My biggest mistake is to fall in their trap. I was in a mall around feb 2019 when 2 early salry reps forced me use this app and take a loan of 5000 on lieu i will get lot on benifits, cashbacks etc. I never needed a loan of 5000 for christ sake!. Anyway the misery started from then and there. I repaid the amount pretty quick in 3 installations 2 of 1700 and the third of 1500 within the timeline i selected probaly 3 months, the app or say the company gave me that liberty i guess, because i repayed early. But making that payment was not easy. I paid and they woudl like not received and again mail trail! (I never used the app again).
Now there communication, intimation, and customer service is patahetic. I still get text msgs emails that 'early salary requests a payment of 5331 rs via paytm invoice? Really?, they have done that entire year and i never get a concrete answer from them. I have asked them several times to explain me how do i owe 5331 if i took of loan of 5000 and paid 4900 as asked by your company only. They are definately not right and it seems like a scam or something. The money is not important or big, but there is definately something wrong in their practice. Till date i keep getting emails, txt, calls from them seeking money - i have emailed several times to their complain section - please don't call or txt, send me every granualr details of loans they are taking about what i have paid, everything in writing over email. But that doesn't happen ever they just send a paytm invoice 5331 due? And request money - this is really rediculas,
I seriously want somebody to intervence and whats really going on.
2 days one of their rep call and said you took a loan of 5000 paid 4900 - ok great - now you own 5331 more - when i ask how there is no answers, clarity and they are seeking my personal info bank info, which i rejected to provide.
I asked them provide my laon and repayment details but that has never happend. Earlier i use to think these might be generic msgs, email never knew this is scam. They irriated me like is for entire year via txt, calls, email and seeking money without no clarity. I am really helpless and thinking of lodging an fir for proper investigation. They are also threating me on email that it will ruin my cibil? Really? This is what they are doing. This is fraud.

Finally i got some details from EarlySalry - Here is what they provided -

Thank you for contacting EarlySalary. We would like to inform you that you had availed a loan of FuturePay 3 EMI for Rs 5000 on[protected] . We have received an amount of Rs 1700, Rs 1700 and Rs 1500 as repayment on 03, 09,[protected] out of which Rs 1700 has been refunded back to your account on[protected] as we had received an amount for your future EMI.

The total repaid outstanding as of today is only Rs 3200 and your current overdue amount is Rs 5226.96 . There were multiple Late payment fee charged because the amount was not repaid on time.

We would also like to inform you that our executives are trying to get in touch with you for the same. If you have not received the amount refunded to your account request you to share the bank statement from[protected] to[protected].

Here is my reponse to the details EarlySlary provided.

Amit,

I am atleast pleased that somebody from EarlySalry finally made some sense. Please find answers in line and clarify.

-you had availed a loan of FuturePay 3 EMI for Rs 5000 on[protected] Great and correct.

-We have received an amount of Rs 1700, Rs 1700 and Rs 1500 as repayment on 03, 09,[protected] out of which Rs 1700 has been refunded back to your account on[protected] as we had received an amount for your future EMI. - Superb so somebody takes loan and pays early to avoid any overdues your company claims to returns one of those installments then and donot provide any intimation around it, and then keep the overdue repay amount get higher and higher so that your company can reap benefits! such great ethical practice !! - nevertheless i have attached my bank statement for month of february and there is no deposit from early salary for rs 1700 on[protected] so thats a lie. If there would have been i would have been aware. I never got any amount credited from Early salary to my account neither there was lag in my part repaying the loan.

The total repaid outstanding as of today is only Rs 3200 and your current overdue amount is Rs 5226.96 - So there was never a credit of 1700 from earlysalry to me so the claim i repaid 3200 only is false. I re-paid the full loan as i have been stating from the begining and i don't own anything.

There were multiple Late payment fee charged because the amount was not repaid on time.- Late payment ? Fraud - you confirmed i paid before the scheduled EMI and your companyclaims then they returned it which for irony never got deposited to my account as well. On top of all that you are going to charge me late payment fees? Rediculious your company lend me 5000 - i paid that back and now you ask me for 5331 again ?

Thank you for all the details nevertheless. This will help my case I have already reported the issue to consumer forum of India and will lodge an FIR as well if needed for a proper resoultion..

