I have mailed several times to Early salary to close my account and delete it but they are not willing to do it.I have paid all my loans. Due to not closing my account my experian report and cbill showing active loan account. Its lowering my score.Kindly allow early salary to close and delete my account as its still showing active in cbill and experian report

    Hi, I have addressed the grievance email ID and customer care email Id but every time the only response is we will get back to you. There’s constants harrassment on what’s app and calls and I have many times sent mail.

    The issue : An EMI was due on April and I wanted to pay early . I was facing an issue in the early salary app and the loan partner of early salary ie. HDB financial had sent a link saying repayment can be done under that loan number. So I had done payment to them directly as I was facing the issue. As per my CIBIL a loan account was created under them so I found no issue in making payment directly . Early salary is refusing payment even and after evidence was provided they keep asking me to give them time to resolve issue wherein they keep charging me everyday for penalty and is now threatening me through what’s app by unethical recovery practices that are against RBI. I have notified them but still it continues. If I get one more message and if the issue is further delayed will file a complaint with RBI ombudsman .

      I have been emailing customer care for the account number and the amount pending and also to change my mobile number as the old number is lost. They replied after 2 months when I don't have the money anymore. It's still fine. They deducted 4400 Rs last month. Still fine. Today more than 40 transactions happened in my account around 31000 Rs have been deducted. Total pending was 18880 Rs. I had 31000 which was totally debited, If I had 1lakh in the account, then it would have deducted 1 lakh?????
      I can't get through the customer care also.

        Hello Team,

        I was a loyal customer of Early Salary. I haven't missed any payment before Pandemic. I used to repay the full amount the very next month of loan disbursement.

        But due to the Pandemic all changed. I lost my job and so missed a few EMIs. But still I managed to pay a few EMIs post Pandemic.

        The collection department people use abusive words which put me in deep frustration.

        I said, I don't have anything to repay. I only have my Mangal Sutra and today is Tuesday so no one is accepting this so give me two days. She says, I don't want to hear all these Sentimental things and she uses dash words and all. She says "If you can't repay the EMI why are you taking Loan" "Don't talk show your capability in paying the amount"

        They even called my contacts. There is no privacy in this App.

          Hello Earlysalary,

          This is to bring to your notice that even after multiple requests Early Saalry has failed to process my request for sharing my call recordings from Feb and March 22 with Earlysalary collections agents.

          Summary of issue:
          I have a 12 month emi with earlysalary( 10 emi's completed) with a due date of 2nd of every month. 8 months ago my pay roll date got changed from last working day to 6th of every month.

          I called and informed Earlysalary about the issue and informed them since the saqlry date is changed the NACH requests will be failed on 2nd of every month due to which I was charged both by my Bank and Early salary for every bounce charges. The agent waived off the bounce charge from Early Salary and the bank charges were paid by me. In the month of Feb end or 1st half of March 22, I received a call from Earlysalary collections agent and after out discussion the agent informed me to process the EMI again which I did and he informed he will be waiting off 590 rs.

          Now the main problem here is, the agent didn't waive off the 590 rs and it got carried forward to April, when I checked on April, I called up customer care and informed them the agent missed the waiver and customer care agents told me there are no notes with regards to waiver.
          So I asked them to share the call recordings of mine with the collection agents. Customer care agent informed me that they can't cater the request over call and to send an email. I sent an email and after few follow ups the response is still not processed-

          The reason I am writing this long email is because of the harrasaament which I had from you guys and for telling me that I maybe lying on the waiver part( seriously for 590 bugs..??). And to prove it I asked you guys for the call recordings to know who is lying but you guys have not shared it till today. If you have nothing to scare about then why are you hiding the artifical.
          Now before I take it up to ombudsman to complain on the harassment done by you guys. I would like to give you a final chance to answer my below queries:

          1) As a fair standard practice do you guys follow transparency in business activities??? Like updating the work notes after each and every interaction with customer.
          2) I need my call Recodings with Earlysalary customer and collections agents from mid Feb to first half of March.
          3) if I have to send a legal notice. To whom should it be addressed to. Please share details with address.

          Note: I am done with the discussion over call as you are not ready to share the recording for reference at times of conflict.
          So movig forwarded let's take it over emails, so that we both will have artificats with us.

                I have taken loan from early salary and due to no job am late to pay my emi, but then to I had done part payment of 2000/- from the emi of 7000/-, and asking for more two days to clear but the collection team is harassing me mentally and felling like suicide bcoz he is threatening me will send recovery people at your door step to abuse you.

                      I have taken loan from early salary app. I have done 2 repayment through app and one through NEFT as one of early salary app employe given me the account number. I have done the last repayment and send the screen shot to the employe till now my payment not reflected to my early salary account and I am getting freequent calls and messages and they are telling me to pay again after I send them the proof of my payment details also.

                            I enrolled in intellipaat for azure masters training program, After 2 classes i came to know that it is not upto the market standard, I am requesting the Intellipaat team to consider my request for cancellation of course enrollment as I am final on this decision after careful consideration and contemplation but now intellipaat is not responding to any mails and calls.

                            I want to confirm my cancellation request and

                              I have cleared the loan with some delay. Also paid 4089 fine has been deducted. Still it is showing 8k fine. Already in mails explained our issue and said can't pay that much fine. after looking above 12k fine on loans Now I believe taking loan from earlysalary is my mistake.. many times I have paid fines that's y putting more fines and collecting amount.

                              Again you are charging fine on the fine. If you put fines like this we can't continue using earlysalary app.

                                I borrowed loan from early salary, due to some work I missed November month dues. I have written a mail that explaining the situation to early salary but they are not at all responding and the recovery agent name Riya Rai ([protected]) has continuously harassing me like hell. I am explaining my situation to her over phone call however, she is not listening and she warned me that today before 5pm I want payment and she is scolding me that “if you don’t have capability to repay, then why did you took loan”

                                Even EarlySalary stealing data from contact list, Google pay, PhonePe and from some other apps also. They are breaching individuals privacy which illegal in India. In onw word Early salary is fraud company operating on multiple cities so guys better to take LOAN from banks.

                                The collection agent lady Riya Rai is torturing me and I’m mentally disturbed and I have to suicide other than this I don’t have option with me.

                                    EarlySalary keep opening new personal account without my acknowledgment. It's all reflecting to my cibil report... So i asked EarlySalary by sending email for deleted my account permanently and also closing all personal loan accounts. But no response from them !!!

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I informed multiple times about the unprofessional behaviour of ES employees.

                                      Yesterday i received a message on whatsapp from one of your employee with mobile number [protected]. He started message with abusive word.
                                      He was asking for payment. I told him that I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022
                                      He steals some of number from.my contacts and says that he will call then and abuse them.

                                      I told him I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022.

                                      Today he called on person named Manoj Chauhan ([protected]) and started abusing him. He recorded his call. He abused him very badly.

                                      I called to the ES person and told him I shall pay on 1st Jan 2022. But he insisted for today and also threat me that he shall call to other persons and told me few names.

                                      Please look into this matter on urgent basis.
