So i have been using the early salary app for nearly a year.
Everything was working fine and the app was coming in handy for the purpose it was serving. They increased my credit limit bit by bit and eventually instead of one emi repayment, you could pay it back in 3 emis.
Cut to: present day.
I had taken inr 22, 000/- from them in november.
First emi 15th december
Second emi 15th january
Third emi 15th feb
I delayed making the first emi due to lack of funds. I started getting calls from them and i was honest about the situation and they seemed to understand. No real harrassment (Except for once when upon not answering their call, they ended up calling a sister of mine and that made me wonder were do these people get these phone nos. From).
Once i made the first emi and the second emi approached, i found myself in a position of clearing the entire outstanding which i did (Like multiple times earlier).
However instead of the regular cool down period of 5 days before you can take the next loan, this time around these smart alecs decided to block my account for 6 months!! For what!!!
I emailed them, they replied stating my 'social worth' is low.
I replied to them, no reply from them.
I called them, after being on the line for 5 minutes, they answered and promptly hung up. Hung up!!! Can you believe that!
I reached them out on their chatbot, and guess what - left me to dry there as well. Automated messages.
I am so disgusted by their treatment of me especially since i have been a strong advocate of this app and have got 3 of my friends to use it too.
You don't treat your regular customers like this. And on top of that, when the regular customer tries to reach out to you, you leave him to dry with no real resolution.
Disgusting experience. Vow to never use their services again.
Despite the convenience it serves, this app truly sucks when it comes to their policies and handling of their customers.
