DTDC Courier & Cargo — wrong information for delivery

These consignments were sent to me at gorakhpur address. These were received by dtdc office at gorakhpur on[protected] — on same day they have posted that address is incomplete. Next day on[protected] they posted that out for delivery.
For first consignment i complaint to customercare then at (9pm they posted successfully delivered although it was not yet delivered[protected].
For second consignment they are posting address is incomplete - then out for delivery and then on[protected] they posted that could not be attempted.
These agencies have no employees and they post that address is incomplete. My mobile number is there so if address is incomplete they can ask it.
Similar problem was also for my earlier consignments — c89971854. First they posted address incomplete then out for delivery and after 3 days they delivered it to me.
Is there someone at dtdc to look these irregularities — i have made complaint to customer care for all these consignments but they have no time to inquire about it. I suggest everyone not to use dtdc

Sir,
I am to inform that, one cover courier, last two days back and not reached. So i am calling the Tirupati Main Branch what is the status but no lift the phone response is very bad. Rs. 210/- paid that cover what is the use of intime reach.

Is the shipment no. Which is not delivered yet .
The tracking status does not show any staus of shipment, Since 13 july 2019.
I request you please deliver the courier shipment .no. Z01599788 as soon as possible.

The courier was been sent for delivery on 20/07/2019 @ 7.30 pm.
the courier was been redirected to wrong address of Ghatkopar
later on after the followups the courier left for Vikhroli on 23/07/2019 @4 pm
Still the parcel Isnot yet delivered
