I have taken a loan of rs. 11, 000 from earlysalary on 6th march 2018. The due date for the payment was on 3rd april 2018. I did the payment of 11, 415 on march 30, 2018, through imps but it did not happen as the bank was on holiday. My bank is citi bank. However, on 3rd april 2018, the same amount was debited from my account to earlysalary's account which is in yes bank. On the same date, the earlysalary had auto debited an amount of 11, 434 from my account. I lost 11, 415 extra. I contacted these guys and they told that it is the bank issue and i contacted my bank they confirmed the amount has been debited from my account. Later, after giving my bank statements and declaration letter from my bank, earlysalary confirmed that the amount has been received at their bank. They informed that they will refund the amount. However, it did not happen. It has been a week and they have not provided me the refund.

    Hi,

    I have taken a loan amount of rs - 10, 000 on 5th mar'18 and the due date is 3rd apr'18. I have also repayed my loan amount with interest through with application and with the ecs mode. (2, 404 has paid through the application and remaining 8, 013 paid directly debited from my bank account). Yesterday it has been directly detected from my bank account. But still my loan amount is showing in outstanding in the early salary application. Also i have mailed to [protected]@earlysalary.com related to this issues, but no one couldn't reply still now.

      I took a loan for rs. 18000 from "early salary" and it was to returned in 3 emi's of rs. 6459 each on 20th of each month from february to april.
      There was some problem with their mobile app so, they asked to transfer the funds to their bank account. I made the payment on 20th february, 2018 (Utr[protected], but they are denying the fact that they have received and are asking for the funds again.

      I have confirmed with my bank, the phone pe app, and they have all agreed that the amount has been credited to their account.

      Please help in this regard.

        I took a loan of 10000 in Feb and due date was 3rd march for an amount of 10360.

        Now 3 months ago i changed my account to HSBC to which feb's loan was credited. So technically ECS should have picked up the amount from my HSBC account which did not happen and they charged with cheque bounce charges of 616.

        When i emailed them i was told that their ECS came back with a message from my back stating insuffcient funds. I am pretty sure they have not updated their NACH/ECS with my existing back account.

        Also they dont even have a process of calling the customer once the ECS is bounced.

            I called their customer care at the time of loan repayment. At that time i came to know that they have charged me a fine which is not my fault. So, i argued with that person that i'll only pay the loan amount which was there. The customer care said that " fine toh tera baap bhi bharega, hum tera cibil kharab kar denge agr jyda smart bna toh". Is that the way to talk to customer??
            Than i refused to pay the whole amount and told him do whatever you want.
            Than they start calling all my known person which was in my phonebook. I know that the app asked for the access of my phone book after downloading the app, but i was not aware that they will call all my know person and start abusing them for the loan i have taken. They called my previous company ceo and said that "i have taken the loan because she was ill and for medical treatment".

            What the #???

            I called that same no. But she didn't pick my call.
            I called 50 times than she receive and when i try to ask something she forwarded the call to some of his colleagues.
            He just start abusing me and said "ruk ja saale aur dekh ab hum kya kya karte hai".

            I asked for his address and been to that place called commercial complex, lajpat nagar, new delhi.

            I called that person again and asked him to come downwards.

            I told him that i have money please come and collect but the person didn't come and again calls my relatives and abused them by saying "i have told him to recover money from my relatives".

            They have done total violation of my privacy and misused my contacts.

            They were supposed to send me the legal notice or can call me.
            But they didn't do that. They embarassed me in front of my relatives and now they think that i will pay them to stop this.

            You have done your part now its my turn.

              Hello sir,

              Please see the below email and attachment.
              I have taken a loan rs. 20000 on 18th december 2017. Now they asking me to pay rs. 23700. For just 45 days they charged rs.3700 and also they hacked my mobile through early salary mobile application and they called to my neighbours and my friend and discussing regarding my loan and harassing them. They have lakhs of customers.
              Legally they running illegal finance business.
              Please take action against them.