    These people are charging 500-600 extra extra charges on my account every month. when i call them and ask they reply that i havent maintained balance in my accounts. Even after submitting the bank statements as a proof of maintaining balance in my accounts. they still are not refunding the amount. No help via customer care also. it has been more than 3 months now and no wthey have also stopped receiving my calls

      Hello,

      One of the employee of early salary today call my sister & due to absence of my sister, brother-in-law’s received the call & then the employee of early salary abusing her very badly. I have also call recording.
      Because of my late payment they call me but due family issue i had late the payment but by monday[protected] i’ll make the payment but they don’t lesson me & abusing regular.

      Please take the immediate action on it.

        The early salary person came in our office and approached for download the app and after app installation the executive of early salary transferred the amount of rs 5000 to future pay account without my confirmation, i told them i don't have requirement of this future pay wallet balance so reverse the amount. Now they forcing me to pay emi on this unused amount and early salary company has sending the message and mails for payment with overdue. I am requesting to early salary from last two month for reverse the amount but every time they are not giving proper solution, answer is only do the payment, we cannot reverse the amount. I want to close this matter & stop to intimation of payments from early salary company.

          There is a clear scam. They will not respond to you and at the end when it comes to 10k they will # ua # to pay all the 10k extra for free. If you want to talk to anyone of they team this # will read the same line again and again. Lets say they play this same scam with only 500 people means they are making 5000000. Just think. Have to do something on this. # #earlysalary

          Look only in 2 3 months they sent me invoice of 2k. 9k, 10k.

          Its like they will just order you. And you have to follow.

            Here i m again and again told to recovery agents to my financial issue unable to make payment . . But agents calling me and my family, friends using bad language. . Pls do not torcher too much as any person think to deciding to do with his life.
            recieved call from [protected] / [protected].as RBI Norms they said to call contact list. when i apply loan that time accessed camera, contacts, location.that contact list they have hacked and given to third party vendor .now that party vendor calling to all my contact members and threatening that Mr Balaji going to arrest .and using abusive languages to relatives.if not stops this illegal activity. i will go through media.
            am going to give police complaint against ur company as well as vendor.i need vendor details & Collection manager number.

            I would like to inform you that someone hacked my facebook account and they are calling to my friend's and relatives behalf of early salary and using abuse language please look into this is totally harrassment below is the details of calling number.

              Hi there,

              On 10th july 2019 one of the contact person/ sales person/promoter namely (Kayda azam) cheated me. He did not told me everything while dowalnloading/installing the early salary app on my phone. Even i asked him several question in between however he was bussy taking with other person and with downloading the app. At the very last point when app got installed and even kyc was done he is telling me that for the shopping purpse take this flikpart voucher and use for in a year.

              And most impartantly you have to 1700 per month for 3 month, which i have denied him on that and after negotiations with other person of early salary he agreed that i will pay you dues and i will take your flikpart voucher instead.

              However i called him 1st of august for the same and since then he is pretending every day and every time i will pay give 2 day 3 day. But that day and that time did not came yet.

              And in result i lost my all credit score.

              So would request you please take this matter urgent and do needful.

                I have early salary account with [protected] and i paid all emis on time last emi is failure due to their side but i already comveyed the problem but still raised the overdue charge kindly revoke the overdue charge.. as i conveyed the problem also they knowingly raised rhe charge.. kindly take a action so that the reduce the overdue..

                    I have discussed the possibility with earlysalary to avail the loan for my son education. I got mail from earlysalary

                    "we thank you for applying to earlysalary and we hope that we were able to address your need for cash. We are happy to extend an earlysalary loan to you for rs. 69000.0.

                    Even though your first loan application with earlysalary takes a little bit time to process and have funds transferred to your bank account, we endeavour to ensure that your next loan within your credit limit will be disbursed within minutes, providing you with a hassle-free experience.

                    You can click here to download the loan agreement. Our executive will carry a printed agreement to get your signature on it. Please remember to sign on all the pages of the loan agreement, nach/ecs mandate and copy of your kyc documents. The money will be credited to your bank account, soon after you you sign and hand over the documents to our executive"

                    I have not signed the document and earlysalary told me that amount has been disburse to institution directly. Which is illegal. As per above mail it was clearly mentioned that document need to physically signed on all pages and amount will be credited to my bank account.

