Hi team,

This is email is with regards to the call that i had with your customer service team and collections team on the 26th june.
My cousin brother who is no where associated with my earlysalary account got a call from the collections team & he was informed that i am not answering the phone calls and hence they reached him. At the same time this was also done with my mom on the same day & these were the words used on the phone "it's your son who has taken the loan & now you have to pay", "you have to make a payment today itself, should i send the police at your place?".
After this conversation it has impacted my family majorly and my mother is devastated with the kind of conversation this girl had with her, when i spoke with the customer service team akanksha informed me that the collections team have the information about my contacts and they will call them if they aren't able to reach me & when i asked her to guide me where is it mentioned in your terms and conditions, she redirected me to the collections team again.
Nevertheless, i call the collections team and i spoke with the lady & she confirmed on the phone that the customer service team gave them the numbers of my family and friends to call. She also gave me the names whos data was shared by the customer service, later i spoke with the customer service team & rubina was on the call & she clearly denied that this is not been done by the customer service team.
I want to know by who's authorisation is earlysalary sharing my contact details to the collections team and contacting my relatives and friends for payments? If its mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions i would like to know.
If you cannot provide me this information then i'll be reporting this to my legal team, please note, i won't be making any more payments to your team unless i get an appropriate response on this.
Just another thing, on the same day when i had this conversation with akanksha and rubina i was assured that someone from the collections team or a manager will call me... But no one did as i did request to escalate this behaviour earlier as well & i was informed the same thing that one of the managers will call you however no one did. So if you want the customers to keep their promises at least keep your promises made on recorded line.

I created an account to apply for an early salary loan but my application was rejected and I was told to try applying after 3 months. I deleted the app at the same time because it was of no use to me anymore. I kept receiving messages from this company and today I received a message stating
... Dear Umar, Direct debit/ ECS for 13750.00 for EarlySalary(Ashish Securities Pvt Ltd)has been configured in your bank account.It will be sent to your Bank for debiting your account for the repayment amount on due date if there is loan outstanding in your account. In case there is no outstanding on due date, the debit request will not be sent to your Bank account.
This is the message I received from them and I have no idea who Ashish securities are. This is completely fraudulent activity and this startup is a fraud.

Early salary cheating people and doing illegal business.

Because of some reasons the auto debit was not happened on the specified date even there was sufficient funds in account and now they are asking to me pay extra money because of their mistake.

To ask then i found chat in the app. But that idiotic computer will give the same work that doesnt work for me.

They don't operate customer service on saturday and sunday because of that i have wait for monday to resolve the issue but still they i have pay late payment fee because i could contact them to resolve the issue.

There is no proper communication from the early salary customer care people

When i reached up-to to him he replied in inappropriate language
I don't want to disclose myself but do. Look into this matter and take strict action against him.
If nothing is done then i m going to go for a police complain and sexual harassment team

Early salary hack my details as well called my contacts and abused them... This is something which needs to be registered in consumer forum.

I complained so many times due to death in my family i wasn't able to repay the amount but when they called me they started yelling and screaming... Also abuse me for the same...

I'll make sure this message has to noticed by government so that they can take appropriate actions.

I have made transaction on 4th june but did not update till now. Amount has been debited from my bank account and bank confirmed the same but early salary saying that they did not get amount. I asked them for bank statement if amount not credited but they denied

This is regarding loan of 9000, i took from early salary. Due date was 3 june but i informed their rep that my atm was lost and requested for new atm. They said to pay by 10 june and they won’t charge interest. However, i paid it on 7 june but due to their system glitch, the payment didn’t updated. Now they have charged me interest. When i submitted the email and message received from early salary that i just need to pay interest, no overdue charges, they are not even listening.
I am only earning member in my family nd doing night shift, however, they are giving call 3-4 times a day and threatening me every time. Please get this issue resolved.
Also, i am not going to recommend anyone about this app. They are just fraud.

They have taken the settlement money but have not provided the settlement letter and after takingvthe money they call after2 months and says the interest has been accumalated, the miney you have paid has gone towards interest now you have to pay more, they intentiinally delay the settlement. I took 24 have paid 14 and was promised a settlement letter now they are asking for 20k more... First i paid 7k they said they will settle for 20... Took the 7k and no response, after 3 mo ths tbey called again took 8k offered 20k settlement took the 8k, no letter guven and now forcefully calling my famiky people, abusing and asking for 20k. Please help me get out of their debt trap.

I took a loan for 24k, missed 1 installement since then they have been sending me mails for settlement but they do not provide any letter, i have paid twice but have never received a receipt, they intentionally do not provide any settlement letter but keep on calling family members, they have hacked my phone and called all my releatives, its been almost 6 months, they call for settlement take the money, give no document, after 2 months add more interest and start calling again. I have already paid 14k and was promised a letter before i could pay remaining 10 k, but they dont give or provide any letter, please help

I requested to you all please dont take loan with early salary. If you bit late for your loan early salary team hack your phone take all cantact detail from your phone and calling one by one your family meamber and starting abused languge leg.. Randi, bhenchod, # that type of obused telling your family meamber. If you want to listen such type of obused than take loan with early salary. Or if you suffring such type of peroblem than complain tp internet crime complaint center ic3. I also complained to internet crime complaint center i give all contact no. To. Abused.

Guys belive me if you want to take loan than go paysen, kreditbee that team behaviour is also good.

