I have taken a loan from early salary of 24000 and due to lockdown i failed to pay emi and after that i lost my job and i am not in condition to pay but still i have asked to restructure but they are asking 5000 in starting to convert the amount in emi which i cant pay and they are just harrasing me and threatning me by telling we will contact your relatives, friend and all and we will send you legal notice, despite i am not denying to pay but i am not in condition to pay 5000 on the spot.

    Earlysalary has again played the same way, like always, the agents & they have shared me settlement letter for 11k which i have already paid on 10th Nov, but still they have charging interest & also bounce charges have also been added in bank.

      I have taken Loan of Rs 32000 in 3 EMIS, and have paid 1 EMI rs 11500, Currently i am a jobless, so not able to pay, i have requested for some time but their recovery agent calling multiple times, and harassing badly, i have call records for the same, just for Rs 22K they are harassing like a hell which forcing me to do suicide,

      I would like claim for compensation of Rs 1 Lac against the harassments.

      Would request you to please review and help us to be alive in this world.

        Hello,
        I had taken 16000 loans from EarlySalary. And due to my financial situation and constraints, I was unable to pay the loan amount. In spite of talking to their support team, the collection people from the EarlySalary are stealing data from my phone and giving to other third party vendors and these third-party low-grade people are calling and harassing and talking in the most and most abusive way. They are calling me, my family members, and everyone from my contact list for making the payment.

        THIS IS AGAINST THE DATA PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER DATA PRIVACY.

        They have hacked my phone directory and making unsolicited calls to everyone, this is illegal.

        Kindly get this stopped immediately before I lodge a complaint of harassment and data theft in cyber against the EarlySalary and its collection agencies.

        They're calling from multiple numbers like:

          I was informed though will get the loan within 1 has maximum so that accordingly i can pay my credit card bill. Which was not done and as per them there was some tech issue. I requested them to take back the request if you are unable to transfer it today and i need to pay CC bill. And i have paid my CC bill from other source.
          After 2 days they credited money 25k, for which inside with them and requested to take back the money as its not required and i have already requested to cancel the loan request on the same day since it was not done as per my requirement for which they agreed. This was dissed by floor supervisor Abhijit that since i pade the complete amount which was transfered the loan will be closed. But still its mot closed. I am follow up from last 2 months. They are cheating customers. All fake info and promise.pls get this resolved.

            I have taken loan 28000, paid 3 months EMI 31000 rs with one month delay.
            Due to jobless.Earlier I have taken loan 4 times paid properly and closed all loans.
            After one year they are still asking 23000 rs.
            They are remarked in cibil also.Kindly close my loan

              This is happening with me as well...inspite of talking to.their support team, collection people are calling me, my family members and everyone from.contact list for making the payment.

                  Early salary have with them my Yes bank and HDFC bank account registered out of which i have only provided signed NACH for yes bank account to automatically deduct amount from my account. As i was negotiating with company to provide me with extended moratorium period they deducted amount from my IDFC Bank on 26th of June 2020 which they are not authorized to do. since 28th June 2020 i have been writing them and asking for proof of authorization to deduct my IDFC account but they have not provided the same. Above that their collection agents have been calling like 10 to 15 times a day. On writing multiple mails and providing them proof of bank statement they have failed to resolve my query. Now they are sending mails saying your query is resolved that also without any proof. i have been sending them mails again and again for the solution. They have committed a fraud and now they are not able to accept it nor discuss it. this is my ticket no. Ticket No:[protected] which is pending for past 4 months. Instead of accepting their fault and find the culprit they are harassing me by multiple agent calls and every time someone or the other giving excuses that are absurd.

They are calling on every contact and misbehaving with them. I have recording saved in my mobile. I have decided not to pay dues. I want to settle this in court now

                      I took loan in Dec for 20k but ur CSR said for 20k emi is not possible take 50k and return 30K today itself so i took 50 k and paid back 30 k on day itself now i paid 1 emi of 4k in feb then i paid 20k in march hence i cleared all amount but Early salary system didnt register my 30 k pay which i made in Dec so they took 2 weeks to fix that issue then after 6 months Early salary came back and asking 4 k foreclosure amount for what?... seems like they adjust 30 k in 6 months tell how can you charge interest for 6 months which i alredy made the payment... i am tired of your daily mails

                        Dear early salary,

                        This is regarding your payment collection process. I have been a defaulter. I'm going through a tough time yet trying to arrange the money. However, your collection agents are behaving unruly and have called my contacts. Please understand that such arm-twisting is illegal. I'm willing to talk and come to a settlement. I am willing to make a complete payment on a date i am committing to. However, i am requesting you to kindly cooperate.

                              Early salary is charging very heavy bouncing charges 1500 per month. It was during lockdown that payment got delayed. One of the team member promised that it will be reversed however they deny now after making them EMI payment

                                  As whole India is in pandemic condition
                                  after taking loan from Early salary, i lost job for 6 month recently i have joined company, even facing problem in salary with 15% deduction due to pandemic situation,
                                  I know i am defaulter of yours but i am not even saying i am not going to pay ur emi
                                  if there is something like this i haven't reply to calls and messages o[censored]r supports
                                  my concern is that today a lady call me from recovery and her tone was so rough
                                  not at all behaving like well educated, just like the street guys, poor people never been educated, i m too from recovery department i know how to speak to a front person

                                  Do you think yes they have the right to argue but i dont think this is the right way to argue
                                  I am really very sorry to say its very pathetic, i loved ur service when u provided loan to me

                                    It's totally money scam fraud, rawberry to customers money not following rbi guidelines, each time they putting 600 rupees penalty s, India any other company I think not putting this penalty s.it is crucial, harassment.

                                      I have been a customer for Early Salary since 2018.
                                      I have made sure to pay on time and never have missed EMIs
                                      During the time moratorium was offered I took it and once again started paying from June 2020. In August I was unable to pay due to salary issues and the team extended it. For September too I am unable to pay and I send the team my bank statement saying I can't pay and if they can give me some extension till November. I send them multiple emails but no one bothers to reply. On top their collection agents keep calling n threatning me. Also they told me as per internal policy I'm not eligible for restructure of payment. When I asked what's the policy they couldn't say it. It's complete harrasemet to a customer who has been loyal to these people for 2 years. Please help

                                        Hi team,
                                        I am posting this on behalf of my cousin. She sent multiple emails asking for time till january 2021. Her phone number is [protected]. The recovery agent has threatened her so much that she ends up trying to kill herself as is in ICU. Inspite of telling him she is lost job due to covid., going through physical and mental abuse by her ex husband who ran away with all her money that guy never listened to her. He kept abusing her asking her to kill herself or sell herself to make payments. Abusing her using words like shame on her and much more. She is also written a death note blaming this guy and early salary for appointing such a person. If something happens to her then you guys will be dragged to the court. I will make sure that recovery agent who put her I this condition is punished. Hope I get a resolution from you guys to her email address [protected]@gmail.com ASAP
