I have been a customer for Early Salary since 2018.
I have made sure to pay on time and never have missed EMIs
During the time moratorium was offered I took it and once again started paying from June 2020. In August I was unable to pay due to salary issues and the team extended it. For September too I am unable to pay and I send the team my bank statement saying I can't pay and if they can give me some extension till November. I send them multiple emails but no one bothers to reply. On top their collection agents keep calling n threatning me. Also they told me as per internal policy I'm not eligible for restructure of payment. When I asked what's the policy they couldn't say it. It's complete harrasemet to a customer who has been loyal to these people for 2 years. Please help

    Hi team,
    I am posting this on behalf of my cousin. She sent multiple emails asking for time till january 2021. Her phone number is [protected]. The recovery agent has threatened her so much that she ends up trying to kill herself as is in ICU. Inspite of telling him she is lost job due to covid., going through physical and mental abuse by her ex husband who ran away with all her money that guy never listened to her. He kept abusing her asking her to kill herself or sell herself to make payments. Abusing her using words like shame on her and much more. She is also written a death note blaming this guy and early salary for appointing such a person. If something happens to her then you guys will be dragged to the court. I will make sure that recovery agent who put her I this condition is punished. Hope I get a resolution from you guys to her email address [protected]@gmail.com ASAP

      We are getting Fraud /threating Loan recovery calls from EARLYSALARY where the documents basis which they are calling is not matching with our original documents. Due to incorrect contact details in their system they are chasing wrong person for loan payment and not giving any solution on customer service as well.
      Note: We have not taken any load and the number on which we are getting calls are also not registered with you. Then how come we are getting calls for this Unauthorized loan. If you don't remove my number from your regular threatening calls database then I need to file a Police and cyber cell complaint against you guys.
      The core responsibility lies with you to verify the details at a very initial level rather chasing wrong person to pay your bills.

          Last year around oct-nov 2019, i am getting the Threatening call from Early Salary saying that i have taken loan. I was surprised as i didn't take any loan. So i logged the complained on [protected]@earlysalary.com. Ticket No:[protected].

          Now again started getting the same abusing and Threatening calls. I didn't take any loan. My mobile number is also not registered.

          Customer care guys is saying to send the my doc to you for verification. Why should i send my doc to anybody? why not u early salary sends the doc of person who has taken

          Please remove my number from ur side.

              Early salary loan account no :lai[protected].
              Dear all, i, subhan das, took a loan of 58000/- from early salary through mobile app on11th jan, 2020. I was supposed to pay my 1st emi on 02nd march, which i coudnt pay due to certain financial issue. Currently i am going througha huge financial trauma due to acute financial problem, as my job is running on a unsecured platform due to irregular salary (April & march were completely lwp) and june 2020's salary's is yet to be received. My personal business is also closed due to this ongoing pandemic situation for the last 7 months.in one way i am completely bankrupt due to this covid sittuation.
              Even though i have conveyed about my situation to the early salary agents, for so many times, still they keep on calling me constantly from time to time and also have abused me in a very bad way. I kept on telling about my ongoing issues, but they are not ready to listen to anything and have literally threatened me. One of the agents named rishi - [protected] had literally disturbed me from time & again. Also one of the agents had called up my closed relative from the no - [protected]and had threatened him. When i called up this no, the person at once started shouting on me and abused me with extreme bad language.
              I have taken several short term loans from early salary and had always paid those on time and always had maintained a good credit history, but this time due to acute financial trauma, i am unable to bear my expenses now even.
              This is been an extremely bad experience from early salary and i would definitely like to report against them for such unethical behaviors. I would never recommend anybody to use early salary from now on in case urgency.

                My name is ganesh dilip burade... I never authorized and i never gave any confirmation for early salary loan of rs. 17500... I am getting reminder msg from ashish securities pvt ltd associated with early salary for rs. 17500. I spoke to 1 of the lady representative on[protected] i don't remember the name stating the same issue, she said i can understand your concern and i will deactivate this account so you will not get such msgs or notifications from early salary, again i received a msg from ashish securities.. M gonna file a complaint against ashish securities whatever this finance company is if i get any hit on my cibil.

