Sir
I have running Loan with Early Salary for 12 month Tenure I have paid oll 7 Installment on time & this Installment I have part payment of Rs.4599/- out of Rs.12253. I mailed their support, collections even their tell caller that give me some time to arrange money & will payback with extra Interest but they are not update their system & lots of calls, mail, reminder coming daily basis from different different number to harassments me. Please help me how I get relife from them.

    I do not require a loan!! The auto dialler has kept calling my number for a month now, continuously. You need to stop! They keep calling me from several different numbers, i have tried blocking the numbers but in vain. Everytime i block a number, i get a call from the next. It's a series starting 9289
    I do not require your loan and early salary needs to stop harassing me with their calls.

        I had enrolled for Ufaeber coaching center training course and there was some discount going on in the month of September for enrollment. Unfortunately UFaeber did not tell me that they will put me in some sort of an Early Salary account and that is a PERSONAL LOAN which I was not aware about all. I was told to complete the Online Formality. After that the Enrollment did not start on time and I had been asking UFaeber to cancel my Enrollment.
        Ufaeber has canceled my enrollment, but Early Salary has been sending me emails, and calls and sincerely started giving me mental turmoil.
        I want an end to this.
        Ufaeber did not even refund my enrollment fees of Rs 3000 and Early Salary is asking me for money for every single day. They call so many times in a day that it is now scaring to even looking at the phone.
        It is a request to the Consumer Court to look into this matter and close this ASAP.

          I jay prakash took a course from lido for my cousin and as per policy if i don't like the course i can cancel the same within first 15 days. I cancelled the same but still the early salary tea is harassing me and my family. Lido learning is shut and no one is responding over call or emails. Collection team of early salary is coming home and abusing my family despite telling there founder ASHISH GOYAL about the scenario no help is provided.
          No service is provided and still they are asking for money. Its mental harassment.
          Took course in NOVEMBER 2021
          Since then they have charged me for multiple fines and EMIS.

            Dear early salary,

            This is regarding your payment collection process. I have been a defaulter. I'm going through a tough time yet trying to arrange the money. However, your collection agents are behaving unruly with my friends. And also threatened me saying they will share my pictures in online platform saying as i am an girls abuser. Please understand that such arm-twisting is illegal. I'm willing to talk and come to a settlement. However, if such harassment is done again, i'll take legal actions. If I get to know about any such calls hereafter, I will take legal action for data breaching and defamation

                I had taken out Early Salary cash thrice, paid all the EMIs on time and also closed them. I received NOCs for two loans from their end as well. However, the loans are still showing as active in my credit report and it’s impacting my credit score.

                  I am getting threating calls from different numbers & that are not on even recording lines. They called my wife & started using abusive language which is not at all tolerable. [protected] is the number from which my wife got a call & it is switched off now. i have sent numerous no. of emails to the company customer care email id but i am not at all getting any response.
                  please let me know how to proceed ahead as these people are harrasing me a lot.
                  i am going to give police complaint against the company as well as the collection agency. I need the details please.

                      After getting to much reminders, calls and recovery agents torture, I was settled the loan as per given the instructions by manager who sitted in pune. 3 months before I made the payment. Manager told me that, you will get NDC after making payment, recovery agents will not come to your house for recovery, will not getting reminders of overdue and credit score will show normal. But, nothing is happening from these. I still getting the overdue messages, recovery agents come to house, NDC not received, credit score shows low. Taking too much followup from manager but he is replying that you will receive NDC today. But 3 months done, still I have not received. Very worst early salary emplyees doing...

                        Constant calling at the oddest hours, I have not applied for any loans. How did they even get my number? AUtomated calls make it impossible to unsubscribe them. This is pure mental harassment.

                            I have shared the below proof from the merchant, however my 4 loans which were booked out of four failed transactions of amount 1910 and are still active and your customer service team is not at all bothered of closing the four loans and this is an ongoing issue from 8th march 2022, im your prestigious customer who has never missed a single payment, im being harrassed mentally from march, unnecessary loans were booked and EMI are being deducted inspite of sharing the proof from merchant, because my auto debit is active that doesnt mean you can book incorrect loans, please look into it and do the needful.

                                I am unable to pay emis on time due to some financial issues. I already inform the customer service and mailed twice. I clearly informed that I will clear all the remaining just i need some time for it. But still I am getting multiple calls threatening message pay the emi or we will report to legal team . I responded all that I need is some time to clear it.

                                    The early salary application passed an amount of 150000/- to board infinity as it was not the course fee and board infinity gave me false promises to get placed in 3-4 months.
                                    The main issue is early salary application is just harrasing me from a month because I am not able to pay the emi as I don't have any job and health situation is also not good.
                                    Because of early salary I am getting suicidal thoughts as they trapped me nd harrasing me.
                                    I told them to cancel the product but the both application nd institution are tied up and not agreeing on the same.

                                      As i Remember in the month of September or October i called early salary app and enquired about my emi amount and some general information but also i have informed that i would like to change my due date and they said they will make it for 20 to 25 ( i don't remember the exact date) and also they will send me the confirmation too.

                                      So i was in the impression that my information was updated and i can make the payment a
                                      accordingly .

                                      I went to Europe and i was making my payment and then i have relised that i have paid all the money but my account still has 10k balance which is just late fees and stuff. I agree that in 2 months i was late and for that I'm ready to pay 2k but not 10k for only late fees.

                                      FOR THEIR MISTAKE WHY WOULD I PAY THE 10K AMOUNT

                                        I have taken loan from Early Salary for 1, 74, 812 for one year, after all deductions they credited 1, 66, 483 to my account.. I have already paid seven EMI’s, total amount paid till date is 1, 16, 705 and it shows I have to pay 87, 802 to finish my loan…
                                        I agreed that I have paid it late from the date scheduled but all of the EMI is are updated till month.. the total amount comes 2, 04, 507 … so Early Salary is taking 30, 321 extra apart from the regular interest which they are charging us which is too high and the loan is still pending even the interest is too high what they are charging but paying 30, 300 extra from the loan amount showing in their app even though the 4 EMI is still pending it doesn’t make sense I believe that Early Salary has cheated on this thing and I would like you to address my issue and help to get in touch with those people and get the amount reimbursed on same.
                                        For this I will be highly obliged to you.
