I have shared the below proof from the merchant, however my 4 loans which were booked out of four failed transactions of amount 1910 and are still active and your customer service team is not at all bothered of closing the four loans and this is an ongoing issue from 8th march 2022, im your prestigious customer who has never missed a single payment, im being harrassed mentally from march, unnecessary loans were booked and EMI are being deducted inspite of sharing the proof from merchant, because my auto debit is active that doesnt mean you can book incorrect loans, please look into it and do the needful.