                So i have been using the early salary app for nearly a year.

                Everything was working fine and the app was coming in handy for the purpose it was serving. They increased my credit limit bit by bit and eventually instead of one emi repayment, you could pay it back in 3 emis.

                Cut to: present day.

                I had taken inr 22, 000/- from them in november.
                First emi 15th december
                Second emi 15th january
                Third emi 15th feb

                I delayed making the first emi due to lack of funds. I started getting calls from them and i was honest about the situation and they seemed to understand. No real harrassment (Except for once when upon not answering their call, they ended up calling a sister of mine and that made me wonder were do these people get these phone nos. From).

                Once i made the first emi and the second emi approached, i found myself in a position of clearing the entire outstanding which i did (Like multiple times earlier).

                However instead of the regular cool down period of 5 days before you can take the next loan, this time around these smart alecs decided to block my account for 6 months!! For what!!!

                I emailed them, they replied stating my 'social worth' is low.

                I replied to them, no reply from them.

                I called them, after being on the line for 5 minutes, they answered and promptly hung up. Hung up!!! Can you believe that!

                I reached them out on their chatbot, and guess what - left me to dry there as well. Automated messages.

                I am so disgusted by their treatment of me especially since i have been a strong advocate of this app and have got 3 of my friends to use it too.

                You don't treat your regular customers like this. And on top of that, when the regular customer tries to reach out to you, you leave him to dry with no real resolution.

                Disgusting experience. Vow to never use their services again.

                Despite the convenience it serves, this app truly sucks when it comes to their policies and handling of their customers.

                  They don't operate customer service on saturday and sunday because of that i have wait for monday to resolve the issue but still they i have pay late payment fee because i could contact them to resolve the issue.

                  There is no proper communication from the early salary customer care people

                  Early salary company is cheating customers.

                  i apply loan in early salary. that is worst apps for loan. he just fatch data and not giving any loans. one my friends refer me, then apply. i call to customer care but they not responding properly . so plz guys do't take or installed early salary apps. that is worst apps.and also decresed cibil score.

                  yes same here early salary is cheater they charge 18 % interest rate per month no one does this
                  also they dont response on time due to that our penaltiy and interest charges increases also they fetch all your family friend colleauge relative data
                  even they try to find out u on facebook and insta

                    I borrowed 2000 rs amazon gift voucher as loan from early salary on 7 september, however, these people credited 12000 rs amazon gift voucher in my account. I never asked for it in the first place. Now they want me to repay 12000 rs in cash for the coupons which i did not even ask for. I was trying to contact them since 7th september but dint receive any reply till i sent the email about taking legal action. They called me after that and when i explained the issue, they said that they cant help me. I have not even used the coupons n i wont even use it. This will effect my cibil score if i dont pay the cash. I have sent the legal notice as well but no reply yet... Now they are asking me to pay 12000 rs and also putting late charges regularly.. This company is scam.

                      Dear sir,
                      I made all dues of early salary on time but early salary gave wrong report to credit rating agency that i did not paid their loan on time for the january 2017 month while from my side all dues were made on time. I attached herewith a copy of successful transaction from my side. Kindly impose huge penalty to early salary to spoil my credit history. I attached herewith my due date on january month and my payment which was made on same date but they said did not pay their dues on time. Make them punish and charge them atleast rs5, 0000 for spoiling someone credit history and making someone unusual defaulter.                         For early salary they didnt deducted the fund through ECS on mentioned date so i repayed the amount through their app. Now today again they deducted the money from my account. I got confirmation from them regarding the same. Then why they deducting two time.

                        This is not the first time im facing this problem. Their customer service is worst
                        mobile number provided by them is no response all the time and [protected]@earlysalary.com is simply receiving mails no reply from their end. I continuously mailed for 10days. But no one takes an eye.

                        If you are not willing to respond to complaints . please close the company dont annoy the customer's in financial sector.