                  Hello every one am getting contnious harresmeent calls from early salary team demanding money... Where as i have told them that i am out of job there are no funds and even after that i have told them that i would pay by month end still they contnioue to harres me i even went in to depression due to low bpbecause if tgem pls look in to this

                    Hi team,

                    I called the agent on 10th sept 2020 (Sarkar kishore) he told that the total outstanding is 32000 in my loan account, but he said it will be settled for rs.18000 & the loan account will be closed in 2-3working days. Then i borrowed money from my friends to close this account & paid it immediately which was mentioned by the collection agent & his so called manager (Bharath g). I have also shared the screenshots post the payment to him & his so called manager (Which i am not sure if he is the manager), they have asked me to wait for few days till we close it after the payment was done.

                    Again post that i had to face bounce charges from the bank which is approx rs.350 & also i keep getting the msg till date that the recovery agents are coming home to collect the money. We have been fooled by the agent & his so called manager that they will close this, it's been almost 10days i have been following up, but no responses their end. They have stopped answering my calls & also when answered they asked me to close the bank account & ignore if some recovery agents come home.

                    Now the agent kishore saying do what ever you want but to close you need again make a payment of rs10000 to close this which i am not sure if correct. This stupid agents & earlysalary have been fooling around when we call the customer care for any queries.

                    Request you to look into this & help us solving the issue. I do not have more money due to this situation & they are forcing me to again make payment.

                    The app also is bogus which increases the amount everyday with interest & also bounce charges.

                      I had taken a loan with early salary of 18, 000 rs which i had not paid due to financial conditions going bad.
                      The interest charges accumulated to 21, 939 rs.
                      I paid 1, 000rs on 31st august 2020 as i finally got a bit stable and i wanted to start making payments. Also i was contacted by an early salary representative on whatsapp by this no. +[protected]. Saying i'm being sued and called to court under section 138c.
                      As agreed between me and her. I made a payment of 1000rs on the 31st of august when my salary came. I was going to make the next payment on 31st september again.
                      The same representative called me on 15th of september and asked me when i am making a payment. Seemed her ignorant self was not aware that i already made a payment and the collection effort is to be stopped. I was working and the phone was on loud speaker. I was with a friend and i called one her stupid. To which the representative of early salary began using abusive language calling my mother a # who slept with several men and that i'm a #. Used much profanity and even after i hung up she continued calling back to back using more profanity. Till i finally blocked her!

                        Hi team,

                        I took a loan of 50k in December out of which i paid 30k on the day itself as i needed 20 k only as agent said keep 20 k and pat rest

                        Now i paid 2 emi in Jan and feb and i also paid all pending amount in feb now what i saw is the 30 k which i paid in December was not reflecting in there system they took 2 weeks to solve that issue and later said it will get solved now after 6 months they are asking for foreclosure charges of 4k which now turned to 6k for the amount which i already paid in december and

                              Hello i took loan from early salary and as pe rbi guidelines i opted for moratorium from early salary. I send them mails before the due date for moratorium. But they said that they need my bank statement to process for moratorium. I send them my bank statement showing i am not getting my salary. After which i got reply from them that only one month moratorium can be given to me and that only after i pay them 10% of my loan amount. I did not hear about such condition. After which i decide to took loan from my friend and pay emi and i paid my emi but due to their slow responses on my moratorium request i paid my emi few days late. After which i paid my 2nd emi well on time. But after few days when i check my 3rd and last emi amount i was shocked to see that they increases my emi by 3000 rs my emi amount is 14700 but in their app it shows as more then 17000. I am complaining about this matter to early salary on twitter and email from 1 month but they are not correcting my emi amount. I also check my loan statement which clearly shows my emi amount is 14700 but they fraudently increases my emi and now i am getting 100s of call from their side and pressuring me to pay the amount as indicated by them. I send many request to correct my emi but they are not doing so. Please help me in this matter. I am attaching my loan statement, and all other supporting documents.

