/11/2018 it was mentioned address incomplete without verifying address and phone call by your delivery boy.Because previously we had received many consignment through your courier service. I collected the consignment on 06/11/2018 from airport branch office after hampering my routine work. Tracking no. F11134460. Reference no.[protected]

I have send a document on saturday morning.. They assured me that it will be delivered to destination by monday.. But delivered on tuesday..
The most irritating thing is that the document was folded and destructed inbetween transit or by another means..
The document received at destination is no longer useful.. Although the document was packed n send by the sender with utmost care and in appropriate packing..

Few weeks back i received a call from dtdc courier office in jaigaon west bengal. Call received from [protected].
After i went to the office to collect my courier, they lied that it has been delivered to my place whereas it wasn't. Also one of the person said that it was send back to siliguri office.

I really don't understand how come they lie to customer. Lack of responsibility towards customer. I went again and again but same result.

First of all i really don't know from the courier has come, and now i see that they have lost it from the office.

Kindly assist me in this.

Why are you guys playing with my parcel. From there to here and here to there. You can see in the tracking history. Since last week two agencies, rajajinagar, bangalore and st. Johns road, bangalore are sending parcel to each other instead of deliver to recipient. Why??? They are sending parcel each other turn by turn. Do you think this is a joke? My parcel was very important to reach before diwali. I shipped it more than 1 week ago. But they foolish guys are not working well. Very disappointed with you people. Dtdc is worse than i have ever heard.

I book a packed form agra (U. P.) on 30/10/2018 but today is 06/11/2018. But still i did not get my packet it has some medicine which is very important. My reference no. Z76878192. I also tried to contact with the nearest hub and nobody pick the call. I also tried more than half an hour but no-one attend the call. It's very bad service in the world in this no one is helpful.