                    Now i'm getting mails and calls to pay the installment and adding interest as well.

                    after doing multiple follow up (more than 6 weeks) with Earlysalary. They have discussed with Institution and close this account without any charges. EarlySalary did lot of mental harassment, send minimum two messages every day to pay the amount and also threat to send the recovery person at my home. However its was purely mistake from EarlySalary, so be careful before take any loan from this company.

                        Worst e-commerce experience ever i faced in my life with earlysalary.com. Disaster customer service, everyday i only had to call them myself to know update & they provide fake information and false commitments asking me wait till eod and it must be resolved anytime before that but that never happened. They don't even update me for the delay and the reason why not they solving the issue. They mentally harassed me, they completely wasted my time for a week for such a small issue and finally they cancelled the transaction itself at last saying me i need to raise a fresh transaction with them now. They are taking extra amount as well apart from interest on loans i. E stamp charge etc. They didn't solve the issue they created even taking much extra time and after wasting my time and harassing me. There are executives named kiran, naresh, avinash, durgesh, rimsa etc. They only harassed me. Kindly help me & make them compensate me for the mental harassments, fake services & false commitments they did to me.

                          Hi, i have applied for a loan of rs. 8000 on september 4, 2019 at around 2 am. My money is not credited to my bank yet. It's already going to be 72 hours as there csc promised, and now they making another fake promise of 72 hours more. And that's not sure as well. The reason they provide is that the server was timed out during the transaction.
                          Please, help me out with this. No one is helping.

                              12000 requested amount not yet credited and customer service not helping

                              Tried of chasing the early salary customer support. Worst experience. 12000 money requested on 31st august 2019 but not yet credited to my account. Customer service department not helping & they are doing false commitments everytime i reach them. Nobody from early salary giving me update on what is going on & why it is delaying only i have to call them everytime to hear the false commitments from them. Fraud company & fake customer service....

                              My name is hasjiv
                              I had applied for make my trip vouchers for 24000 from early salary
                              At the time of payment option i wanted 6 months but it got clicked for 3 months since they have option for 3, 6 and 12.
                              I sent numerous mails but of no avail.
                              However i paid 4000 thinking i would have a word with the company y and sort it.
                              I got a call from the collection manager on 23/06/2019 and he informed nothing can be done and stated play 8000 that current month 8000 the next and balance 4000 next month.
                              I agreed and paid the same month and the next month however after committing to what they said they kept representing my entire amount and made it to 16000
                              What i don't understand is after committing and agreeing to what they advised what was i penalised for.
                              Maybe because they have no fear of consumer court or rbi being india they can do whatever they want even if it's against ethics
                              I have to pay which i happily shall but i will not pay a single penny as i did what i was told to do

                              My next step is complaining to RBI ombudsman services with all my proof and going on every social India to make people aware of how this company can easily fraud and cheat people
                              Where I have to pay only 4000 after agreeing to their own team manager they keep representing the payment to my account with charges after seeing me fulfilling my commitment

                              I did that also and et the only reply I got was sorry cannot fetch the account
                              I have also emailed your director a mail in frustration but if no avail
                              My question is when your collection manager advised me to pay 8000 for 2 months an drew the balance the last month since we could not come up to a resolution with my query, How dare do you represent bounce on my account and leaves a charge after me keeping up to my word and commitment which again was advised by your department.
                              I have the call recording plus the loop of mails and would sue your company for harassment unethical practises and make sure I go to every form of media to show how you people treat your customer apart from the fact you have litterally killed my
                              Early salary recovery department very bad in communication, abusing to client and misbehaving with client, they have no sense to talk with costumer

                                My name is Gaurav, I took a loan of 12k from early salary, everything was fine until I lost my job and was not able to pay on time, now their agents are calling my family members and misbehaving with them, torturing them, my mother is a heart patient but they kept on calling her and misbehaving with her, i am cooperating with them but they are not professional, I want to make the payment but please ensure that proper action should be taken against the person who threatens my family, I have all call recording and valid proof and if any one wants, I can submit the same in court as well.

                                    I have been reaching out to early salary customer services and complaints team since july about payments of rs2000 and rs 1618 but since one month they are replying nonsense to my emails but not helping. Their collection executives are from slum areas so abusive. Very bad services. They are not professional and customer services is very bad.