My name is aaju k r, i am a customer of financial app early salary. I had taken a loan on 8th march 2019 sum of rs. 10000. While am taking the time there is levied a processing charge for rs.399. The issue is my emi amount is rs. 3669 for 3 months so my total amount will be rs.[protected]*3). And my 1st due date is 9th april 2019

The issue is that i had the balance of more than rs.5000 in my a/c from 2nd april to 13 april 2019. There is already auto debit option is enabled in app, but till 13th the due amount is not debit from my a/c and i had paid the amount rs.4861 (The amount levied over due) on 13th april. I had call the call center of the app. They told that there is a delay happened. I asked that why you peoples did not intimate me through any of communication medium. They replied that who told that to done payment why your not called us for explanation. And they checked that in their data and told that there is ach was returned. Till date i no ach was returned in my a/c as my knowledge. I told that please less the amount which i had paid as excess[protected] rs.1192.

They ask for statement during the period, as per the request i had send it to them. And same as i had send several mail send till date but there is no solution or reply

I Bhargav kandukuri taken a loan in early salary for 5 times, and I repaid 4 times exactly on due time, but due to some financial problems my last loan repayment delayed for some time, though now I repaid my loan amount completely yesterday with penalties, one of collection agent from this mobile number :[protected] sending personal messages in an abusive language and her behaviour was very rude and impolite, even she contacted my friends phone number, how you people will behave like this even I am not mentioned my friends numbers as a reference how could you contact them, this is completely stealing my personal data and privacy concerns, take necessary action on her as well as on away salary for stealing my personal data

I have issue with this company called 'early salary'.

One of the agent convinced me to use early salary apps and i applied.

The first issue was they didn't tell me about the automatic ach mandate while completing paperwork, and after 3 months they sent me 12500 ach mandate.

Luckily and gracefully with the help of consumer forum and hdfc bank i have been able to cancel the 12500 mandate.

Now i have requested to deactivate my account on 21st march as i don't need it, they replied after 4 days that within 48 hours someone will get back to me, however they again cheated as no one turned up.

I want the early salary account to be deleted as early as possible as i don't need it.

Hi, the sales representative of the early salary has transferred 5k amount to my wallet as an demo... And told me that you can utilize the money and your interest will get calculated from the day you spend from your wallet. Now the mount was lying in my wallet for 1.5 months suddenly one day i got an email that your 1st emi is on 1st of jan'19. I was wondering how come i had recevied an email without taking any loan nor spending any amount from wallet. So i called up early salry they told me that interest will get calculated once the amount has been transferred to the wallet, i had given them a option that it was the fault of sales represntative not mine... And if you want than you can take the entire money from my wallet itself. But they were not listening to my view rather putting things in difficult for me. Any ways i told them that i will pay the emi as per the month but since i came to know all this things latter i will pay the amount on your wish only but not in the beginning of the month rather i will pay by end of the month. And as promised i had paid all the emi but still i have not got any noc yet rather getting calls for interest...# company needs to be banned on immediate basis.

Such a pathetic recovery agents who just start abusing you before they listen. I have paid the full amount and even has sent my bank statements to them. Still getting a call from 3rd party recovery agents who not only call me but call all the people who are there in contact list, such a fraud company it is, even after the payment they still ask for money and abuse.

I have been enforced a load of interests on my loan of 9k. I borrowed a loan of (K and they said the interest rate is 2.5%. For that, the total amount i was supposed to pay is 225/- which means 9225/- in total. But, they asked for 9, 350/- so, before the due date i raised the complaint to their customer mail id and the spoke over the phone also. But, neither of it resolved it my issue and ignored. Then after two days they incurred 500/- as penalty, from then on they are piling up the money to be paid. Now the balance they are asking for 10, 586/- this is just for 25 days. See the way they are cheating the needy. I hope you take the right action.

Indra bhushan from early salary came into our office and had an event organized at the cafeteria and helped me in getting a loan of 12000 and told me to pay 4370 for 3 months. They took a payment from my bank account in january 2019, and in february 2019 they sent me an email mentioning to pay 4370 via imps of neft as they said that they do not have my bank details. After me making the payment on the scheduled date (02/02/2019), they said that they did not receive my money and started charging me extra money. I received the money back into my bank account and i tried to clarify the issue with early salary, i did not get any response from any of them. When i checked with indra bhushan, he at first said that he would help me but then started blaming me. Then he started avoiding my calls and also blocked me on whats app. When i checked with my office, i got to know that darpan shah from cupshup was the event organizer and early salary was his vendor. When i narrated the entire scenario to him, he sent me a mail mentioning to pay the 4370 for february 2019 and not a paisa more and the rest will be taken care by him. Today (22/02/2019) i got a paytm request to make a payment of more than 5k and when i called darpan shah for the same, he ignored me. Fraud people working

Hi this is Ankit Agrawal, i took a loan of 15k in may 2018 and due to job problem and medical issues unable to pay on time however i have paid 16k till now but ur recovery agent Ms Anu Sharma keep calling to my relatives and misbehaving with them and spoiling my image and using abusing words however she didnt call me once. When i called she said u have to pay the interest amount of 5k and keep using abusing words. Pls look at this case on priority basis else this is not good for early salary. Hi my name is shahid gilkar i took a loan of 15000 from early salary and returned them back within 5 month which was in december 2017. Now today in january 2019 they are calling me again and say you have a pending loan of 15000. Inspire of send one them the screenshot of the payment receipt still they are not ready to stop harassing me. And my father. If india is really a democratic and lawful country then why do these hell like people still exists in india. I have attached the payment receipt plz check and do the needful.