                              Hello i made 100s of complaints by sending emails and on your twitter account but nothing has been done and now I am getting threatening calls from your collection agent to pay the emi. Therefor I am requesting you stop your agents from threatening me by calls. I am goverment employee and if your agent again threaten me I will make an fir against him and your company. Please correct my emi amount I will pay my emi within a seconds till then don't harass or threaten me. I will got reply from rbi and consumer helpline for quick redressal of complaint. You are free to take any legal action regarding blocking me or giving legal notice but don't gave power to your agents to threaten or harassing me. If I again got any call regarding this I will made a police complaint and file a court case against your company and your agents. I took loan from you and I want to pay my loan so correct my emi amount.

                                Hello,

                                Earlysalary is the worst financial service company which doesn't want to understand their customer difficulty and doesn't follow the rbi guidelines.

                                When the lockdown was started i have availed for the moratorium and provided all the documentation and they accepted my request. But after the moratorium was expended they started behaving like goons.

                                I informed them my condition that i was for a startup company and we have been affected by covid19 pandemic and i am facing the financial issues and my brother and dads are self-employed and their income has been affected and i am the only salaried person in my house and i am also not getting the salary or getting it 30% or 50%.

                                But they don't want to understand that and keep sending threatening emails. Yesterday i got called from one of their agents and he was rude and mentioned that "i should be ashamed for not paying emi. If you can't pay the emi why did you took the loan." he also mentioned he is not interested in my reason for not paying the emi and said "sell you house and repay the emi or close the loan". He said he will be sending some goons to recover the loan so be ready. I asked him his name but he keeps changing the topic and disconnected the call.

                                My dad is heart patience after hearing my conversation with them he took tension and now he is ill.

                                For the last 1 year, i have been using their service and haven't delayed the payment but after the recent incident, i am disappointed and have no other option but to log a complaint.

                                I have attached the screenshot of their threatening email and message. Also, i have attached the screenshot of the email that i sent them with their response.

                                As you can see in 1st screenshot they have mentioned that it will affect my cibil score. But rbi governor mentions not to report the default from 1st march onward. Still, they keep mentioning that in their emails.

                                  I took the loan in earlysalary on 7-feb-2019 and repaid that amount on 8-fe-2019, but that amount is still reflecting in my cibil report. The customer support is now telling that my account is disabled, i sent mails but there is no response from earlysalary team.

                                    They have hacked my phone directory and making unsolicited calls.yo everyone...this is illegal.

                                    Kindly get this stopped immediately before I lodge the complaint of harrassment and data theft against you n your collection agencies...

                                    They're making calls from [protected], inspite of asking to provide some time to arrange the funds and make the payment they're making calls to each n every contact without my consent...

                                    Nothing is been done on my above complaint and these guys are doing the same act again and again...now they're calling from different number ie
                                    [protected].

                                    I urge you get.this sorted ASAP, .else I have to file a legal complaint of harrassment against you all!!

                                      Due to the lockdown we are not getting salarys i was requested to the maritourum they asking for bank statement i was provide the bankstatement and i am not received any mail from early salary and they asking emi i was reply on 8th july actual emi date is 3rd july they add penalty charges for 1800 rs extra on switchvation we are not repy the extra charges 5 days they asking 1800 rs is it right please understand the position now at least we are repay emi amount

                                        Am writing this with sheer anger and frustration, to detail my frustration to detail my disappointing experience with early salary. As per my discussion with the customer service i had agreed to pay my last emi on 30 june and the same of inr 10260 was deducted from my account. I had a most horrendous experience when i realized that there was 10260 deducted to from my account. When i checked with the customer care team it was even more surprising that they do not see any deduction. There is cheque bounce and my savings account have charged me for the bounce charges
