I am really dispointed on way of communication and support i am getting from your team.
I took 30, 000 rs loan and due date was 4th jan 2019. I received call from your team on 8 th jan and askin for payment - nearly
I asked for statement which they denied and checked online i got following error.

I informed them i need 2-3 days to payout amount of 30560 as per calculation. I received call to pay extra like 32343/- offcourse i deni3ed saying how come it get calculated that much with in 2 days of time.
I asked for details which i never got proper justification on adding 2343 rs within 1 month of time which is 93% interest rate amount you are charging for year which is not acceptable to any one.
I asked clarification in writing from same which they denied.
I asked them how to do payment which they informed mwe to do from paytm only.
I tried but my patm account is not adding that much money -30000 which i already communicated to them. Today i received call with very rude languages which make me decide to stop early pay service and also raise complaint to your service department.
Please take this seriously.

Hi team, my name is komal. I took 15000rs loan from early salary. My mother died and no one i have to support. I called them and told them i will pay in 3 installments 5000rs evry month and will finish. Their customer service was very rude. So i left it and their interest rate is way too high.

I got a call from some one named neha sharma and she said she is calling from delhi high court and i have to talk to some advocate kishore and he was so abusive and then he told me i took a loan from bajaj finance where in i have never brought anything from bajaj.. Then he said it is from early salary and they started calling my father to whom i don’t even talk to they called my friends whom i’m not in contact with anymore. I don’t understand why do they have to call my dad. He is already a heart patient. There was no withness. When i have taken the loan why they are harassing my parents. This is rediculous. I need help.

Hai am arif from coimbatore this mail regarding to register complaint against ealry salary, i had got a loan on 11/5/2018 amount of 13000 but after that i was not able to pay the amount because of my health condition and family problem i resigned my job so now they charged over interest for that amount and finally they make it to 21661.51 am it's really over interest now i can't able to pay this amount in single payment so i asked them split the amount to pay but they are speaking harshly for that and using bad words so kindly make this to reach them to solve this problem please... I want to raise the complaint with early salary, if they signed nash form with me then it should be auto debit on due date but its not happening and they are not sending any e-mail or any reminder notification but there is nothing happen with early salary and they call me after the due date so it's not my fault they charged me around rs. 1300 penalty. I had taken a LOAN from Early Salary, and somehow their collection agents started calling me. They claimed that they are calling from DELHI POLICE and started talking really rude.
I will attach proofs of me sending emails and not getting any revert from EARLY SALARY. I had the money to clear my dues that time to which I got not response. Now that I am in a bit of a financial crisis, these ### will call me and my relatives trying to be from Delhi Pollce.

I took the loan from early salary.Just one EMI i couldn’t able to pay on time only because in app it was not showing me the pay option on due day. But before due date pay option was showing to me so i thought will pay on due date. I couldn’t able to pay emi on due date and i though probably they are going to call me or may be they going to deduct it from my bank account. But that also they didn’t do and i paid the emi amount through internet banking. Somehow i searched in app and got the account number details and i paid them. I was trying to reach them through their number which is provided in app but call was not going. Just missed call will go and it will disconnect. Also i tried to contact them through their customer which available to chat in app.But still couldn’t able to reach them. I sent them a mail but still they didn’t call me back. I asked them clarification for extra charge only for 2 days delayed and that fault is not from my end. Instead of solving my problem they are just sending me messages in my mobile everyday with extra charges. I just asked them to clarify the extra charges. I need for 2 days what charges they have made. But they don’t have any explanation. They were trying to deduct money from my back account but they couldn’t able to do. After that they started calling me . I clearly told them. Also i have sent them a mail but still they are charging me extra again. I clearly told them i need clarification on what basis they have charge then only i can pay. I clearly sent a mail for this also. Instead of clarification they are harassing me by sending message to my mobile.I don’t understand on what basis they over charge on customer. They don’t have any clarification for that. And every day their over charge amount get changed. I am surprised. Just a request your team to take a action on this kind of Money app and cancel their licence . Because its a kind of harassment. Everyday morning you will get a message with over charge. Please my sincere request to verify this and take a necessary step for this early salary app. It should be closed by Government.

Dear Team, I apply the online request dtd[protected] for the early salary of Rs 40000/- for the three installment & no provide the promo code & our disbursal amount on dtd[protected] & EMI due date[protected], many time call to early salary staff but did't confirm the query & also we share the accounts statement & our salary credited 18- aug18, 19 sep, 18 & 11 oct 18, now date found of 1st week of month than put the date of[protected], our total discussion Mr.Mojuse Senior Executive is total fake communication & harassment for the processor. as communicate processing fee 3% & avail the discounts Rs.200/- & stamp paper cost Rs 100/- but actually this is not proper done.

Getting more than 5 to 6 calls daily unnecessarily.

I had a loan with cashcare that was transferred by cashcare to early salary. From the day it was transferred, i paid the pending emi whenever i got reminders from early salary in sms.
Even after paying emis the early salary people always deducted emi from their end automatically from my bank account. I complained so many times sent so many mails to them but no reply on my over deduction. Also no one is replying my phone calls. Yesterday also i paid my emi amount of 1774 rs and i got confirmation for the same, still again today they deducted rs 1774 from my bank account. This happened many times and they are just looting me. Please help!!

I have taken loan in april next month i tried to pay back but didnt get any help from excecutives later in june i travelled to abu dhabi still im in abu dhabi and planing to settle here i can send my ticket and visa images but now they are harassing my family members and their executive abusing on calls though my family didnt signed any document of early salary as a witness or co joiner so why to harras them they are also not in talking terms with me due to persnol issue now what to to do if iam not in india

My due date was on July 3 2018 and I paid the Interest amount as I was having shortage of cash on my SB account. But on 3rd July 2018 I managed to deposit required amount on SB account. But the NACH request was submitted before 12 PM and I have been charged 1239 additional amount without any details. I need break up of the exeess amount charged and need to disable NACH. I have been charged by my SB account an amount of 590 for NACH dishonored charges. I am using Early Salary Since Oct 2017 and I was not a defaulter and no delay in Payment.

Note I have paid the interest amount 332 on 2nd July 2018. This is not the service I expected from Early Salary.

Few days back I received an information from my bank that i have a mandate regarding the ECS of 6250 with Ashish Secuties Pvt.Ltd. As far i know i have not signed any mandate regarding the same. I just took a loan of 5000 last month but did not sign any mandate. I am trying to contact them bu phone not getting connected even they are also not calling me

I am pretending some thing is going to wrong . I want the clarification please.

I took a loan of rs. 12, 000 from earlysalary on 07th sep 2017. The payment suppose to made in october'18. When i tried to make there payment, there app was showing you don't owe us any money. I send a screen shot to there customer care and they also took 2 to 3 days to get this error rectified.in the mean time i just paid them a interest amount after consulting with one of there representative, and rest of the amount has been paid them after one month. I took loan for rs.12000 (Twelve thousnad only) and i repay the amount of rs.16002. When payment has been done, after that they put my account on hold for further six months to not to apply loan in early salary. I don't know but kind of pathetic services they people are providing to there customers.

Sir I have applied early salary advance.I was all documents submitted already my a/C, deatails submitted but u r exctv no one call to me I have already received earlysalary approved and active but u r cc care number not reachable how so meny time called but cc care number but waist no instructions r u approve my loan or not pls tell me any one i have applied othr bank

Sir have taken a loan of rs. 10000 from early salary on 16.04.18 and they debited to me rs.295 without any reason. I mailed them to reverse the charges but they denied and threatened me to pay or we will send some one to collect the same and if don't pay my cibil will done worst by them.
